The location is conveniently located off the freeway way but I really dislike the configuration of this location. Very kind staff car wash missed a portion on my car The first time they let me go back in for your charge.

My initial rating would be 0/5, as the front and the back of our car didn't get clean at all, along with some other small areas on the sides, and after three washes, we still had bugs on our car. We are used to car washes where they use a brush to do a prescrub on the front and back. I will say that the customer service was excellent. They were very nice and did seem to want us to be happy. I don't think we are hard to please, but for $22.99+, we do expect our vehicle to be clean. I'm sure they would have let us go through again but we were actually on a time crunch and just couldn't. I wouldn't be back since we wanted a clean car and didn't get one, but I have to give credit for their customer service. Maybe they can get the equipment to match the caliber of service the employees seek to provide? I would have given a 0/5 for cleaning our car even after 3 washes, but customer service is 4/5 (5/5 if they had the brushes and prescrubed it). So the average is a 2/5. I don't think it was worth what we paid, but I would hire these employees to work for me in a heartbeat. read more

I used to be subscribed about 10 years ago during college in a different location, and the amenities has greatly changed since then. I did have a monthly membership, you did have to sign up directly with the workers, but signing up online is easier than ever. I think I signed up my car and went within the hour and it just worked. Then entrances also (I think) have automated license scanners (maybe someones just watching cameras). But this helps speed up the process, they used to manually look me up each time. This is the kind of carwash that brings your car on automated rollers that push your car while you're on neutral. I do wish that they spaced the cars a bit more, because there may be some times where someone might accidently brake, or forget to move at the end. The spacing is really short, so I try to approach slowly if theres someone in front of me. I opted for the ceramic duck membership, the top tier wash. I think the single wash is about $25, while membership is $35. So if you can visit more than once/month, it pays off by the 2nd wash. I think the main difference is that it adds weather coat on top of the wax/soap/tire shine/undercarriage wash of the middle tier. I am usually pleased with the results of the wash. The vacuum stations have also gotten an upgrade since my college days. They have a wide-tip and a corner-tip hose. The suction is very strong. There's also an air compressor, but I do wish it was stronger. The addition that I really like is the moist towels. You can use them on the outside and inside of the car, just remember to return them to the bins. I really like these updates to the carwash, I just wished there were locations closer to me in the east bay. read more

