I hate to be the one to break the perfect 5-star streak for this company, but my experience with these guys was not impressive. Considering that I sought them out based on yelp reviews, I owe it to this community to let you know that I had a bad experience with them. I took my old VW jetta in for a smog check ("There's nothing on a German car that we can't fix!") and, as it was likely to fail the smog based on a visual of the engine, requested an estimate for engine repairs along with some minor body work. They took my phone number and stated that they would call me back with an estimate. I never heard from them again. They ignored multiple follow-up phone messages I left, including one saying, "If you can't help me, please let me know so I can find someone who can." It finally dawned on me that in spite of their glowing customer reviews, they were blowing me off and were willing to waste a good two weeks of my time when I could have been getting the repair done elsewhere. Very unfortunate. Ladies, do you think I would be writing this if I were a man driving in with a Porsche? I seriously doubt it. read more
