I recently brought my Tesla through this car wash at 7 Flags for a routine cleaning after enrolling in the unlimited membership program. Following just one wash, I began noticing small spots and marks across the vehicle's paint that I am confident were not present beforehand. The car is relatively new, and the paint and finish were in excellent condition prior to using this facility. I have used other car wash services in the past without encountering similar issues, which made this experience particularly disappointing. I contacted the business to express my concerns, and although they invited me to return for an inspection, I was ultimately informed that there was little they could do regarding the matter. I understand that unforeseen issues can occasionally occur; however, as someone who takes great care in maintaining my vehicle, it was frustrating to observe noticeable changes to the finish immediately after the wash. I will be including photos so that others may evaluate the situation for themselves before deciding to use this car wash, particularly those with newer vehicles or individuals who are especially attentive to preserving their paint and clear coat. read more

The way they usher cars in, they stack them one right after the other so the vertical rotary washers never touch the back of the car... I get yall are trying to save money, but what's the point if the back of my car is still dirty. Out of courtesy, I try to not enter the wash right away when a car is in front of me, even though the usher is telling me to pull forward with a type of urgency. I don't think these kids get it. About a week ago, I visited Seven Flags Car Wash on Solano Avenue with my daughter, who was picking up an employment application. My husband and I are Fast Pass holders and typically use the Tennessee Street location, but this visit completely changed that for me. After going through the wash (which did an excellent job -- my car looked fantastic!), I noticed my rear wiper blade had broken. I went into the office and spoke with Ian, the assistant manager. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. He immediately came outside, took photos, had me complete the necessary paperwork, and assured me he would order a replacement part. True to his word, Ian called me as soon as the part arrived. When I returned, he personally replaced the rear wiper himself. His level of customer service was outstanding -- thoughtful, patient, and genuinely caring. I truly felt taken care of and appreciated. Because of this experience, I will now be going to the Solano Avenue location instead of Valle Vista Street. The customer service from these young employees is exceptional. Whoever raised these kids did a wonderful job -- they are respectful, responsible, and go above and beyond. Five stars all the way. I love getting my car washed here with my unlimited plan. Modern technology, quick turnaround, vacuums, and compressed air. I wish the car was a little drier at the end of the cycle but other than that I recommend getting an annual plan. Also love the long summer and winter hours. For 10 years I have the same passenger car. For 10 years I have a typical simple car roof rack, consisting of two simple aluminum bars mounted, bolted on to the car roof. (See picture) For 10 years I've been going to various car washes to get my car washed. The last few years also to 7 flags car wash. Never a problem, never an issue anywhere neither with them. Recently I went there again wanting to wash my car and some overeager "Karen" type of employee lectured me self-importantly right away that I need to take my roof rack off. I explained to her that this roof rack is A) for 10 years on that car and B) I have, including this car wash, visited many car washes and it was never an issue. No, "Karen" insisted or I cannot go and have my car washed. Even when I explained her that a second time and I had been here several times and it was never an issue and it is bolted on. She self importantly persisted I dismount it. I wonder what's next with them? Remove the antenna? So I was forced to go to another car wash; Vallejo Car Wash. One I've been over the years a few times before as well. Their washer system technology much the same. Don't you love being called a liar when your car gets damaged? My mother took her car in for a wash & vaccum. Upon exiting the parking lot she heard a scrapping sound that she did not her before getting her car washed. Due to her disability she was unable to check what the issue was. Once I arrived home I was able to see that the plastic covering on her under carriage was ripped and dragging. Once I was able to remove the part I called the location and was told she hit "pothole" or "something in the road". Seriously?!?!?! No accountability no apology just straight blame to the customer. And not taking any sort of accountability for the damage. First he offered to look at and then said I can come and WATCH the service being done. why switch up on taking a look at it. And the fact that this isn't the first time it's happen as I've seen others go through the same thing a this location is ridiculous. I went here today and my car was dirtier when I drove away then when I arrived. I got the silver package I believe the second step up. Not that it should matter. A basic car wash should've been plenty. My car is brand new it should not take too much elbow grease to clean. I left with mud, bugs and tree gunk and front of my car and my mirrors were filthy. I had to go get it washed again, somewhere else. Fabulous on top of that you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the vacuums no thanks.( do you offer for you to come back) oh convenient. read more

