My car got involved in a hit and run accident and I brought it here. Spoke to John and he immediately took care of what needed to be done, always giving me updates. Firstly , John G is absolutely amazing! Impeccable service and communication skills . You can tell they actually care about their customers and their safety . The Shop itself got all my work done really fast, there weren't any stalling or issues on their end . They also communicated with me regularly to explain to me what was going on with my vehicle! John went above and beyond to explain things , recommend things, and connect me to my insurance when they stalled ! My experience with this business was above expectations and I couldn't be more grateful. Will return ! read more

John and the staff at Sonoma Auto Collision were very honest & accommodating. Excellent customer service. My VW Jetta's bumper was hanging on by a zip tie. They were able to quickly resolve the issue and fixed it within 30 mins. It's encouraging to have a local shop that is a great service to the community. I'll definitely recommend this place to others. read more

These guys are the best! I brought my car in after an accident. John was very patient and accommodating. Their estimate came in under what the insurance company was paying me..even after my deductible! When I decided not to get the car fixed and take the payout, they were gracious and helped me sell the car! I got more than I thought I would. John and Matt are the real deal! read more

I was done with getting my foggy headlights cleaned and decided to get replacements. The auto dealer price quote was outrageous. A friend recommended Sonoma Auto. The people there just felt honest and reputable and the price was so reasonable I immediately booked my service date. This is a family owned body shop with a long family history of doing business. Remember the days when business owners were honest, polite, trustworthy and provided quality work? Well, this hidden gem is all that and more. Upon walking in the front door, I felt welcomed by Willie , the owner, and John. They didn't rush or talk over me as I explained what I needed. I appreciated that. The price was so good I could not walk away and booked my appointment right then and there. When I picked up my car, my headlights appeared to be smiling. They even polished my headlights and washed my car. Seriously, my car looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I Highly recommend Sonoma Auto because they are truly great! YOU WILL BE HAPPY YOU FOUND THIS GEM OF A BODY SHOP AND WILL CONTINUE TO COME BACK and back and back and back. I promise. read more

My car had a scuff on the driver's side doors and rear tire. John was so helpful and had the scuff and scratch marks buffed out at no charge! I appreciated the honesty and courtesy. Less than 5 minutes later, my car looked great. I will definitely be coming back here for any auto body repairs in the future. read more

Matt did a great job dealing with my insurance after my car accident and he was able to finish all paperwork within a short period of time. The process was really smooth. I highly recommend this body shop specially when it comes to insurance claims and estimates. read more

Best one in town honestly. I got my car from DGDG Team Vallejo and they referred this shop to fix my roof spoiler years ago. I came back to get my grille fixed and I can say that they're consistent with their service. I've never gone anywhere else for any problems or recommend any other places. They're fast, affordable, and customer service is definitely superb. read more

I came here at the recommendation of my long-time, trusted mechanic, Jerome, from Precision Service Center. I needed some body repair work on my new Hyundai. I worked with Willie and his 20-something nephew. They made a quote that was a couple hundred less than the other two body shops where I got quotes. The turn-around time was only a couple days. (The business is conveniently located near several of Vallejo's car rental places.) The quality of the work was top-notch. My car looks good as new! I will definitely come here again when I need bodywork. read more

My '05 Silverado was a tough scene. Exceptional service. Exceptional people. Haven't seen this level of customer service in an auto body shop in my life. John helped me and was extremely attentive to every one of my truck's needs. The team and the craftsmen were able to perform miracle work and were incredibly understanding of my situation. Though I hope I never have to be here again, if my whip is ever damaged there is only one place in town I would deem categorically qualified to handle my situation. I couldn't be more grateful to John, Matt and the team at Sonoma Auto Collision. Appreciate everything!! read more

The plastic cap on the driver side mirror busted off I needed someone to take a look at it. Called ahead of time they told me to bring it by, they took a look at my car right away. Decided to get body work repairs for mother's 2013 Honda Accord. It was a late Monday afternoon and I went to two reputable body shops for an estimate. Dealership was initial estimate. Second shop was only taking appointments. I decided to drive down block to Sonoma Auto Collision. It was a blessing to have met Willie! His estimate was more than reasonable. The professionalism between Willie and his nephew made me a life customer for Sonoma Auto Collision. Mother was ecstatic about their work. Thank you guys. read more

