Carrie, the woman who I worked with, was great about answering my questions, following up with the insurance company, etc. The car ended up being totaled but Lito was great. This year I took my daughter's car in to get an estimate on removing some paint and fixing some dents. Once again, Carrie and Gigi were wonderful. We waited two weeks so they could order parts before bring our car in for repair due to a tree branch damaging the car in a recent wind storm. Three and a half weeks later they have been unable to tell us when the car would be done. It's cosmetic damage no structural damage. They have made excuses like it's was more extensive than they originally thought despite a super detailed estimate given to our insurance company. We drove by today. The car has been sitting in their lot for three and a half weeks with no work even started. We have been lied to and seriously misled by Lito Auto Body. Waiting to hear from our insurance company on how to proceed. Likely we will have to start all over with another body shop. In the meantime we have only a few more day's coverage for the rental car, thirty days, from our insurance company. Disreputable only begins to describe our experience with Lito Auto Body. Lito Auto Body is very helpful&kind, albeit understaffed&looking the worse for wear. I went to Lito on account of a recent collision, only to see that the parking lot (and some folks parked on the street itself) looked like it would lead to a further collision. The lot itself was incredibly small&crowded. They do have high quality customer service, and considering my stress, they do take it seriously that candies are a food group. They have a huge bowl full of chocolates&candies of various kinds. They were considerate&helpful. If you need transportation while your vehicle is in the shop, they are more than willing to help. Unfortunately, they didn't have anybody who could do an estimate at the time. Lito could use a much larger space&larger lot. Accidents waiting to happen. Lots of them. read more

I have used Lito's 3 times now and they have always gone over and above in customer service, communication with the insurance company, honest and fair priced work that was all quality! Arranging the rental car for me and having it at the shop for me to pick upon bringing my 2010 Sports Edition Camry after I hit a lost cow in a rural road one foggy night a few days before Christmas was just the beginning of making a difficult time as easy as possible! The car was finished with factory replacement panels/parts and the paint match was a bullseye on the front end which included hood damage, headlight damage and the entire front end of the car. With the car being a few years older the clear coat is faded and all paint ages, with metallic aging even more so that makes changes making matching more difficult but my classic car friends who really know paint said it was a great job and it looks all brand new now! Hitting a cow is not your average accident and I was thankful to only have a broken foot but this mean there was damage under the car as well in ways that most accidents don't reach or affect. So this was a different repair in the busiest season (Winter) of the year for auto body shops and also during Christmas shopping days, so getting my car back timely was really appreciated! Everyone was friendly, thorough and very professional and made the whole accident and repair less stressful. read more

My '73 Landcruiser FJ40 had the normal rust in the usual spots as most of these do. I took it to another shop and was told they could not work on it as it was not in an accident. When I took it to Lito's. Carrie let Ron the owner know who quickly stated he can take care of it. He took some photos and said he'd get back with an estimate. When I got home 20 minutes later the email was waiting for me. He gave me a quote and a timeline (which was very short). I returned the Landcruiser to him and two weeks later it was finished. Not only did he and his crew repair all the rust spots, but also repaired and painted the front bumper and grill which had surface rust. My Landcruiser came out as if it had just rolled off the assembly line. She is just gorgeous. The price and timeline were great. I'd highly recommend Lito's for any repair. After a hotel employee decided to play New Year's Eve bumper cars while my ride was in valet parking, I was on the hunt for a great body shop that could deal with the insurance punks and get my car back as soon as possible. My wife had used Lito Auto Body once in the past for a small issue, and the place is near my work...so I chose Lito. Long story short: everything went perfectly. They navigated the insurance stuff without a single hitch, had my car back to me within 3 days, and even went the extra mile to make my rental car experience easier. The *only* drag about this place is finding a place to park. That whole cul-de-sac is parked up pretty badly and you'll be better off just parking away from the business and walking up. My insurance sent me here to get body work done from a minor bump which left a hefty dent in the rear right side panel of my car. I regret having the work done as Lito returned my car in WORSE shape than before. They fixed the dent, sure, but they lost a stock chrome strip that went along the bottom of the rear door closest to the damage, left that same door LOOSE and rattling against my car due to removing the door hinge and INCORRECTLY putting it back on (I had to get another body shop to tighten the hinge because it got worse over time and the door was about to fly open during driving VERY unsafe). I also had third-party rear parking sensors that no longer work since Lito worked on my car (I checked for a simple disconnection). And the whole rear bench seat was loose, I mean you could lift up the whole cushion (same body shop that fixed my loose door said they didn't lock it back in correctly). TERRIBLE workmanship. Carrie was always great over the phone and offered for me to simply bring the car back to get all of this fixed free of charge per their warranty but I moved 8 hours away to SoCal and that wasn't doable... My car is still missing the rear chrome strip and the parking sensors are done for thanks to Lito. Stay far away from this shop, they'll butcher your car. read more

Auto Body shops are not usually high on any reviewers list, but if you live anywhere near Napa, you should know about this place. Their service is fantastic and the staff is friendly. I chose not to go through my insurance company for damage done by my in-laws and these guys understood and did their best to help me out. Moreover, they repaired my car in two days and it had taken another shop a week to repair similar damage when I was rear-ended the year before. So, I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can avoid a similar mishap this year (I swear there must be a bullseye on my bumper) ,but if I don't, at least I won't need to sweat where I'll take it. read more