I've purchased the unlimited monthly pass, and it's worth it. I drive plenty and the car gets dirty quickly. I also park under trees and bird manure is common. if I use it more than twice a month it already pays for itself. The vacuums are free. The first thing I noticed was the modern-looking car wash but what impressed me most was that the employees were super friendly. Also who doesn't like free? They have a free Lava car wash promo (which is $20 full price). There's a sign for it nearby or just check out the pic I posted. Anyway, I texted them on Monday and got the coupon on Thursday. Just click the link and show the barcode to the employee. There was plenty of time to use it and I got my wash today. The car wash itself was quick and significantly cleaned this white car I own that hasn't been washed for months. There was a strong layer of gray (aka road pollution) all over that even recent rain wasn't helping. The carwash made the sides, upper back and hood become bright white. However, sections of the roof, lower back/front parts, and part of my rear mirrors area were still dirty but not *as dirty* as before. I probably should have taken a before/after. So not completely washed but 90% better. Overall, I'm satisfied and open to coming back. While I can't speak on comparative pricing as I don't usually go out for car washes, they do offer memberships and a range of services. It was easy to get in and out. I also like they offer scholarships to employees. $2k is significant money for someone going to a community college. So kudos to this company for giving back to the community in that way. As busy as this location is (close to freeway & within a shopping center), I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to pay at the cashier and drive through. The cashiers have always been friendly & even the employees that guide you into the tunnel always have a smile on their faces. I have not used the self service vacuums myself, but I do see the stalls always being used. It's a location I will definitely visit often for a quick wash. read more

Brianna is the sweetest, brightest customer service star! Everytime I drive thru the one on Springs Rd, she greets me with a huge smile and a wave. I signed up for the monthly but it was too expensive for me. She smiled that dazzling smile and said, "we have other plans by the month that might suit your needs better? You wouldn't need to cancel altogether and could still benefit from having a clean car?" I wish that every time I need a customer service representative, they would have been trained by Brianna. She's the kind of employee an owner would want to keep! (And no, I don't know her or her family outside of this business. I went through the wash and my car looked just as dirty as it did when I went in to the car wash. I let the person there know and they pretty much brushed me off. So I came back from Texas months back and I was denied to get a monthly pass with my F-250 3" lift which they had no problem selling me passes to my other three vehicles when they open and came in and wash my diesel for months and also went to the one in Fairfield no problem. Today I was in the area shopping at the Mexican market nearby buying the Monday special carnitas when I drove by this car wash and I saw a friendly lady waving a big sign that said: Grand opening, $1 car wash I said to myself... $1 you can't go wrong with that now! They told me that this was the special they were having since the grand opening on July 5th and today July 11th would have been the last day of the promo. They also having a promotional offer for monthly memberships. I have attached a photo showing you the different promo prices for your first month and today is the last day to take advantage of that offer. When you first come here the far left lane will be for a one-time purchase or to sign up for memberships, and the far right lane will be for Members only where they can just scan in and proceed to the car wash. When you pull the car around to the entrance of the actual wash they'll be a guy or girl who will guide you in. Just be sure that you roll all your windows up and close your sunroof if you have one and follow the directions on the signs and what the guy is telling you. Once you are done going through the entire wash, there are vacuum stalls to the right once you exit so make sure you use those as well if they are included with your car wash package. Overall I have to say first of all that the employees today were all very friendly and they were willing to guide me in the right direction which is very good. Second of all I have to say that it's about time Vallejo finally got a brand new drive-thru car wash. The seven flags that's located off of Valley Vista Street is always packed with cars because that and the other car wash right next to Jack In The box off of Tennessee Street we're the only drive-thru type of car washes in Vallejo. However I think that this is a great addition and I think that they will do very good at this location. I also have to say that my car came out fairly clean. The one thing that car washes always have trouble on though is being able to knock off all the dirt on your rims. You just have to expect that and the only way to really get them to be really clean is to do them yourself by hand so just a little note on that. Also to take advantage of the vacuum stalls and use the compressed air tool. I use the compressed air for blowing off all at a dust that's in all the cracks of my dashboard, around the seating area, in the trunk, I even blow all the dust in my engine bay and now my engine is very clean. This place deserves a solid 5 stars! Even after the promo ends I will still come back here. read more

