Alan has the patience of a saint. A little less than a year ago, my windshield was cracked by a screw or something falling inside the carwash. It stressed me out because I already went through another local carwash damaging my car and them weaseling their way out of any liability. Thankfully 7Flags caught it on video so there was no doubt. They were very honest about being at fault and sent me to a local glass vendor to have my windshield replaced. Fast forward to November. The sensors on my car were acting up ever since the windshield was replaced. It wasn't a problem until the automatic braking kicked in when it should not have and caused me to dead stop on a busy street. It was incredibly dangerous and my trust in the vehicle was shaken. Then comes the annual oil change for my car. We had been planning to go on a trip that upcoming weekend and needed an oil change and for Subaru to look at the sensor issue as it was a major safety concern. We find out from Subaru that the windshield replaced was not OEM and the sensors were not calibrated correctly. Turns out with these new cars, only the dealers or someone with an authorized copy of the software, can calibrate the sensors. They also cannot be disabled. Ultimately it looked like the job we had done months prior was botched and due to the safety concern, the windshield needed to be replaced once again and calibrated by Subaru. We expressed this concern to the vendor who initially changed the windshield and he was less than cooperative with our needs. We reached back out to 7Flags where we spoke to Alan about the situation. Alan worked with us one on one while communicating between the original glass vendor, Subaru of Fairfield, and his supervisors at 7Flags. Due to some communication hiccups we had to inform Subaru to work with Alan as the original glass vendor was becoming less civil about the situation. Thankfully 7Flags, once again, covered the repair. This time it was done correctly through the dealership. We are so thankful that 7Flags is an upstanding company that takes responsibility in its mistakes. Alan did an outstanding job with rolling through the punches and helping us with the roller coaster of a week. We are monthly unlimited wash members and will continue using 7Flags car washes all over Solano County. I still get nervous going through the automated car washes, but feel more secure now that I know that 7Flags takes accountability in its business practices. 20 stars for the best wash my vehicle has experienced in its 26 years of life. A full two weeks after my visit, the wax was still shiney and the vehicle looked fresh, fresh, fresh! I'm still in shock. Hundreds of miles later, and considering I live on a dirt road, in the forest, by the ocean, this shouldn't even be possible, but it is! To Manager Carla, I believe that's your name. We spoke today. I've been a loyal customer for years, both at this location and the one on East Monte Vista. I've spent a lot of money with your company, including several of your monthly passes, so today's experience was especially disappointing. I was made to feel uncomfortable and dismissed. The service advisor had a slight attitude and tried to upsell me another wash, right in front of you.. stating well that was for yesterday This is for today which was very sassy in my opinion as well. Trying to recharge me the very next day after I had already expressed my dissatisfaction with how my rims came out yesterday is beyond wild. Even I came yesterday I specifically said I didn't want anything beyond the basic wash because past upgrades never cleaned my rims properly. I was promised it would be different this time and that they would be scrubbed if needed. That didn't happen. They sprayed them and they still didn't come clean. I had to return today just to get the issue fixed, which shouldn't have been necessary at all. By the way $16 is not cheap for a wash, especially considering it's not full service anymore. When I worked here years ago, that price included full service..so the inside and out was done and they had detailers working there back then. As a repeat customer, I expected to be treated with more respect .. not like I was creating a problem. I'm not happy with how this was handled and if this is how regular customers are treated, I won't feel comfortable coming back in the future. You guys really need to do better in the way you deal with people spending money at your facility. read more

I just had the best experience with the crew here at 7 flags car wash. It was my first time here visiting from the other side of the bridge. I was so impressed with the level of service and kindness I started asking for names! These guys are amazing! Ok so don't judge me. Even with the rain I take my car and run it through the car wash. Why? Because I can with that fast pass! It's been really rainy, stormy, windy lately and not to mention streets have been flooded! Today while dropping my son to school, it was absolutely chaotic and every side of the school, it was flooding. Yes I drove through it- carefully of course- and then I said- let's run the car through the car wash. I was shocked that they were open even with some drizzle. I like that they usually greet me when I get there. I've had a full service done here too and they don't disappoint. Vacaville on Alamo is my go to location just based on where I live, but they have several other locations in Vacaville and Fairfield. read more

The professionalism and customer service is exceptionally well . I would definitely recommend this place. Their Senior Manager Allen, was very hands on. You could tell there's respect all around the board. From his teammates to him , and him to his teammates. The atmosphere and energy was very positive!! I've been a member of 7 Flags for over a year now & I haven't had any issues up until today. I purchased a new vehicle over the weekend, barely this Sunday, & I decided to get a car wash today. While I was dry cleaning my car I noticed there were scratch marks on my car. I spoke to who I believe was the manager and the manager sent a different employee to clean up what was "surface level scratches" and the scratches are still on my vehicle!! The worker explained how they were not responsible for the scratches on my car because the machines they use consist of sponges, water and soap. I know how I took my car before the wash and I know I am not responsible for those scratches. A friend of mine had warned me about carwashes because pebbles or dirt can get stuck in their sponges or whatever they use and I never believed it up until now. I regret being a member and I regret going there today. My car cost me too much money to have scratches already. & keep in mind, the first employee who approached me said they were going to take care of any damages they were responsible for and I don't believe that to be true. They should be paying to fix my scratches. This company makes too much money and yet has a difficult time taking care of their clients. & to top it all off, one of the workers asked if I understood what he was saying when he was explaining what machines/supplies they used. & Now, I'm just questioning why they tried buffing out the scratches and yet said they weren't responsible for the scratches when they saw they wouldn't come off???? I cancelled my membership right away and everyone, I would think twice about coming here! Especially if you want to take care of your car. They could care less if something happens to it. read more

