I've been going to 7 Flags in Vallejo and their other locations for 15+ years now. I left Vallejo in 2014 and came back in 2022 and one of the exciting things was to go back to 7 Flags. I've always done the monthly plan but today was different. I did some damage to my car by accidentally getting overspray on it. Then I tried using overspray remover and made the problem worse. Then I bought a Mothers Clay Kit and that made it even worse. I was so sad and discouraged and thought I ruined my car. I finally visited 7 flags and talked to the detail manager, Cesar about the 3 step Clay, Wax and Seal detail which seemed like a great deal, especially with the re-wax option in the next year. I was hesitant though since the haziness and marring I caused on part of the car and told him I didn't want to spend and still see it. Cesar was confident he could fix the issue and make the car look good and the issues go away. 90 minutes later the results were amazing. Cesar really turned my day around, especially when I was stressed about all this damage for over a month. The ladies in the detail department were also excellent and made sure I was happy with the job. My 12 year old car looked brand new! I HIGHLY recommend this detail as well as the monthly unlimited plans to all. I plan on doing it for my wife's car too. read more

Started going here in June 2024 after a friend brought me one time when I was catching a ride with her. She has an older car that still looks pretty new. She and her family have been using their services for years. She told me all about the monthly packages. I signed up for the basic bronze monthly package and have been coming once or twice a week ever since! Not only do I like having a clean car and not worrying about getting dirty if I accidentally rub up on it while parked in my crammed up garage, I love coming by because the staff are so nice and personable. They even give my doggies a treat when I bring my fur babies along for the ride! My 18 year old son even notices how friendly and courteous the staff are at Seven Flags. It's good people like them that encourages customer loyalty!!! Just for comparison. I tried out Costco's car wash in SoCal and it's no where near the great wash you get here. Shady... I was up sold a service to remove fog from my cars headlights and it came with a year warranty. 6 months in I noticed the fog starting to return in the corners of the headlights. When I asked the guy he tried to say he didn't see it... they're not going to stand by their warranty. Also if your car is 10yrs or older, they will not compensate for damages to your car. Even if it's your rims! My drivers side wheels both scraped the curb upon exiting the car wash, it's an automatic belt moving your car and at the end it curb checked my rims. I spoke with the manager at the time who was supposed to call me back after reviewing footage and they never did. Use discretion when choosing this car wash. I'm very disappointed that they caused damages to my car but because of its age they won't do anything. read more

I have come to 7 flags car wash sporadically for years and even got a detail job done too. I would say their prices have increased and quality decreased. Recently I had to clean the car after they cleaned it. Their soft touch only means putting zero effort into a full service cleaning. Vallejo car wash in Tennessee is 100x better. My car actually looks like it got cleaned from the inside. I don't have to pay extra for them to vacuum/wash my mats or cup holders and they don't get fussy about screens. Sorry but it's 2025, if they don't clean screens in cars then they're not doing 20% of their job so why are their prices so ridiculously high? We visit several 7 Flags Car Washes. This was my first visit to this Vallejo location. Car wash itself was good, but the line going in was unorganized and a little chaotic. There was only one line going in, when there's space for two lines once you pull in. That said, the line was out in the street with no worker helping to facilitate better. When we finally got to the front of the line, there were four workers total but no one helping with the line. They looked unhappy like they hated their life. And they half-ass sprayed & scrubbed our car as we entered. It kinda takes away from the overall experience. Maybe it was an off day... I don't know. Not bad for price, but think it still could be better. My car wasn't too dirty and barely needed a vacuum. I mainly got the manager special for the window clean up and center console. My center console could have done a little better job since the inside itself really didn't much detail in cleaning. The outside wipe down was good. I would consider this a mini express detail since in between the seats were not cleaned. A big mistake that they made was when they put back my floor mats, it was not done correctly. The mat was actually pressing down on my gas pedal and let's just say I didn't take my foot off the break cause my car would have went straight into the building/waiting area. Come here for quick semi-efficient cleans. But when it comes to full on detail I would go somewhere else just cause I have done a detail before and did not feel as it was up to standards. read more

Got the free car wash last month. Was impressed with how my car looked with car waxed and tires shine. Found out there was a closer one near my home and joined the Silver yearly. Solano seemed different. Missed a 2ft wide section of hood and back window. Top of car and trunk seemed OK. Car did not shine like it was waxed. Today went back to Valle Vista and same great job! Been going to this car wash for years but today the service was horrible, told them I need a car wash and after I was billed I asked if that includes the vacuuming and the attendant just told me no and was told to go around and fall in line again. Sorry to say, but wasn't impressed with quality as I usually am. I've been coming to only this location 3+ years and today was missing the feeling of satisfaction I am used to. Esp for a premium wash. I notice not many people working, least I've ever seen, had to wait to get the hands on after wash wipe down a bit, but no problem. The only problem I have is knowingly leaving my windshield streaky and smearing whatever from the previous cars used towel around on my window shield and making it dirtier than I just came out of the wash. Kinda wish I didn't wait for the wipe down. I do not want to confront the worker wiping and tell him to re do it or change his towel so I just left. These pics were taken 5 mins later when I parked. I guess change the towels out more and at least make sure customers are leaving with a clean window shield, the one we look out of constantly. Wouldn't care if it was any other window. read more

