As much as I always enjoy the excellent service and fantastic team at B&G Tire visiting twice in a week is a bit more than I like. Four new tires put on last week and this morning my inflation light came on. Yup! a huge nail. They said with so much road construction in Napa these days, I am not alone. But geez! they were brand new. Ugh! Thanks for getting me in and out so quickly and no charge, Mariah. Much appreciated. You guys are the BEST! read more

OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND CARE! Kevin and his family practice a seemingly vanishing art form: CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was referred to Kevin and B and G from our long mechanic as Kevin had a diagnostic tool needed to reprogram our son's car. Kevin actually guaranteed his work or we wouldn't have to pay! He delivered on the completion time and problem solved! It's a family run business and their care for their craft really shows as evidenced by his son Giovanni who greeted me with a smile and a handshake. Highly recommended and they now have our business moving forward with all five of our vehicles! Well done Team B and G! read more

Whenever I need tires for my car, this is where I come because I know I can trust the owners to tell me whether my tread is really worn down enough to need new tires and also because they will do a timely, efficient turnaround. They also try to give you deals when available and ensure the value is right for you. After moving to the city my friends think I'm crazy to drive almost an hour versus finding someone down the street, but Kevin and Tammy are the best and most trustworthy people! You will not be disappointed. read more

Got some COOPER AT3's recommended by Kevin. Best place in Napa for tires. Kevin has the best customer service and his team are extremely efficient. I asked for a quote the week prior for some BFG KO2's which were more expensive. Kevin recommended the COOPERs that were was expensive and better with gas mileage. He's doing what's best for his customers. Not what's best for him. Doesn't get better than that. Will be back for other services. Thanks Kevin and thanks Gio! read more

I've been a Les Schwab guy for decades but I decided to checkout a more local option upon recommendation from my mechanic (shoutout Chris at Zellers). I have a 93 Silverado that still had stock rims and needed a new look. Kevin the owner took me to his desk and brought up a website showing me different options for size and color of rims that would fit my truck and then tires to go along with it. B & G came through with a great price and had my truck done within a few days. Thanks guys will be back! read more

I went by as my tire appeared to be leaking air. When I arrived, I explained my issue to Kevin and he immediately looked at the tire. He identified a gouge in the side wall and a metal object in the tread. I asked how much a new tire would cost and he said I probably did not need a new tire. Kevin told me they were very busy and could not deal with it immediately. I left the car and within two hours received a call that the car was ready. It was $40 to pull the metal object (much bigger than a nail). It cost $40 and they told me I should probably not need new tires for 18 months to two years. I don't live near by, but when I need to buy tires, B & G Napa are my tire guys. Thank you. read more

Kevin and his son were terrific, from the moment we got there ( Sat. morning!) and told them my "low tire pressure" light was on , it seemed to me it was the driver side rear tire which had pumped up myself earlier in the week and the day before, and I thought had a nail. In it. They checked all the tire pressures, determined the rear tire was different pressure from the rest, ( my car dash light didn't specify), and checked the tire on and off the car for the next 30-40 mins, meticulously checking the entire tire tread . Couldn't find a specific leak, but thought some rim corrosion might be partly responsible, cleaned it up and put it back on the car and said it should last fine to get us back home ( 2hr trip) the next day. If it happened again they recommended going to my tire place at home since my tires were new-ish and might be under warranty, and they should be able to figure what tire was problematic. These guys were really nice, honest and thorough. I recommend them wholeheartedly! read more

My vehicle was ready within 1 hour which was a nice surprise. Great business! read more
