Outlander, gave me a reasonable quote and quick time frame for repair. The day of the repair went smoothly. They were finshed in a few hours. The shop even bagged up, the hard to get plastic spacers, that go in-between the leaf springs. They said I should hold onto them for future use, if need be. That is going the extra mile. My experience with Outlander Motorsports Concord has been pretty poor. Initially went in for an…read morealignment and was told the LCA's needed to be replaced. I decided to return at another time with the parts, Julian botched putting the front skid plate back on by incorrectly reinstalling one of the bolts. Gave them another chance by dropping off my truck for three days to install a set of LCA's and gusset cam tabs. Thought everything was fine and even came back to them for retorquing the alignment bolts after the break in period. Fast forward a couple months later, I'm informed by another off road shop that the gusset cam tabs weren't even painted and the weld beads aren't done well. It looks like someone just eye balled it. Reached out to Jamie immediately with the photos, at first he was very dismissive and stated he would need three days to fix the issue. Giving me the whole run about of why three days is warranted. Cam tabs are a one day job, not three days. I would be very leery of bringing your vehicle to them.
