Alan has the patience of a saint. A little less than a year…read moreago, my windshield was cracked by a screw or something falling inside the carwash. It stressed me out because I already went through another local carwash damaging my car and them weaseling their way out of any liability. Thankfully 7Flags caught it on video so there was no doubt. They were very honest about being at fault and sent me to a local glass vendor to have my windshield replaced. Fast forward to November. The sensors on my car were acting up ever since the windshield was replaced. It wasn't a problem until the automatic braking kicked in when it should not have and caused me to dead stop on a busy street. It was incredibly dangerous and my trust in the vehicle was shaken. Then comes the annual oil change for my car. We had been planning to go on a trip that upcoming weekend and needed an oil change and for Subaru to look at the sensor issue as it was a major safety concern. We find out from Subaru that the windshield replaced was not OEM and the sensors were not calibrated correctly. Turns out with these new cars, only the dealers or someone with an authorized copy of the software, can calibrate the sensors. They also cannot be disabled. Ultimately it looked like the job we had done months prior was botched and due to the safety concern, the windshield needed to be replaced once again and calibrated by Subaru. We expressed this concern to the vendor who initially changed the windshield and he was less than cooperative with our needs. We reached back out to 7Flags where we spoke to Alan about the situation. Alan worked with us one on one while communicating between the original glass vendor, Subaru of Fairfield, and his supervisors at 7Flags. Due to some communication hiccups we had to inform Subaru to work with Alan as the original glass vendor was becoming less civil about the situation. Thankfully 7Flags, once again, covered the repair. This time it was done correctly through the dealership. We are so thankful that 7Flags is an upstanding company that takes responsibility in its mistakes. Alan did an outstanding job with rolling through the punches and helping us with the roller coaster of a week. We are monthly unlimited wash members and will continue using 7Flags car washes all over Solano County. I still get nervous going through the automated car washes, but feel more secure now that I know that 7Flags takes accountability in its business practices. As you can imagine, especially since the weather has been getting hotter, my car also had a stench in the interior. Today, I requested for the exterior and interior to be cleaned. I explicitly asked for the seats to be shampooed/cleaned due to the stains in the back seat. For good measure, I requested for the floor to be cleaned as well. I was quoted a price, which included my member discount and agreed to the service. I was told ahead of time that the wait time for the service would be 1.5 to 2 hours, which I truly appreciated. After about an hour and a half wait, I was notified that my car was done. The gentleman walked me to my car and explained exactly what was done while he allowed me to check out their work. All of the pet stains were gone! The coffee stain that I had on the seat for years was nearly all removed as well! I was very impressed with the attention to detail that the staff gave on my car. Not only was my car clean, but it smelled amazing as well. I wish I caught the name of the gentleman that assisted me today, as I forgot to give him a tip. Customer service was amazing! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the services they provide. During the wait, I talked with one of the staff members in the wait area for quite some time. She was very nice and made my wait time fly by. I'll obviously continue to take mine and my husband's vehicles here in the near future.

I was hoping to be able to request a free dash wipe, but staff never came out to greet me, or to offer me a wipe. I know that staff was around because I could see them through the closed doors. Just weird. This location has a much better wash than many of the other others, but a shorter dry on the way out. It's a convenient location going between Sacramento and San Francisco, and it's freeway accessible, which is nice. Friends don't let friends drive dirty!

We subscribe to the monthly unlimited exterior plan for both our cars, and feel like the name of the company says it all. Our service level lets us pop in and have the exterior washed and hand-dried whenever we need it, at both the Fairfield and Vacaville locations. They also apply wheel dressing, and the hard-working finishing staff always smiles when they announce that our car is ready. We get a lot of use out of our monthly subscription--it is the best deal in car care in the area! It's rare, but when we have asked them to re-wipe something they might have missed, they are always congenial and do it without hesitation. Occasionally, we'll also add on extra service when we take it in, such as an interior vacuuming or more, and the service level we have come to expect and enjoy is carried into that additional service, as well.