Been a member since they opened in Fairfield. At first, it was great. But now I am noticing that my car is not really clean. Looks cleaner; but every time I get a wash, my car is left with a grime on it. Windows are never really cleaned. The back window has that spot in the upper middle that the brushed never touch. I always have to wipe that myself. I also noticed that the water smells rancid sometimes. I don't think they change it as often as it should be. This maybe why my carts is left with a greasy/dirty grime. It is being washed with dirty water. I went through the wash at the Dixon location - and the care seemed to actually be cleaner. I believe Hailey was the young woman's name who helped us out and she was so sweet and really made the our visit special! First time customer. Was impressed how nice everyone was and how easy it was to follow how to get onto the rails. I was glad the employee was there to help direct and that there were signs. Spacing between cars is great. There was even the sign at the end that told you when to take your car out of neutral. I especially like how you can use the vacuums before or after the car wash. The dash wipe was nice too. I am glad they didn't try to up sell me like other companies do. The person just mentioned how it would benefit me. I imagine it can get quite busy here. Hardly anyone in the car wash line when I arrived, but almost couldn't find a vacuum spot. The car wash does a nice job too. Yelp recommended "Quick Quack" Car Wash first as I searched for a car wash in the Fairfield area. I figured how bad could it be, looked clean? I get there & see there are 3 different washes that range from 15$-37$ I usually pay 10$ for basic wash and 15$ for "premium" The first option of the 3 was so basic with what looked to be just basic soap and water, so I decided to try the second option @ 24$. So there I am getting ready to go through this overpriced car wash & then the little girl that works there huffs & puffs because I take my time to align my tires with the track before entry? (I'm sorry sweetheart, but if the sun irritates you that much, work indoors) Secondly, the car wash is rather quick & the drying towards the end is absolutely horrible & non-effective so bring your micro-fiber cloths because you will have either soap or lots of water on the vehicle. Check pic for references. All in all, for the price, you would think you'd have someone hand washing it but honestly it's mediocre. Three different levels of a carwash and I got the highest one. Includes tire shine . Then drive your car over to the vaccum station and get 10 minutes to clean in the inside! Quick quack car wash is brand new in town and they have been marketing heavily. To kick off the grand opening, they are promoting their 12 days of free car wash. And they have started quite the buzz or should I say quack. I drive by everyday on my way to work and I have seen the most enthusiastic sign holders/ dancers promoting the free car wash. I have heard about it from my in-laws, coworkers, and even my wife and kid went through. So I had to give it a try. It was duck-ing awesome. The staff is incredible well trained, super enthusiastic and everybody is smiling. They all have on fresh uniforms and some really fun neck ties. The whole place is clean and fresh and the duck branding is next level. I work in marketing, and I am super impressed, and this all happened before I even made it into the actual car wash. It was the super fun. I posted a few short clips when I entered the wash, but you really have to see it to believe it. It was a multicolored spectrum of lights and soaps, followed by fresh fruity smells. That's the part the got me. That was my Oprah moment,- cuz like what kind of Hogwarts magic was used to make the inside of my car smell so nice??!!? At the end of the car wash show, your greeted by a friendly attendant who tells you when to duck... duck... GO-oose! After wards I stopped on over at the vacuum station to use the super duper suction vacs. Holy Moly! This vac was MIGHTY I was also greeted by yet another friendly attendant who gave me a cherry air freshener, and yes it was also branded. (check out my pic) I left that place overly impressed and with an incredibly memorable first impression. I will definitely be back and will have to get that unlimited monthly membership. I saw a sign for a FREE carwash and decided to check it out. It was a grand opening so I thought I'd check it out. When I first pulled up it wasn't clear on which way I was to go. Clear signs can help. I finally found where to go for the wash. When I got to that area they had so many workers in two lanes to move the car wash line along faster. One guy, David, walked up to my car and gave me an air freshener and some wipes. Then he asked if I'd like to take advantage of the introductory special of $9.99 for the first month. He said everyone gets the top tier car wash with tire dressing and the monthly fee covers the same wash. I signed up for it. My car got the nice drive thru wash. When I came out I drove over to the vacuum area. They have super powerful vacuums. They did a great job cleaning the inside of my car. I looked at my tires. They were clean, but not shiny. My windows dried with spots on them, so I had to get a towel and rub the spots off. FREE is FREE. Get it while you can. I have to go back to that area (no one answers the phone) to cancel the $9.99 deal I signed up for. Why? You ask. What they didn't tell me is that they have the free carwash for the next 12 days. I'd be paying for two weeks of washing and I don't feel like I need that. Again. Free is free. Go check it out if you have time. Costs under 20 bucks for a decent car wash that you drive thru. You vacuum your own car and the vacuums are superb. There are a ton of vacuum stations and they provide towels to wipe down your car which is a great plus. I have found my new go to spot! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!! We've been members for about 2-3 months and have been to this car wash often. On 9/25/2021 around 4:00pm, while going through the car wash our roof rack came off because the machine was too rough and ripped off the roof rack which at first we didn't notice we were missing a roof rack. It also left a lot of scratches on the car so while wiping off the water from the car we called over a employee to file a report for the scratches (not roof rack because we haven't noticed yet). When we filed an incident report one of the employee (Nicholas) said that there's no way their machines could've done any damage to the car. He still took down our information and said the manager would reach out to us. We got no call. A few days later, we realized that one of the roof rack was missing so we went back to ask about the incident and causally an employee came out with two roof racks asking which one is ours. Still no manager (Kassie) to speak to. The girl just gave us back our roof rack but it was damaged and we can't even put it back on the car if we wanted to. No one have reached out yet. Also seems like a lot of people have an similar incidents like ours because why would they have two roof racks asking which one is ours? Going back and reading the reviews on yelp and google, I noticed so many incidents and so many people not getting their problem resolved because they are not getting a call back about their incident. This is very unprofessional and I don't recommend anyone coming here unless you want damage being done to your car and quick quack not taking responsibility for it. QQ Car wash is a deal, esp now for the 9.99 for the first month. We did opt for the premium wash, which does a solid job of soaping, waxing, & drying our family car comparably to other washes in the area. We've tried both QQ car washes in VV and have been thoroughly impressed at the cleanliness, squeaky clean of our vehicles, and strong sucking power vacuums at the designated station. It's a 3-4min automatic wash, wax, and dry. Buying the monthly (29.99) pass, I feel is worth it since we take the cars to get washed 3-4xs a month. Nice to have one in town. read more

The benefits of a membership are great! My husband went through early today, a young lady (Haley) was working alone. She got him through quickly and efficiently despite being the only employee. I was not aware that he had taken my car through, but I promised my grandson he could go to the car wash today, so off we went! At 2 years old he is quite the flirt and he LOVES the young ladies at the car wash who are always so friendly to him. (We do not often see the young men, but they are great too!) We were the third car in line, but the line always goes quickly. Danielle had us going in no time, she is always very upbeat and fast. To our surprise Haley was still there! She always waves back to my grandson! We did not use the vacuums today, but on other days we notice the cleanliness of the area and the availability of trash cans. My grandson loves to help vacuum the car so we often use the vacuums too. I appreciate the membership, twice in one day and no extra cost. There are some weeks we go through every other day due to the amount of dirt or bird poop on the car, and sometimes just because my grandson loves it. We also appreciate the fact that we can be through the car wash in 5 minutes even on busy days. The employees are always friendly, outgoing, helpful and impeccably dressed despite working in a wet environment. Can't wait to see you again!! read more