There's only good things I can say about this business and it's amazing staff. After a horrible incident at another local shop in vallejo, willie and Matt made it their priority to get me back on the road. As one who doesn't fully understand the dynamics of cars and the tedious work that comes with auto body I can be impatient, rude, and demanding. Willie was more than accommodating, helping me understand the process and keeping me informed through out the whole process..thank you guys for keeping me on the road for a few years now. Always my go to .! read more

This is my second time to use Sonoma Auto Collision for my vehicle. I am so impressed on how they do it. The way they paint it is so smooth like as if nothing happened. Just left here after trying to get estimates for fixing my trunk (wouldn't stay locked even though the latch was working). The guys here looked at the problem thoroughly and could diagnose the issue within 15 minutes. They fixed my trunk right then and there and ended up not even charging me for it! I only went to one place before I stopped here that wanted to charge me for just looking at my car so I'm thankful that I stopped here. Amazing! They were quick, honest, and kind. I would definitely recommend them. read more

I can tell you right now this is by far the best autobody shop I have ever seen, My Mustang was beyond badly damaged in a accident and after going to Willie's shop on Sonoma it looks as though it just came off the show room floor. Unfortunately I was rear ended recently and it's back and again it's being taken care of by experperts who care about their job. read more

Our SUV was involved in an accident, which is never a fun process. We decided to use Sonoma Auto Collision as a recommendation from a friend, and are we glad we did so? Not on was the work as good, if not better, than one of the "big chain body shops" the customer service was amazing. Willie is who we worked with and I can honestly say it was one of the smoothest, and friendliest, interactions ever. I highly recommend this shop, and will come here for any body work we need!! read more

Willie and his staff are awesome! this is the only place i come to for body repairs, their work is A1 !!!!!!

I have always been wary with auto shops. Most of them just rip you off especially when you are a female, who doesn"t know any better about cars. But Willie and his crew are super friendly and credible. I have known this shop for almost 4 years; and even if I live in the city, it's worth the drive to cross the 2 bridges to get to this shop in Vallejo! I am just happy to find people whom you can trust with your car! I give them 10 stars! read more

Incredibly inconsistent customer service, employees are nice and personable, yet communication was severely derelict....w/ the big bucks spent at this mediocre establishment I had to periodically initiate updates via telephone...via me taking time off during my workday to get some idea of what was going on with my car....via taking precious time out of my life while second guessing why I decided to choose a place w/ ZERO yelp reviews...after ongoing delays my insurance subsequently became annoyed as well, thus prompting these guys to send my car to the dealer for a 2nd opinion (I.e., "we don't trust your work....take it somewhere legit please"-assumed subtext of said insurance company rep.). ...bottom line.......stay away from drugs, fast-food, pessimistic personalities, lawyers, the microwave while heating up food, and most importantly.....Sonoma auto collision. #firstandonlyreviewforareason #yourewelcome read more

This autobody shop not only does excellent work leaving your vehicle like it just came out of the factory after being crashed, but their willingness to help you out when the insurance fails you and leaves you high and dry makes this shop the best one in Vallejo. Customer service that goes above and beyond and immaculate work. If you had an accident and are looking for a repair shop, this one is it. You will not find a greater service anywhere else. Highly recommend it. Matt provided the best customer service I knew my vehicle was in good hands. Thank you again Sonoma Auto Collision! read more

So my mom called me frantic and crying that someone hit her car while she was grocery shopping at seafood city. She didn't know who it was and she couldn't open her door. Mind you, I live in Sacramento... I have no idea where I should tell her to go for auto collision body repair. So I googled and I saw that Sonoma auto collision is open... so I told my mother to go there. As soon as she got there, mr willie approached her and I could hear their conversation cause I was still on the phone with her. He was really really nice and told my mother that it will only take an hour to fix it. My mother called like 15 to 20 minutes later crying again because she said it's fixed and mr willie didn't even charge her which is rare because anything that involves cars nowadays requires a lot of money. So thank you mr willie for having your shop open on a Saturday when the rest is closed and for being an angel to my mother and giving her an excellent and free service. Now I know that if this happens again or something similar to this... we know where to go. I added the before and after and mr willies business card. read more

Terrible!!!!!! DO NOT come here. I brought my car here for repairs through my insurance. Took forever to be done and when I finally picked it up the engine light was on.
