When I drove up to use my gift card a nice lady offered to help & when I asked her how many more visits I had she said she wasn't sure & she would go check with her manager so she could learn. She met me once I went through the car wash & told me that this was my last visit on the card. She was helpful, wanting to learn & then tried to sell me a monthly pass! What a good employee! Been going to this car wash for years with no issues until Sat 6/4/2026. When going through I heard a loud BANG that made me jump and thought that something had malfunctioned but didn't think it was causing actual damage to my car. I didn't stop to dry my car as I had groceries from Nugget and it was quite hot. As I got onto the freeway to go back to Fairfield, I heard more of the disturbing bangs and pulled off onto a frontage road to see what was up. I looked at the right side of my car and didn't see anything so continued home. When I went to take the groceries out of my trunk I noticed that the top half of rear right panel next to the rear window was ripped off. This explained the bangs. My husband immediately called the car wash and Lisa called me back and said she'd review the cameras. As what's expected in this type of situation, the cameras showed nothing. So, obviously, their defective equipment loosed the panel and the first BANG I heard while in the car wash was it being pulled off at the top of the panel and then slapping back. The subsequent bangs as I were driving home were a result of the wind pulling the panel back and then subsequently snapping off. Lisa was very professional. I can only hope that no cars on the freeway between Vacaville and Fairfield experienced any damage as a result of 7 Flags equipment ripping my back panel in half and it blowing off. Today I had the horrible experience of dealing with the rudest, most unprofessional, reprehensible "manager" named Lily Molina when I brought the car in to show them the damage. This vile person accused me of making it up and said the cameras showed nothing and, when I asked for their insurance info, she refused to give it to me. She smirked and belittled me. I told her that she was very unprofessional and not a good person as she made it her duty to berate me. 7 Flags should be ashamed of itself for employing such an unprofessional, rude individual. Went here to get the Platinum wash with no intention of getting the unlimited package. The Assistant Manager Daniel said that I could try the unlimited for the same price as one car wash with no obligation to keep the unlimited package. I opted to try it and he met me at the vacuums to give me my receipt and sticker for my car. I asked him about cleaning my rubber floor mat. He said that I could give it to the guys at the entrance of the car wash and they'd bring it back to me at the vacuums when they're done. Daniel was so nice. He offered to take the mats for me. I just had him bring the driver's mat since it was the only really dirty one. He explained to use the air blower to dry them off afterwards but he was so kind to do it for me. I love the unlimited car wash but expect a little bit more. Quality of services are quick and could use a bit more TLC. The towels they use to wipe the windows with leave a film inside the windows. Not good for the driver. Please put more quality clean towels used only for windows and not general towels for the whole car when wiping it down please. I love washing my car at this 7 Flags location! The staff are always kind and helpful, the car wash machine is great, and the self-service vacuum area is always clean and functioning correctly. There are times when the machine may not get all of the gunk off of your car, but if you immediately go back around and let the employee know, you can go back through for free. If you typically wash your car more than four times per month, I highly recommend registering for the 7 Flags Unlimited Car Wash membership; it's about $22 per month and you can wash your car at any of the six 7 Flags locations!!! read more

We've been patrons of this establishment since they opened. We have the family plan and we come here at least once a week. We've been more impressed with the fact that they promote the cleanliness of the shared vacuums and blowers (As seen here in pic). Our only reason for less than 5 star rating is that some workers do a better job than others scrubbing the windows/lights/license plates than others. Overall we would recommend this place. On a weekend trip, my car desperately needed a wash and I happened to pass by 7 Flags Express since I was in town. I have to say that out of many car wash facilities I've been to, this one is by far the BEST car wash facility. I have never experienced a more thorough car wash as I did at this location, this car wash in particular. Their wash machines are different than what I'm used to with other car washes and I was very very surprised, and impressed. Even my passengers commented on the quality wash post-wash. Their vacuums have strong cleaning suction, which is an added bonus, as many car wash facilities don't. Whatever electric brushes, pads, rotating scrubbers, etc. they use, it is AMAZING. On my way back home to Sacramento, my car has remained super clean 24 hours later. Once I returned to Sacramento, the weather briefly rained for 20 minutes, post-rain, my car dried off and still looks as clean as it did when I left the car wash yesterday. I'm a happy customer and will always come here for future washes when I am in Vacaville. read more

I have been a customer for years being a monthly unlimited wash member. Recently while exiting the wash I noticed a crack down the middle of my windshield. I went directly to the manager who reviewed the video and acknowledged that there was no crack or damage as I entered the wash but was when I exited. A day later another manager called me and said I must've had previous damage and that the heat of the day and the wash just made it worse. My car is very important to me and I take very serious care of it and would know if I had any damage to it. I went through the was the day before and had no issues and no incidents in between washes that would cause the crack. We went round and round and I finally asked if they would split the cost of repair. They refused even with my stating that I would no longer be a customer anymore after years of patronage. Decided to try this car wash for the first time since I've always driven pass and there were too many people at the self service wash down the street. I appreciated how helpful the workers were. Especially as I chose which service to purchase and asked questions of what to expect. I chose the Lava Shield. When it was my turn to drive onto the track, I was nervous and wasn't quite sure when to place my car into neutral. It eventually turned out okay, but it may take a few times until I feel more comfortable doing it. What I liked the most was being able to pull into the vacuum stall and take my time in drying and vacuuming. Everything is kept clean, which I also appreciated. The wash itself was fine. I'm not sure exactly what I expected since the only other drive through wash I've used is at the gas station. I'm not a huge fan yet to buy a monthly pass, but there were many cars there that day that did have a pass. And with repeat customers, that's a good thing. read more

