If I could rate Seven Flags Car Wash in Vallejo ten stars, I absolutely would. Giant shout out to Leila and Josh!!! You guys are amazing!!! Picture this: my three-year-old, nonverbal autistic son decided the inside of my truck was the perfect place to conduct a scientific experiment involving baby formula. The formula won. It was everywhere. I rushed over in full parent-survival mode, only to realize I didn't have the right payment method for the vacuum--just Apple Pay. Instead of shrugging me off, the staff immediately stepped in with kindness, patience, and genuine empathy. They worked with me through the chaos without making me feel embarrassed or rushed. In a world where great customer service seems to be disappearing, this team reminded me that there are still amazing people who truly care. They went above and beyond to help a stressed-out parent, and they turned what could have been a frustrating day into one that restored my faith in humanity (and saved my truck from permanently smelling like a dairy farm). The facility was clean, the service was fast, and every employee I interacted with was professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. Thank you, Seven Flags Car Wash, for treating customers like people instead of transactions. You've earned a customer for life, and I'll be recommending you to everyone I know. If you're looking for outstanding customer service, this is the place. Hopefully your visit won't involve a formula explosion--but if it does, you're in the best hands! This happened an hour ago. I took a breath after cleaning pulled over to breastfeed and write this review read more

1. I always purchase the $48 Platinum, which is normally very good, but too frequently the attendants key in the wrong code, and I get the much cheaper Gold, Silver, or Bronze. I know the difference as I proceed through the various sprayers. I then have to get back in line and have them run my vehicle through again, but correctly. The average person would not spot the difference. This is dishonest! 2. I had a Full-Service Platinum wash on 9/6/26 at 1:54 P.M. It seemed that the detailing went too quickly. When I got home, I saw that the exterior and interior windows were dirty, smeared and linty. I noticed that the male attendants were not using clean towels and window spray, and I should have questioned them and inspected the job much closer before leaving. read more

Absolutely terrible! If I could give no stars I would. Brought my car in today for the most expensive cleaning option that they offer and this is what they left me with! Even after I asked them to go back and redo it because they tried leaving it even worse. Terrible vacuum job, didn't wipe down doors or any of the dust! Biggest waste of $50 in my life. Never go here! read more

KLEPTOMANIAC WORKERS! Do not get your car wash here. Whoever cleaned my interior stole my son's stuffed toy. Humanity is really disgusting. Spoke to the manager and they said they cant find it and already throw the trash?!?! Why would they touched that anyways it's on my dashboard and put it on the trash? They will not get my business anymore since workers there are kleptomaniac. Such disgrace! read more

I got the monthly fast pass. I went to ask l get my car cleaned, so due to the pass, I don't have to pay day off and I go multiple times during the month, which is a good value. I got my typical clean, staff was friendly and my car came out pretty clean. read more

I've been going to 7 Flags in Vallejo and their other locations for 15+ years now. I left Vallejo in 2014 and came back in 2022 and one of the exciting things was to go back to 7 Flags. I've always done the monthly plan but today was different. I did some damage to my car by accidentally getting overspray on it. Then I tried using overspray remover and made the problem worse. Then I bought a Mothers Clay Kit and that made it even worse. I was so sad and discouraged and thought I ruined my car. I finally visited 7 flags and talked to the detail manager, Cesar about the 3 step Clay, Wax and Seal detail which seemed like a great deal, especially with the re-wax option in the next year. I was hesitant though since the haziness and marring I caused on part of the car and told him I didn't want to spend and still see it. Cesar was confident he could fix the issue and make the car look good and the issues go away. 90 minutes later the results were amazing. Cesar really turned my day around, especially when I was stressed about all this damage for over a month. The ladies in the detail department were also excellent and made sure I was happy with the job. My 12 year old car looked brand new! I HIGHLY recommend this detail as well as the monthly unlimited plans to all. I plan on doing it for my wife's car too. read more

Extremely dissatisfied with service. On 8/29/26 at 1pm I was denied service due to debris in my truck bed as cited by supervisor Victor Gonzales; this is the truck the I literally just added to my monthly plan moments prior. I agreed to use the exit route and removed my vehicle from the wash queue in order to sweep the debris out myself. As I was being guided out of the queue by a car wash employee rear my driver side panel was damaged by scaping a pole/object as the exit was too narrow. When I brought this damage to the attention of "supervisor" Victor Gonzales he acted as if this was my fault and offered no apology whatsoever ever. He simply took pictures of the truck bed and damage and went on about his duties. This incident and the response from the supervisor is very disappointing. I've been using this service for many years but will cancel my membership today and never return. read more

I would like to commend Ruben for delivering outstanding service. His attention to detail, willingness to go above and beyond, and thoughtful recommendations for my vehicle were greatly appreciated. His professionalism and positive attitude reflect the kind of service excellence that is needed, especially in challenging times... This is not a chatgpt. This is my own experience. read more

Charges $2 per 30 seconds to vacuum, no free towels, and high pricing to start off with. Ended up being as much as a hand wash to do it all myself. Will not be back and couldn't recommend any less! read more