We don't often take all of our cars into this car wash for cleaning because we don't like the brushes on darker paint as it can leave swirl marks. We take in our older white truck since it's older and doesn't show marks as easily. I wish 7 flags was 'touchless' for these reasons but it's ok, we like to take our cars to the local hand wash (also 7 flags) location and do it ourselves mostly anyway. Our visit to this location is usually about the same unless you get out and have the inside done. They are a very busy location so I get it but the wait is usually pretty long no matter when you come. My only disappointment is for 36 bucks I wish they could get all the bugs off the windshield and front bumper. When you get back in your car after about 30-35 minutes you would hope the windshield would be clean :( but other than that the truck was tidied up. The staff is always super nice and friendly. Keep in mind they don't have a 'cash out' option if you want to tip so bring extra cash if paying with a card. OH! And if you check in on Yelp and have ordered a full service car wash you will get 5 bucks off! read more

$22 "managers special" car wash did just a little if not less than any typical gas station drive-thru car wash, but for triple the price... They don't offer interior cleaning, but they've got self service vacuums that have very weak suction. Still needed to go get a car wash after paying for the most expensive option of wash. Per my previous review, I was very happy with my experience. Unfortunately just now, was a let down. Went in line and purchased a car wash for my wife's car. As I'm paying I was approached by a heavier set gentleman with glasses and he proceeded to telling me I was in the wrong line to purchase a car wash and I was holding up the membership line, etc. even though the machine I was at has been the same one I've gone too multiple times and purchased a wash. He was passive aggressive and borderline rude. Today I had the car wash of $17 that includes the rims. After I went home I took a closer look at my rims. There was dirt left on all of them. I returned and the man at the desk took a look, wipe a little bit and told me the rest was carbon and could not be removed. Really unhappy and shocked with the quality of service we received yesterday. We came back because we've been really happy with the level of service we received in the past, but this was just a slap in the face. We purchase the full service and added the clay wax. As part of the full service, it's advertised they will clean the interior sanitization, vacuum, and dash and console dusting. I had asked if the interior service will include wiping down the doors and the dash and asked if vacuuming the trunk is also included. The employee said yes to both and confirmed they take the mats out to clean beneath it to make sure it's vacuumed well. After a 2 hour wait (it was slow so I was surprised it took so long), I went to take a look at the car. The trunk was NOT vacuumed, the doors and seats were still pretty dirty and dusty. There were still spots that easily could have been cleaned with a vacuum. And I had asked for clarification about the interior and why it was still dirty. A different employee tells me "well that's part of the interior detailing and would have cost you $300 for the exterior and interior detailing, but it includes conditioning the leather" I felt so confused because I have come in the past to get the full service and remember the interior at least being wiped down. I didn't ask for a special treatment or leather conditioning, I just wanted a wipe down (we have two dogs) and I was really surprised I was being told it's extra to so. The manger did come in and explained this to me and told me they would take care of it. The doors were still dirty the center was still dusty and there were STILL spots no one thought to vacuum after looking at the vehicle a second time. I was too upset to bring it up again, just to get brushed off so I just took the car home and ended up cleaning it myself. The exterior looks great and they did an excellent job on the wax, but I was very disappointed in the "full service" experience. The job looks rushed through, sloppy, and careless - and this was when it was SLOW. Like I said I've been before and I've been really content with their services because the interior would actually be CLEAN but to tell me that they don't clean the interior without an additional charge was shocking. read more

I paid $98 for a half ass job. Inside still dirty, bug residue still on grille/front of truck. I had to come home and redo /detail the truck ourselves. They were busy but you could still do the job that was paid. I will never go back and recommend you go elsewhere unless you want to waste your money. read more

When I got into my car after it was detailed, the Start button to turn my car on and off was inside the center console. I immediately got out of my car and reported it. After about 40 minutes of blank stares, apologies, nobody admitting to it, I asked for a refund. When I asked the girl who was helping me if the employee had admitted to breaking it, she stuttered and said "ummmm, I guess not?" After the refund was given, my information was taken down and I was assured a manager would contact me the following day. I managed to stick my fingers inside and turn the button enough to be able to push it and my car started thank God! Following day, I waited until approximately 4:45pm and decided to call since nobody had contacted me yet. I spoke with Fermin Uribe the Manager on site. He told me they are busy on weekends but 2 other people watched the video and he could watch it now while on the phone with me. He watched it and came to the conclusion that he couldn't physically see his employee damage anything as it's not visible in their cameras and because he can't see anything, he knows Corporate won't approve paying for the repair. He asked me if it was broken before and I told him no. I also explained that I wouldn't have been able to start/stop my car if the button was inside the console like that. He offered me a free detail and wax. I am disappointed at how this has been handled. I asked for Corporate's number and the district manager and owners names. I am hoping that they will make this right and just pay for it to be fixed. I have to take time off work to bring my car to the dealership and come out of pocket to get this fixed. read more

Id give it 5 stars but I think it's just way too pricey. The cheapest option is $35 and the spray wax (wich is very good) is 40 and I just think for a 10 min ordeal which 80 percent is done by machine is too much. (I like to tip the guys hand drying and it could be $5-$10 more bux asp $45-50 for a wash) I go to one in concord and it's $20 for the same thing. The employees were very polite and everything was great, the wash was as good as a machine wash gets. They're never the best but they get the job done. Like I said it would be 5stars if the price was better. It's a machine wash.... So up to you if you feel a machine wash is worth $40 or so read more