There's always a line over the weekends for their car washes and details, prior to covid I would always see people just chillin and waiting for their cars and they look really good and thoroughly washed and detailed. Growing up I always helped wash and vacuum my own car and this is a part of my monthly routine. For only $3 (in coins, they have a money exchanger or you can go to the cashier) you can wash your car for 5 minutes. Or for $5 you get 15 minutes. I can wash my car in just 5, first soap, rinse, then wax and I spend a little over a minute on each setting. Then you pull up forward to the drying/vacuuming area. The vacuum used to only be $1 for 5 minutes and now it's $2. So you could clean your entire car for only $5. Their cars washing service is good quality and I never had issues with their machines. However their vacuums in the past have had issues with suction but if you just mention it to a worker they'll help you out or give you your money back. But since then they've replaced some of the machines. I feel pretty safe there and everyone usually minds their own business. It's pretty busy weekend mornings but sometimes homeless walk around and look into the garbage. I also heard you can get a free car wash on your birthday! read more

We paid extra for the dash to be conditioned. The dirt and dust that was on the interior didn't budge. Nothing was touched. So we called them up to speak to the manager. Spoke to the manager, Kate. She had us come back. We got back and she saw what the issues were and helped clean it herself. She actually went above and beyond and did more cleaning to the interior than she needed to. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and the lines were all the way out onto the street! However, the lines go fast and you'll be through the car wash very fast. The drive through car wash surprisingly does a pretty good job. Although not spotless, it was able to get most of the spots and bird poop off my car. I didn't have a problem with the machine at all. Also always fun to drive through the colorful soaps in the machine. I prefer a more meticulous cleaning process especially for the interior but this car wash is not bad for the convenience and location. It is definitely my go to car wash in Vallejo. This is my go to for all my car washing needs. 7 Flags is the total package...somewhat. They have extensive menu of car washing and detailing services. Anything from cheap washes and unlimited monthly washing, to self service washing/vacuuming to full service options that offer waxing and more focus on carpets and seats(Leather cleaning too). The catch is that all of these come at a price. For the most part, 7 Flags will do a pretty good job on your car. If you pick a full service option, they will run your vehicle through the wash and then have the employees there dry it. Finally they will clean the insides. For 95% of the job, they will do an amazing job cleaning your car. But there will always be little nooks or spots that they will sometimes miss. I have come to terms with this because I have gone here for years. But heres the thing. I'm lazy. Sure me and you can very well go down that road of, "Pfft...What's the point of getting my car washed if I still gotta clean it some more at home? This is absurd" Blah Blah blah...Then why are you here? Why are you going through the yelps looking for a reliable car wash place...when you could much easily wash it yourself...? Except it's not as easy as you make it out to be. Let's do math. You have to buy soap to wash your car. You need to use your own water(Water Bill's aint cheap these days). Exterior was 4 out of 5 Interior cleanliness 1 out of 5 Friendly staff 5 out of 5 Here's some mistakes they need to correct and make sure it never happens again. I have an electronic key, the ones where you can leave the key in your pocket and with a push of a button you can start your car and drive off. It so happens that they forgot my batch of keys and placed it under my tire. I always carry a spare key in my wallet and when I slowly drove off I heard the keys drop. Luckily I didn't run them over. Not wiping the front interior dash. They failed to properly clean all the dust on all three vehicles. Remaining dust was clearly visible and it seems like the workers lack training on how to clean. Not vacuuming the back seats of all 3 cars. Pick up truck bed wasn't properly wash and wasn't wiped down. I'm only hear to let management know of my experience with this location. But please, pay attention to your employees and make sure they are doing their job right. There wasn't even a manager on site. I had to grab a random worker and asked for help and showed her my receipt for her to say, "They already did it" when I was watching the young lady alone wiping my truck down. I used to come here before and pay $50 Dollars for my Avalanche for a full trim. You guys raised the prices for trucks like mines, which was fine with me I know it's labor. I appreciate the young gentleman giving me a managers special at the front desk and to cut it down to $30. But like I said, I don't even mind paying $50 dollars as long as I get what I came there for and it was for a full trim, even if it was for $50 dollars. This review mainly goes to the guy that is in the front of the car wash who is standing there guiding the car in before it goes through the car wash. I paid for the gold wash, and the guy use to brush both the front and back car before it goes to the wash, but lately he's been very lazy & just sprays the car with water. when he does brush, it's a halfway job, put some muscle into the brushing, I paid for gold not a halfway brushing in the front and no brushing in the back. I'm closer to the Vallejo carwash than the Springsroad where the car wash their is way better everything is new, washes better, and has free vacuum, which they had the same new car wash machine in vallejo. The manager in the Vallejo car wash & some of the employee ladies at the front who scans my car gets a 5 stars rating, they're usually on top of everything. The 1 stars rating is only for the guy who doesn't take the time to brush both the front and back of my car before I go through the car wash, I had to go through twice at the wash because my car was still dirty. Don't rush me to go through so that you can get to the next car, have me put the car on neutral and you do nothing but spray with water, I should have a full service of you brushing my car with soap both front and back. If you can't do this, please go find another job because this job is not for you. Customers need clean car wash going through a car wash not a halfway wash especially if you've upgraded from a silver to gold.
