I loved the fact that I could wash my car here every other day for an affordable monthly fee when I had to park under my mom's tree which dropped sap everywhere. Then I had a really hard month financially in May 2026 and I asked to get a refund the day my subscription was charged, they said they don't do refunds. Today my card was charged and I didn't have enough money in my account so it was over drafted by 7 Flags. The little bit of money I did have would've paid for gas and food at my most needed times. They refused to help me out by refunding my card even though I told them when money came in next month I'd be back. I guess they would rather me go to Quick Quack next month so I will. Thanks for that! Greedy businesses shouldn't make it in these times when people are trying to make ends meet. read more

Best place to get an oil change. Fast and efficient! We kinda cheated last oil change and went to another, regretted it immediately. Specially when it didn't last as long as it should have. Car was alerted us before miles and time frame was met. This is our usual to go place. Here, you're allowed to stay in your car while it's being serviced. They offer cold drinks & free detail. They show you your oil before and after. Check your filters and lights! Jose was our guy, he made recommendations and suggestions and was totally honest when we didn't need to change filters just yet or get extra service. He made sure we had coolant and windshield wash topped off too. Super friendly staff! read more

I came to wash/vacuum my car this morning when a guy asked me if I needed anything, I didn't at the time but then I noticed him asking every customer if they needed anything I was shocked and impressed due to his attentiveness to every customer. I walked over and asked him his name and he said Brandon, because I was absolutely thrilled with the customer service he was giving, customer service like that these days does not exist. Nice and convenient car wash. Makes me think of the hot wheels toy car wash kids toys. I have a subscription so it's a great value overall. I love the vacuums and the easy parking. It's well lit at night, always clean, and there are a couple ADA stalls. One thing I would like improvement on is the time and thoroughness of the windshield washing. My windshield was much cleaner at a competitors carwash as it had 2 stages of windshield scrubbing, not just one. I feel like this part of the wash is too quick and not enough agitation. Getting a wash here is fast, easy, and a good bargain. I highly recommend. read more

I have been a member for many years so has my faimly.I went to the Fairfield location today,I had to switch my account to another car.Im disabled and when I pulled up to have them switch my membership.The girl working could not reach my windshield. There was a guy working as well they refused to step out and scan the sticker on my car.I had to hop out on one leg a use there scanner.Thease people are rude and Lazy.when you are disabled you should not half to go thru this.Im canceling my membership as soon as it gets close to the billing date.This was at 4:20 pm 7/21/2025.Also the young black girl just laughed at me,that's ok I hope management catches this both employees refused to help. read more

I was excited to have this express Fast Pass option in Fairfield, after having experienced the one in Vacaville. It is convenient, fast, and easy! You can choose to pay for each wash or subscribe to the monthly unlimited car wash club. The car wash club is super convenient. There is an automatic scanner, and boom! You're in! The only thing I'm a little sad about is the location. It is just down the street from the other 7 Flag location so it's not much easier to get to. Wish it was somewhere off the freeway and/or closer to the Green Valley area. read more

Stopped by again this morning at 7:05 AM and you guys really have some issues. You've got employees that I've been there a while and should be able to pre-treat the car as they guide you in, but most of your employees are slow and ridiculous with the lack of pre-treatment. Secondly, I drove around and I was the only one there at the time. That was great. Went to use the vacuum and the nozzle stuck in the holder and the hose pulled off of it. Third, I went to use the air gun to blow off a few things, and it didn't have any air pressure. One more time and I am pulling my memberships and going to duck car wash or the new one over in Suisun. read more

Excellent oil change experience. Kind & considerate. Informative, but not pushy. I wish I knew the names for the gentlemen that performed the service each time. This was my third visit and each time the service was the same. For as long as I live in Fairfield, I see this as my new oil change service. Also got a car wash & interior cleaning. They were quick, but did a great job. Their thoroughness had me a bit embarrassed: They threw away the trash I had in the door panel; but I had an old boarding pass they weren't sure about so they left on the seat. For another vehicle they gently moved a few boxes in the truck so they could vacuum underneath. Very professional. read more

