I needed a new convertible top for my 2006 Mustang, so I went to Divine Impact based on a recommendation. I expected to get a quote and schedule the installation, but instead, Brandon took the time to thoroughly inspect my car, making sure the doors closed properly and each window went up evenly. He pointed out that my passenger window did not align correctly, and explained he could not install, nor guarantee his work unless this issue was resolved. Unsure of where to go, I asked Brandon, who recommended Andy's in Vacaville. Andy did an excellent job as well. Following that, I returned to Divine Impact to place an order for the top and arrange an installation date. It's important to note that Bandon does not add any markup to the parts. Customers order and pay for the parts directly with the part store, while Bandon only charges for his labor, which is reasonably priced. Turn around time was only 3 days. This occurred in early October 2025. As of January 2026, following several periods of heavy rain and storms, I am pleased to report that the convertible has not experienced any leaks. Though I do need to get a cover. Brandon is a man of integrity and very professional with great customer service. I appreciated that he prioritized quality over profit--and took the time to ensure the job was done right so I wouldn't face issues later. I am more than happy with the outcome. My car looks great! Found Brandon's shop next door to Dick's Muffler when replacing exhaust for my 1990 944 cab. He saw my car and came out to take a quick look. Very friendly which was refreshing! After a quick conversation about too replacement, we exchanged info. Got his card and went from there. The top came in and we communicated a install date. Great experience, I could tell his attention to detail, he also added a small strip at no charge behind the back seat to replace the warped panel that was original. Just cosmetic but still it made a huge difference. He was upfront on pricing and it didn't change. That's how things should go! So I started my day searching for a Shop to replace the headliner I got my head liner replaced on my 2006 Honda Ridgeline with Divine Impact Auto Upholstery. I searched on the web, then drove to Divine Impact Llc Auto Upholstery, Brandon the owner who looked over my truck and gave me a quote. His shop is very clean , great customer service & professional shop. ANDRE was extremely responsive professional and did Quality work on my Honda Ridgeline. The results were fantastic!! I called these guys on a Friday at 530pm after I got off work and was planning to leave a message and they picked up! Great service from the start! Brandon and his crew Andre, etc, worked with my schedule to give me an estimate and explained exactly how the process would go. I needed to re-upholster my front seats on my 2013 Camaro SS. Although they don't directly order the seat covers for you, they tell you exactly where to go and how to do it. This gave me freedom to change my mind, look at all the options and know exactly when they arrived. They installed both covers in one day, on my only day off. After it was done, he explained how the leather would change over time -- summer & winter-- as well as how to protect it and hooked me up with cleaner and protectant. I'm bummed that the new head rests don't have the SS stitching like my originals, and I should have asked about that. Also, there's magnets that hold the seatbelts to the chair, and those are kind of weak, so they come off, but I'm planning on going back and asking about that soon. I took my convertible Mercedes removable top to Divine Impact Upholstery and Brandon in September 2024, and he promised to have it done within 2-3 weeks.  Didn't get it back until February 2025.  Unfortunately, after multiple calls and drop-ins, along with repeated promises that it would be finished, I finally received a call that the work was complete and was quoted a price that was $300 over  what was initially quoted. I went to pick it up--only to find that the job was still not done correctly. To make matters worse, he charged me $750 for substandard work. The quality was unacceptable, and the entire experience was frustrating. This business is both unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly recommend that people take their upholstery needs elsewhere. Avoid the headache and find a more reliable, trustworthy shop. read more

They never finished my car or followed up for rescheduling. For the price the work wasn't that good. I would not recommend this guy and I regretted giving him a good review. After really looking at the interior and the quality of the work I was not impressed at all. I felt like I was overcharged. It took him two weeks longer than he said I didn't bug him never called him and they still did not complete my car. I paid $300 extra for work that was never done. He did not complete the package tray for me and told me it was gonna take couple months to complete it. That is just a joke. No money back. Poor customer service. He does good work when he wants to. Guess my car wasn't good enough for top quality and customer service. I thought that's why we pay higher prices, but Brandon charged me anyway and didn't even reschedule to have the package tray finished. Not until I told him about his poor customer service then he tried calling me. Tried to back peddling on what he said. Bottom line just don't waist your time. There are better shops out there. read more
