I've had one repair after the engine light came on and no issues since. I recently needed my mom's Ford repaired as well. I called and informed Megan what was going on. She called me back in under an hour with the estimate for an alternator. I had the vehicle towed to the shop that Wednesday. I was given a heads up the vehicle would not be done until Friday or Monday. Which I appreciated, I was ok with it. We didn't need the car those days. On Friday I was informed they found an oil leak and what caused the alternator to fail. The price was reasonable for the repairs. I know on that specific vehicle, the alternator was going to be work to get to. The vehicle has been driving great since. No issues. I get a very honest vibe every time from them. I'm glad I found this shop.

No comment on it. Did not even attempt to test it before giving it back to me. Gents at the front desk are polite but have no integrity or they simply just don't care. Severely disappointing as this shop used to be the definition of outstanding service. You're better off selling a kidney and going to the dealership, these guys will just cut corners until there's a major repair they can overcharge you for.

I called them from Torrance CA a week ahead & arranged to show up 4/24 and I ended up coming an hour early and they squeezed me in, I dealt with Blane White and he was professional on the phone and in person, the car was dropped off around 9am and finished at 1030am exactly as promised, and they gave it a good once over and quoted me on replacing the Tpms sensors for 110$ each, which is reasonable, as the dealer wanted 250-300 each sensor, so I will definitely consider it. Great place super professional and honest and there's no drama. Highly recommend, and make an appointment as it's a busy place.

Honestly, this shop is the best, and I'll keep coming here for my Smog, Repair, and Detailing needs. I think I first came by in 2017 with a 2000 Camry that kept overheating. This was the third or fourth place I'd taken it, and he found the problem quickly. I said something to the effect of how bad the other shops must have been, and he DEFENDED them, saying the work they did let him skip several diagnostic steps and made it easier for him to discover the problem and fix it. It was a pretty unusual issue, to be fair. They say when you find a good shop, don't let go. The service, friendliness, honestly, and prices will keep me sticking to this place like glue for years to come! I headed over with my old 1998 Volvo at around 10:45 on a Thursday. When I came in I was told it might be 11/2 hours before my car would be done, especially since I had an older car that generally takes longer. As I was at the counter I felt something pressing against my leg. It was the owner's dog. After greeting me he returned to laying down next to the counter. The other two customers who arrived after me didn't get the canine greeting. I feel special. Before I knew it, my car was done, it only took 1/2 hour. It costs $10 more to smog check an older car so my total was $95. Oh, and my car passed. I'll be back in 2 years as I intend to keep my old reliable car.
