Vic was great. He gave an honest appraisal and quick repair. Will recommend him to anyone in the area.

I was replacing my wiper blades and made an error when the bare metal arm snapped onto my windshield and cracked it. Amateur move. I went in to see Vic and he determined there really wasn't much he could do as the crack was too large to repair. However, he said he'd drill tiny pits just beyond the cracks in hopes that move will stop further cracking. The value of this review isn't that Vic fixed my windshield, he fixed something more valuable. He fixed my faith in others. He got to work on my car with no ulterior motive other than to make me feel better and with hopes that his plan would do good. He didn't charge me a dime. So for all the good deeds of fine people out there, Vic is one of them. Thank you Vic. Should my windshield need replacement, hopefully not anytime soon, you will be my choice in spite of living in San Francisco. I'll make the trip just to repay you for your kindness. read more

I called and got a same day appointment. The service and pricing was awesome. Highly recommended...

Filed an insurance claim with a crack appearing in my windshield on my Audi S4. There was some delay in a response, which appeared to be between the insurance company and the shop. Once i reached out to my agent, i got a very quick response. They did a great job and the new windshield is great. They're a little tricky to find; Apple maps give the wrong location for some reason. They're actually towards the back of the Subaru dealership. I would definitely use them again. read more

Went there for a rock chip repair, which was done promptly, professionally and at a very reasonable price. Can't recommend Vic's highly enough. read more

I went to Vic's to have them replace my windshield, my insurance paid for it. After 4 days I notice a crack appearing in the bottom corner, I got out to look at it and this is what I saw...they chipped it during install and tried to cover it up with black paint so I wouldn't see it. I called my insurance company and sent them the photos. The windshield is part of the safety equipment for your vehicle, and for Vic's to do something so shady as this, tells me just what kind of people they are. My insurance company is going to deal with Vic's. I ended up having Safelight replace it. read more

We had a small chip repaired. Excellent service, reasonable price! I would definitely recommend Vic's!

In the middle of a road trip a big rock kicked up by a truck caused a major crack across the right side of the windshield. When I pulled in Vic stopped what he was doing to take a look and quickly put in a couple drill stops to try and stop the spreading. Even knowing I was just passing through he wouldn't take anything but a thank you and a smile. Thanks Vic! read more

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. I had my car window smashed in while parked at a Sacramento hotel. I was driving the next day to Napa to visit family, so my husband called this place to see if they could get it fixed. Vic ordered the window and I was able to get it installed in a couple of days. He even put some kind of adhesive over my window so I didn't have to drive around with a missing window in the meantime. I highly recommend this business! Great service and great personnel. read more

I highly recommend Vic's auto glass in the event you need a glass chip repaired. I had someone scheduled to come out to my house to fix it and they canceled on me earlier in the day due to possible rain in the afternoon. I'm getting ready to go on a trip and needed to make sure the chip was not going to spread during the drive, I called Vic and he got me right in. Super personable. Did a fantastic job. I can't even tell the chip is there and he was reasonable in price. read more

Vic, Thank you for such an excellent and quick job. I commute to Petaluma everyday and had my front windshield cracked by a large rock falling out of a dump truck. Made an appointment for the following week. Dropped my car off at 9 am and got a text saying it was done by 11. Excellent workmanship and looks just like new. Quality oem glass as well. Thank you, Brian read more

My daughter had her car window smashed in her driveway, which was probably done by some tweaker looking for petty cash. So I called Vic and he was able to order a new window and installed it within a day. Vic is quick, professional and reasonable. read more

I went to Vic's last week with a bad chip in a hard to repair spot on my husband's windshield. The man that helped me was so nice! He tried to fix the crack, but it was just in too tough a spot to repair it completely. He sealed it so it wouldn't spread and then didn't even charge me! I couldn't believe it! But he said he couldn't accept any money from me because he wasn't able to repair it completely. I wish more business owners were like him :) Thank you so much! read more

I showed up for an estimate for a cracked windshield yesterday and Vic scheduled an appointment for me first thing the next day. The windshield replacement took about 4 hours and was very reasonably priced. Vic and his staff are friendly, approachable and professional. read more

On a cross country road trip we had our passenger side window busted out by vagrants in Eureka CA. There are no services available on Sunday so we drove to Napa and first thing Monday morning Vic called us back (the only one of many to call back) and he had us back on the road by noon. The price was shockingly low and more than reasonable. The work and window match were perfect. Couldn't be more grateful today as we drive away with a window and a safe car. read more

Vic does great work and stands behind his products and workmanship. I replaced a windshield almost a year ago and had trouble with a molding peeling off. He took me in without an appointment and fixed it immediately. A very courteous and responsible honest man. Asked him if I owed him anything for his time and work and he waived all fees. Vic takes pride in his work. I totally recommend Vic's if you need to replace a windshield read more

While traveling cross country, our windshield was chipped. Being from Pennsylvania, we googled windshield repair and Vic' autoglass came up. We pulled into Vic's shop in Napa, CA with no scheduled appointment and no idea what our options were. I explained what we were on this cross country trip and needed some help. Vic told me he needed a few minutes to finish what he was doing but he would look at the windshield. Within fifteen minutes, he was looking at our car and on his recommendation he temporary patched the windshield. I would highly recommend him for any work that his shop does. Most importantly his patch held until we got home a month later. I found Vic to be professional and a honest person. Bob read more

Took a rock to my BRAND NEW windshield 3 days ago (last one was replaced 3 weeks ago after enduring several chips/cracks driving on hwy 12 eastward). Called Vic's as soon as I returned to Napa. Took it in today and Vic said no crack, it should be fine, but offered to put some whatever-they-use (epoxy?) in the hole. 10 minutes later, chip/hole filled and no charge. Many thanks Vic! read more

Highly recommend Vic's autoglass. Had a chip in my windshield I didn't notice until the crack appeared. Called around to as many places as I could find trying to save a buck. Vic's had the best price by a lot ! One quote was 579..00 and some change plus disposal fee and tax, wanting to know who would be working on my car I drove to the shop, was impressed with Vic so I Made the appointment. He changed the windshield in the allotted time I was quoted. The total was 414.00 out the door. Very nice polite man. Our company will now be using him for all our trucks. 11 moving trucks. See nice guys do finish last. Thank you very much Vic read more

I brought my suv here because a tree fell on the back window and totally blew it out. Vic's was $50 cheaper than the other shop I called, so hey, who doesn't want to save $50 bucks? Well, me...next time. They replaced the window just fine, but did a bad job of cleaning up the glass that was blown thru the rest of the vehicle. Long story short, I spent almost 30 minutes trying to vacuum up tiny bits of glass when I came to retrieve my vehicle. They obviously did a nasty rush job that I needed to spend my time completing. On top of that, they removed the rear wiper in order to be able to replace the rear windshield, but never replaced it. And... he forgot to even put the wiper back in my car so it was left behind at his shop. I will give him (Vic) credit for returnig the wiper and other accessories that were removed from the back of my car to my home. But that's the only positive. Obviously, no clue regarding providing great customer service. Next time, I'll pay more and go somewhere else. read more
