I expected to get a quote and schedule the installation, but instead, Brandon took the time to thoroughly inspect my car, making sure the doors closed properly and each window went up evenly. He pointed out that my passenger window did not align correctly, and explained he could not install, nor guarantee his work unless this issue was resolved. Unsure of where to go, I asked Brandon, who recommended Andy's in Vacaville. Andy did an excellent job as well. Following that, I returned to Divine Impact to place an order for the top and arrange an installation date. It's important to note that Bandon does not add any markup to the parts. Customers order and pay for the parts directly with the part store, while Bandon only charges for his labor, which is reasonably priced. Turn around time was only 3 days. This occurred in early October 2025. As of January 2026, following several periods of heavy rain and storms, I am pleased to report that the convertible has not experienced any leaks. Though I do need to get a cover. Brandon is a man of integrity and very professional with great customer service. I appreciated that he prioritized quality over profit--and took the time to ensure the job was done right so I wouldn't face issues later. I am more than happy with the outcome. My car looks great! My experience with Divine Impact was all positive!

Great experience, I could tell his attention to detail, he also added a small strip at no charge behind the back seat to replace the warped panel that was original. Just cosmetic but still it made a huge difference. He was upfront on pricing and it didn't change. That's how things should go! This is a difficult labor intensive job in which most Upholstery repair businesses don't want to deal with. Nissan dealers will blow you away in what they charge for this repair. I ordered the part from Nissan and Charlie and his crew tackled the job and completed the work in one day at a fair price. Everything now functions like new. Friendly no pressure atmosphere. I had a top which is intact but needed to be either repaired or completely replaced. I had shopped around and I was getting all sorts of priced quotes. Jose, the owner, was honest and told me to probably replace the whole top, which had to be ordered. He gave me a middle quote and it worked with my budget. He just needed a 10% deposit and he told me to bring the car in once the top came in. It was a little over a week, but he was able to get the parts in and he told me he could replace it in a day.I brought my car in at Opening and he had all the work done in a full business day. I picked it up the next day and it was exactly what quoted me and the work was perfectly installed new top. I will definitely keep his business in mind if I needed any upholstery work done to my cars.

They look fantastic and Wayne and his guys did a great job with 30 year old sport seats that are a little tricky to work on and have some older plastic parts that need to be handled correctly or risk breaking them. Once assembled, the seats look factory new. The leather upholstery kit I bought matched the OEM exactly and I wanted the upholstery to look factory BMW and I think it turned out a "10". And the old heating elements still work in the new seats too! I have included the before and after shot and some installed in the car. My only advice is be sure you allow enough time for the work to be done and have an idea what this type of work will cost and time involved in getting it right.
