I dropped the truck off on a Tuesday morning and was told all the parts were in and it would be done that day. It wasn't. Over four days I was told they had the wrong part, then that another part needed to be ordered. I called every day for an update because nobody called me. On Friday I picked up my truck, and the shop confirmed no work had been done. Not one part was installed. I asked for a full refund in writing, and the shop agreed in writing on October 5. As of October 10, nothing has been refunded to my Affirm loan or my card, even after a follow-up with a deadline. So my truck sat there for four days, I got it back exactly as I dropped it off, and I'm still out the full amount. I'll update this review if the refund comes through.

The next day, I come in, wait for a couple minutes for the gentleman to say hello (I'm the only one there) and request an audio quote. He leaves and grabs another gentleman to help me (who's much friendlier). I tell him I'm only looking to have my 4 speakers replaced and maybe a sub &/or amp install. The given budget was about $1,500 (reasonable imo). I was told they only install premium audio systems such as JL and it would be a minimum of $3,000. I was also told you cannot bring your own equipment to have them install for you. I was then told to take my business away and out to Sac. The biggest bother was the fact that this could have easily been communicated over the phone. Not once did they look at my car, just researched its specs on the computer and asked for my budget. If you don't have a minimum of 3k to spend, don't bother with this place. It was a waste of gas and time.

Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.
