Now that we had this big dent to fix we went about trying to find the best body shop in our area to fix it. After asking a friend of a friend they said Integrity Auto Collision Center was the cleanest and best shop in the area and they have probably the best painter in the area especially when it comes to matching paint. After reading all their reviews and a bunch of the reviews of other shops in the area I called and set up an appointment with Integrity to do a free shop tour they offer so I could see if what was being said was true or not. This was when I got to meet Mariano the Operations Manager and I got to take a 15 minute tour of their shop and was able to see how clean and meticulous everything was and all the separate areas they had set up for different types of repairs. When I say this shop is clean I mean it is spotless and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their shop. Everything is super clean and very well organized. Mariano let me ask any question I could think of and he took his time giving me very thoughtful replies and didn't try to rush me at all. Mariano is very personable and makes you feel at ease. You can tell he's been doing his job for a long time and he takes great pride in all he does. The next stop on my journey was meeting Maggie who is a Collision Estimator & Customer Relations expert. She was able to take all the necessary pictures of my car and get them submitted to my insurance company to get the ball rolling as to what everything was going to cost to be repaired to perfection. Maggie is excellent when it comes to texting, calling, emailing, etc. You can tell Maggies is very good at her job and is excellent at communicating at every step of the process. Maggie will make you feel at ease and you feel that she has your back at every step of the process. It was true pleasure having Maggie as my Collision Estimator. All in all we were able to get our car fixed to perfection and you can't even tell that there was a huge dent in the "A" pillar after all was said and done. They also took the time to cover my car seats, gear shifter and steering wheel to help protect the vehicle from any dust and dirt that might get in the car during the repair process which was one of my biggest fears since our car was almost brand new with only 8,000 miles on it. I don't know the name of their detail person who did my car but when I went to pick it up it was spotless. The tires had been dressed and the paint felt as smooth as a baby's bottom. Our car looked like it had just rolled off the assembly line both inside and outside. They also put a big red bow on the car and had it sitting under some super bright lights so I was able to go over the car inch by inch to make sure the gaps looked good and that the paint was perfect and it was. Their painter also did a fantastic job of matching the existing paint on the car. This was no small task since our paint color was silver with metal flake in it. I have gone over this whole area inch by inch and their painter did such a fantastic job I can't find where the new paint and old paint meet one another. That is skill not many people possess in this industry. Hopefully we never have another car incident but should I ever have one I won't be using any other shop then Integrity. They are truly one of a kind and if you are looking to have your second biggest investment in life repaired I wouldn't look anywhere else. This place is truly the best of the best. We are lucky to have them in our area. I just want to say thank you to Integrity for taking such good care of our baby and making it perfect again. This was a stressful journey to go on but every person I met along the way was phenomenal and put us at ease so THANK YOU!

I had one of the worst experiences ever at Auto Rehab, and I strongly urge anyone considering this place to *think twice*. Communication was terrible from the start. Marvin and his team kept making promises that were never delivered. Sheila, who seemed to manage some of the customer interactions, was evasive and dismissive when I tried to get updates. I still haven't received proper documentation for the work done, and I've spoken to others who've had similarly sketchy experiences. They drag things out, make excuses, and in the end, you're left with more stress than before. I've since gone elsewhere for repairs and was told that half of what Auto Rehab claimed was wrong with my car was either exaggerated or completely false. At one point I was told my car was ready, so my rental situation was ended, only to find out my car was still taken apart and not actually ready. I was left without my vehicle and without a rental because of their poor communication and handling of the repair. The problems did not end when I finally got my car back. Within about three weeks, the paint on the repaired bumper began chipping, and the bumper fitment is visibly uneven. I have honestly dreaded contacting this shop again because the experience was so stressful and unpleasant. The customer service was unacceptable, particularly my interactions with Cedrick. A customer should never be yelled at by someone who is supposed to be helping resolve problems with a repair. His behavior toward me was completely inappropriate and, in my opinion, he should not be in a customer-facing position. Between the lack of communication, being told the vehicle was ready when it was not, the rental issue, the way I was treated, and now having problems with the repair itself, I cannot recommend G&C Auto Body. Major changes in both customer service and quality control are needed.