I decided to try out the mat cleaner for the first time today and it completely shredded up parts of my mat, when I expressed concern to the manager on duty, she dismissed me and told me she'd "check it out". The staff is always friendly, and the convenience can't be beat. Great value for the price on Unlimited washes. I just stopped by the Vacaville car wash and noticed they had two persons on each side of the car when entering. The Fairfield car washes need to do the same. Also, if Unlimited members had two persons drying off the car at the end of the wash, I would give 5 stars. read more

There is no sensor to stop the belt when cars are stopped at the exit. I was in the wash and someone three cars ahead of me stopped just outside the wash. The next car was pushed out and hit that car. My car was pushed forward into that car and the car behind me hit my car. Finally someone stopped the wash. When I exited I parked my car and went inside. The management team was watching the video to find out what happened but they were lost as for what to do. They seemed pretty overwhelmed by the situation, and couldn't even muster an apology. They kept telling me they had to watch the video to find out who was at fault. That didn't matter to me, it started three cars up. I left. I bought touch up paint and fixed my bumper myself, it was easier than dealing with the clueless staff. I will not be back. I learned my lesson, this predictable event could have been prevented. read more

I used to have the top level car wash but with the new pricing got dropped to 2nd lowest level at same price as previous top level wash. Do not take your vehicle here. Came in today and got the middle tier wash (can't recall the exact name) and only that wash none of the other services added on. Took my car through and over to the vacuuming area. As I begin to dry my car I notice soap everywhere. There is foam still throughout the exterior and not just in nooks and cranny but on top of the car which I would expect to be the last place you would see any. Not only foam but also a lot of liquid soap still in areas that as I was drying would also start dripping down over the places I had already dried leaving drip lines and causing me to have to find a way to remove the soap. Only because I pay special attention did I find all of this. Most people probably drive off thinking they got a solid rinse as you would expect and end up with dried soap lines running down their exterior. The only reason I gave two starts is because of the free pressurized air and vacuums. read more

I recently gave in the to the unlimited car wash membership (just the basic plan @ $19.99/mo) since I figured it's cheaper to pay the membership instead of getting a basic $7 car wash every week.. with all the construction around our neighborhood and the wildfires every other week, my car is always ashy or dusty! The plan includes unlimited car washes every month at both the Elmira and Monte E. Vista locations. This one on Monte Vista is an express car wash, so same as the other one, you just pull up and the barcode on your windshield is scanned, drive through the car wash, and you're out in no time! The dryers at the end aren't always the best.. I think the other location leaves less spots and dries a little better, but the best part about this location is the free vacuums and mat cleaners! Just pull around to the right side after your car wash and you can use their super strong vacuums (Dyson ain't got nothin' on this) and mat cleaners for as long as you want. read more

This car wash is trash! I have a full size truck and as I enter the tunnel the employees turn off the overhead spin brush and spinning dryer brush as well as the side spinning brushes. I stopped to ask the employees why the machine doesn't wash 80% of my truck. They said my truck is too tall, so they press a button and turn off the over head equipment, and because I had a hitch ball on they hit another button and turn off the side equipment. So I paid for a glorified rinse twice. No front brush, no side brush, no top brush, no back brush!!! Over priced rinse. I have an SUV that is almost the same size as my truck and they don't turn off any features for that vehicle. And yes, our suv has the hitch ball on it. They pick and choose functions that they are going to turn off, they don't tell you they are turning them off, then you just don't get 80% of the service you pay for. Then when you talk to the employees, it's your fault. Then you see the 100% satisfaction guarantee as you roll out of the tunnel and realize that they are lying criminals. Again, this car wash is trash. Many other car washes in town (not 7 Flags) actually give you what you pay for, don't disable functions in a secret manner, then blame you for being a patron of their business. You can pay through the machine, or it automatically scans your sticker for unlimited car washes. Very fast and convenient. Great when you're passing by and your car needs a quick spruce. read more

This car wash takes NO responsibility for their services. I went through the car wash -the sign clearly says do not brake, and mid way through I see brake lights in front of me and with little vision due to the red cloths covering my windshield, I realize I am hitting the car in front of me. I get out and go inside and review the cameras and I clearly hit the car. They take no responsibility and say it's between that guy and me. I go talk to this guy and he hit his brakes because the lady in front of him wasn't moving-apparently she turned her car off and couldn't get it to start. In the end-the car wash says they have no responsibility because I was the one driving the car. ? Driving...no I was on their tracks being pushed through their wash with no visibility. For insurance-I rear-ended the guy, so who is at fault? Frustrating to say the least. And my car is still dirty -I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

So this place is a joke! First time here and I've been to plenty of "express" car wash places so I'm not expecting my car to be squeaky clean.. BUT I pull up to the entrance for the wash and there's 3 workers standing. First one lightly sprays my car with water.. umm ok yeah that didn't do much. Second and third guy each lightly with a brush scrub ( scrub meaning 2 swipes Across) my windshield... umm ok that didn't do anything! Why not scrub the front bumper and grill where all the dead bugs and dirt is! Then I go through the wash.. and at the end the dryer didn't even dry my car.. yes I know it's not going completely dry it.. but this was useless. Pull into the vacuum area.. which is a very tight small space for each car.. and I have a average size sedan.. could barely open my door... and leave it open to vacuum. Anyways.. my car was still dirty! I had to wipe the bugs off myself! Like come on.. at least have the workers pre scrub the DIRTY areas.. and maybe have a couple guys doing a quick towel dry after the blow dryer since it doesn't dry completely. So definitely not coming back to this place. read more

They quickly spoke to me about the benefits of the monthly pass and signed me up in a quick matter of minutes while we chatted, plus added my wife's car at a discounted price. She was extra sweet and even chatted with me while I waited - when she wasn't waiting on other customers. She told me about their monthly unlimited options and that it wasn't contract.