Shady... I was up sold a service to remove fog from my cars headlights and it came with a year warranty. 6 months in I noticed the fog starting to return in the corners of the headlights. When I asked the guy he tried to say he didn't see it... they're not going to stand by their warranty. Also if your car is 10yrs or older, they will not compensate for damages to your car. Even if it's your rims! My drivers side wheels both scraped the curb upon exiting the car wash, it's an automatic belt moving your car and at the end it curb checked my rims. I spoke with the manager at the time who was supposed to call me back after reviewing footage and they never did. Use discretion when choosing this car wash. I'm very disappointed that they caused damages to my car but because of its age they won't do anything. read more

Started going here in June 2024 after a friend brought me one time when I was catching a ride with her. She has an older car that still looks pretty new. She and her family have been using their services for years. She told me all about the monthly packages. I signed up for the basic bronze monthly package and have been coming once or twice a week ever since! Not only do I like having a clean car and not worrying about getting dirty if I accidentally rub up on it while parked in my crammed up garage, I love coming by because the staff are so nice and personable. They even give my doggies a treat when I bring my fur babies along for the ride! My 18 year old son even notices how friendly and courteous the staff are at Seven Flags. It's good people like them that encourages customer loyalty!!! Just for comparison. I tried out Costco's car wash in SoCal and it's no where near the great wash you get here. You can also add on as needed the extras when going through the wash. Totally recommend 7 Flags!!! read more

Jason. I would never complain about the service. The price!! $32.00 for basic run thru rollers and inside vacuum. I've complained before, you are not doing better. Please stop gouging us. The moment competition arrives, we are all going there. read more

I would go there if every time that I went there all their equipment was working correctly. I have been there two or three times and each time I get a stall that has something broken. I'm tired of paying extra money for something that doesn't get my car wash cleaned it's just sad so I think people shouldn't go because something is always broken and they don't know about it until they're told about it they should always check their equipment. Thank you. read more

So man I pulled up and was greeted with such amazing service. Now I do say their full detail vehicle service sounds expensive at first. But man was it worth it they do not lie when they say they can make it look brand new especially my vehicle being a work truck. In the plants just getting filthy. Everyday I was skeptical. Definitely worth the price. read more

I have come to 7 flags car wash sporadically for years and even got a detail job done too. I would say their prices have increased and quality decreased. Recently I had to clean the car after they cleaned it. Their soft touch only means putting zero effort into a full service cleaning. Vallejo car wash in Tennessee is 100x better. My car actually looks like it got cleaned from the inside. I don't have to pay extra for them to vacuum/wash my mats or cup holders and they don't get fussy about screens. Sorry but it's 2025, if they don't clean screens in cars then they're not doing 20% of their job so why are their prices so ridiculously high? I'm not a satisfied customer, will go home and clean and wipe down my car myself. Sad to see this business robbing the community read more

We visit several 7 Flags Car Washes. This was my first visit to this Vallejo location. Car wash itself was good, but the line going in was unorganized and a little chaotic. There was only one line going in, when there's space for two lines once you pull in. That said, the line was out in the street with no worker helping to facilitate better. When we finally got to the front of the line, there were four workers total but no one helping with the line. They looked unhappy like they hated their life. And they half-ass sprayed & scrubbed our car as we entered. It kinda takes away from the overall experience. Maybe it was an off day... I don't know. But compared to other locations we frequent regularly, there's room for improvement here. Car washes, on the other hand, are fine. read more

I went in and asked for an exterior car wash and find out 3 months later they charged me for the monthly unlimited car wash I didn't ask for. Tried to get my money back for the months they charged me, and couldn't. Instead they offered me 3 cards for a free exterior wash worth on $33. How about the $29.99 I was charged for 3 months. That hardly is enough to cover what they charged me! Very sneaky dishonest people! Go somewhere else they are dishonest! read more

Not bad for price, but think it still could be better. My car wasn't too dirty and barely needed a vacuum. I mainly got the manager special for the window clean up and center console. My center console could have done a little better job since the inside itself really didn't much detail in cleaning. The outside wipe down was good. I would consider this a mini express detail since in between the seats were not cleaned. A big mistake that they made was when they put back my floor mats, it was not done correctly. The mat was actually pressing down on my gas pedal and let's just say I didn't take my foot off the break cause my car would have went straight into the building/waiting area. Come here for quick semi-efficient cleans. But when it comes to full on detail I would go somewhere else just cause I have done a detail before and did not feel as it was up to standards. read more

There's always a line over the weekends for their car washes and details, prior to covid I would always see people just chillin and waiting for their cars and they look really good and thoroughly washed and detailed. Growing up I always helped wash and vacuum my own car and this is a part of my monthly routine. For only $3 (in coins, they have a money exchanger or you can go to the cashier) you can wash your car for 5 minutes. Or for $5 you get 15 minutes. I can wash my car in just 5, first soap, rinse, then wax and I spend a little over a minute on each setting. Then you pull up forward to the drying/vacuuming area. The vacuum used to only be $1 for 5 minutes and now it's $2. So you could clean your entire car for only $5. Their cars washing service is good quality and I never had issues with their machines. However their vacuums in the past have had issues with suction but if you just mention it to a worker they'll help you out or give you your money back. But since then they've replaced some of the machines. I feel pretty safe there and everyone usually minds their own business. It's pretty busy weekend mornings but sometimes homeless walk around and look into the garbage. I also heard you can get a free car wash on your birthday! read more