They offer a variety of car wash options. Customers also have the option of paying for per use car wash or club membership. I chose the club membership, which is very convenient and the monthly price is right. The membership allows me the opportunity to wash my car however many times I choose, whenever I choose - during hours of operation! I like that the facility has a bathroom for customers to use, which they take pride in keeping clean and supplied - throughout the day! The entire staff displays great customer service skills! They're very accommodating and they take pride in the work they do. However, I would like to especially mention notable staff members. Sara (exceptional Manager), Mayra (great Supervisor), and wonderful Paola. These ladies are true sweethearts, very warm hearted! My sister Leslie and I are always greeted by them with a smile. They have a lot of light around them. They make us feel like family. They're always making sure the customers' needs are met, they're very respectful and responsive. They walk around the facility regularly to make sure the property remains safe and clean and they do it joyfully. These ladies are very diligent and efficient workers who take pride in their jobs and show appreciation to all of the customers. The mf WORST 70$ plus dollars a month for an incomplete half done car wash and every time i go its 45 min to an hour wait. Plus twice they have changed my dashboard display to ANOTHER LANGUAGE. Nice tunnel car wash. It was quick and mostly efficient. It came out 80% dry. Love all of the vacuums and bays to finish detailing. The grounds were clean and well kept. I think that it would be great if the had someone doing g a pre scrub on hoods/ windshields and tough areas so that they come out clean as I did have to go back and get off some sap and bird poo that didn't come off during the wash. Grand Opening! Brand new car wash spot! Nice and fancy looking spot! We saw months of construction phases driving past it everyday dropping off my kid at school. I remember it was an empty used car lot for awhile. I pulled in and checked them out, my car needed a good wash. I purchased the Manager's special, 20 bucks and get the second purchase half off by June 9th. Manager's Special Wash Service Includes: Hot Wax with Carnauba Lava Shield Paint Sealant Lava Bath Lava Shine Waterfall Rinse & Cure Lava Seal Undercarriage Cleaning Bug Prep Wheel Cleaner Tire Shine It's an express carwash so it's very fast about 3-4 mins and then a quick dry. Just be prepared to bring rags for a quick dry up at the end, still a bit wet. They're brand new so they're still working out the kinks, as they're vacuums were down and I wasn't able to wait 15mins for maintenance to finish. We traveled all the way from Sacramento to try this wash out. We thought everything about it was great! Very bright and inviting when pulling up and equally as nice on the inside going through it. BANNED FROM USING THIS SERVICE!!!!! I have two bars on top of my vehicle that are from the factory. Because of that, I have a roof rack and I am banned from using this service. Just so everyone knows, if you have factory-installed roof equipment on your vehicle, you need to find someplace else to give your business to. They will take your money, give you a sticker and then when you come back they'll tell you to leave and that you can't use the service. I left San Francisco early to come home to get my car washed before a big day tomorrow. I wanted my car to look nice for my big day out. I went in for my prepaid monthly service and was told that I had to leave because I have a factory-installed roof rack. If you have any kind of roof rack on your car, they will take your money then tell you that you can't use their service just when you need it most. read more

I've been through this location a few times now.... 1 star for the queue always being WRONG, I don't pay for basic, or wheel express, I pay for the lava and expect it. So apparently they have some bugs to work out with the membership lane maybe? . But the other location with the employees putting in the washes get it wrong a third of the time is ridiculous. I have 4 vehicles on monthly if they don't get better I'm leaving them when quick quack opens and hope they do better hard to imagine they could be worse though! New to the area and signed up for the monthly manager special for my car, my wife's and daughters car. Went for the first time to this location yesterday and it's great. Only downside is no towel dry or tire dressing. It's worth going to the other location if you're paying for the manager special. This location is more for basic wash/quick wash. I did want to point out to other Tesla owners. Unfortunately our cars are not able to be placed in "N" until the car is at a stand still. The platform here is constantly moving and the Tesla was only able to be placed in neutral until the employee stopped the wash. So fair warning to other Tesla owners and employees who see other Tesla's approaching for car washes. Other than that enjoy! The free vacuums and air pressure for dusting inside are awesome. Once again 7 Flags did not provided the service that was paid for. When going through the wash the brushes and the rinse cycle did not function. My truck was left with soap and dirt still on it, it looked worse then It did before entering the car wash. When approached the staff about this situation her comment to me was " yes I noticed that" . So she noticed there was an issue but did absolutely nothing to resolve it. This place looks very new but I paid $20 for a car wash and it did not clean my vehicle well. You could see the brush stokes on the hood where the spinning brushes did not get all the dirt. Both sides and rear of my vehicle still have dirts spots all over it. Will not be going back. read more