Very friendly employees. That's it. The wash itself is horrible. I usually have to go through twice to remove even a small bird poop. They have hand sprayers on both sides of the entrance, but only EVER have an employee on one side, so only the driver side gets the pre-wash spray. The dryers have been changed, so my car is never dry, and I always have to pull over and hand dry the whole thing. read more

For the same price, you can go down the street and get a full service - dry and vacuum your car for you. Here you only get a wash and have to vacuum and dry it yourself. But i will give it 4 stars because the employee who took my order was awesome! The people who had to scrub the car down weren't too happy but she made my trip to the carwash enjoyable. This cashwash pulled off my rear windshield wiper blade. Once returned the next day I was told my blade was there and they tried to put it back on, but it didn't fit. I was then told to complete an incident report and, someone would contact me in a couple of days. They called me to say on the video it showed my windshield arm was sticking out and the blade was still on, and that the blade they had on their desk belonged to another Mercedes vehicle, and they would not replace mine. Went here for a car wash in July and was presented with an offer of unlimited wash for $23/month. Bought the offer but i saw charge on my account this month for $39.99. Called over the facility .. i was told that $23 was a promotional amount and that the regular cost is $39.99 which i was not informed at that time. I asked for a refund and so they ask for my info but they cannot find my account ... long story short ... All my information in their system is incorrect, my name, phone number, my car info. This is the newest and cleanest car wash in Vallejo. The staff has been helpful anytime I have needed assistance. Free vacuums always a plus and they keep it as clean as possible. Drive thru only but you can go to the other location close to do a hand wash or get a detail. read more

Was happy to see this carwash open, I have three cars on the family plan, can't beat the unlimited carwashes. Their free vacuum and compressed air is awesome. Any exess water on my vehicle is easily removed via the compressed air, vacuum is great at what it does, just make sure you don't have any small/valuable items laying around, suction is extremely strong. Only negative would be their final dry down at the end, should be adjusted to accomodate narrower vehicles. read more

Seriously I drove home right before the car wash from work in Rohnert park, my bumper wasn't torn off then. It's your guys business you're liable. Expect a lot of bad words from this, it'll be fixed, but as far as comparison in basic human understanding to the much better other 7 flags car washes in Vallejo you guys are lacking bad. I'm a Vallejo native I can say I've never been treated like that at any other car was. Warning to anyone else if your car gets damaged expect to file an insurance claim to get it fixed faster. If you have a nice car take it to the 7 flags on springs road, or just hand wash it at home, at least your car won't be damned. I've taken my 2002 Odyssey at the Valle Vista location for 20 years and even had it specialized detailed. Went in to their new location and was refused service because of my car rack that I've had since 2002. I've never had an issue with it at all. I signed up for the managers special of 22 dollars per month for unlimited carwash. Sounds good right? Well I noticed that even though this car wash is brand new, when my car exited the wash, there were water spots all over the right side of my car. I wasn't happy with the results but at least it got the dust off. I was considering canceling my membership when I noticed a charge of 39.99 from 7flags on my bank account. I was sure this was a mistake but when I called they told me no, they charge 20 per carwash so I'm getting a deal. They also blamed me for falling for their deception: it's presented as a mangers special of 22 dollars a month for a normally 39.99 service. I demanded a refund but they refused. I talked to the manager and even went down there and still no refund. Horrible business practice and the machine is poorly designed. My plan was advertised as their best offer but there are areas all over my car that are unwashed since I started using there service. Brushes don't get in crevasses. I'm not happy and won't be going back.:( read more