Got the free car wash last month. Was impressed with how my car looked with car waxed and tires shine. Found out there was a closer one near my home and joined the Silver yearly. Solano seemed different. Missed a 2ft wide section of hood and back window. Top of car and trunk seemed OK. Car did not shine like it was waxed. Today went back to Valle Vista and same great job! Car sparkled from wax and tires looked dark. read more

Friendly and helpful staff. I felt safe and the staff were trustworthy. Thank you I will be coming back!

This place is shoddy compared to others. I was very disappointed with the selection within their store. The cleaners did s poor job vacuuming my interior. The lowest tier wash for full service is $31. Their more expensive than Napa. Hilarious read more

Sorry to say, but wasn't impressed with quality as I usually am. I've been coming to only this location 3+ years and today was missing the feeling of satisfaction I am used to. Esp for a premium wash. I notice not many people working, least I've ever seen, had to wait to get the hands on after wash wipe down a bit, but no problem. The only problem I have is knowingly leaving my windshield streaky and smearing whatever from the previous cars used towel around on my window shield and making it dirtier than I just came out of the wash. Kinda wish I didn't wait for the wipe down. I do not want to confront the worker wiping and tell him to re do it or change his towel so I just left. These pics were taken 5 mins later when I parked. I guess change the towels out more and at least make sure customers are leaving with a clean window shield, the one we look out of constantly. Wouldn't care if it was any other window. read more

Been going to this car wash for years but today the service was horrible, told them I need a car wash and after I was billed I asked if that includes the vacuuming and the attendant just told me no and was told to go around and fall in line again. Went here for full service and paid extra for a few other things. $52. We didn't wait very long, but when we drove off and already half way home, we noticed that the interior wasn't clean. We paid extra for the dash to be conditioned. The dirt and dust that was on the interior didn't budge. Nothing was touched. So we called them up to speak to the manager. Spoke to the manager, Kate. She had us come back. We got back and she saw what the issues were and helped clean it herself. She actually went above and beyond and did more cleaning to the interior than she needed to. She was very understanding and so kind! 4 stars only because we had to come back. 5 stars to Kate the manager! read more

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and the lines were all the way out onto the street! However, the lines go fast and you'll be through the car wash very fast. The drive through car wash surprisingly does a pretty good job. Although not spotless, it was able to get most of the spots and bird poop off my car. I didn't have a problem with the machine at all. Also always fun to drive through the colorful soaps in the machine. I prefer a more meticulous cleaning process especially for the interior but this car wash is not bad for the convenience and location. It is definitely my go to car wash in Vallejo. This is my go to for all my car washing needs. 7 Flags is the total package...somewhat. They have extensive menu of car washing and detailing services. Anything from cheap washes and unlimited monthly washing, to self service washing/vacuuming to full service options that offer waxing and more focus on carpets and seats(Leather cleaning too). The catch is that all of these come at a price. For the most part, 7 Flags will do a pretty good job on your car. If you pick a full service option, they will run your vehicle through the wash and then have the employees there dry it. Finally they will clean the insides. For 95% of the job, they will do an amazing job cleaning your car. But there will always be little nooks or spots that they will sometimes miss. I have come to terms with this because I have gone here for years. But heres the thing. I'm lazy. Sure me and you can very well go down that road of, "Pfft...What's the point of getting my car washed if I still gotta clean it some more at home? This is absurd" Blah Blah blah...Then why are you here? Why are you going through the yelps looking for a reliable car wash place...when you could much easily wash it yourself...? Except it's not as easy as you make it out to be. Let's do math. You have to buy soap to wash your car. You need to use your own water(Water Bill's aint cheap these days). Finally I have to use elbow grease...? I have arthritis son. I was that broke high school student who would wash his car a long time ago but those days are long gone. Why would I go back to that when I have a job now and I can use that money to have someone wash my car for me? On top of that, they recycle their own water. I feel much better about the environment afterwards by going to 7 Flags to get my car washed! After all my fellow Californians, aren't we in a drought more often these years? Checkmate. I choose you, 7 Flags. Please use Hydro Pump on my car. Ahem...In all seriousness, I do love this place. I love that it is simply the next city over and I have loads of options to choose from. However the only thing that keeps me from claiming they are the best of all time is the prices. They prices start off extremely affordable to other washes in the bay but the minute you decide on doing detailing, the prices begin to soar. However I've tried other places in the past, and still nothing compares to the washes I get at 7 Flags. That and I notice the manager there on occasion will be washing with the crew. Even if the business was short manned for the day, a manager could much easily just say, "Tough it out guys." But the fact that he is out on the front lines with his fellow employees is always a sight that brings joy to might heart. Keep up the good work 7 Flags!! read more
