I needed 4 tires for my Honda CRV and checked Napa America's Tire to see what was available. Since I'm not planning on keeping the SUV more than 1-2 yrs I opted for mid price tires. Trevor greeted me after finishing customer ahead of me and walked with me to CRV to check tires and mileage. He also asked questions like what kind of driving and how many miles/year driven to make sure tire selection was what I really wanted. From hello to paying for tires took less than 10 mins and he said car would be ready in 75 minutes. After you pay you get texted a link to see progress of service which I thought very customer oriented. Came back in a hour and car was ready a minute early! Love how accurate estimated time was. After a wonderful wine tasting, heading to the next vineyard, then got the dashboard warning that one tire is extremely low on air pressure - what a "great" experience. But we were lucky to have America's Tire in Napa. Trevor and his team were so friendly, professional and efficient to make our life much easier than it could be. Even after finding a big bolt (not a nail) punctured the tire and the tire is beyond repairable and they didn't have a tire in store to replace, he ordered a new one right away and his team did the best they could the next morning to put the new tire on so we can go on our trip almost uninterrupted. I've been coming here for 20+ years and have always made appts and they've been timely but I came went in today with an 11am appt only to be told it'll be over an hour to complete my tire rotation. They didnt start working on my car until 11:45!!! I could hear them telling customers they busy today but kept accepting walk ins, which leads be to believe was the cause of delaying those of us with appts. This completely defeats the purpose of making an appt and normally I wouldn't have an issue waiting but I had other plans that I had to push out. I'll update my review on my next visit to see if they've improved! read more

My car had recently been in for service at my usual shop and was told my tires were wearing a little unevenly and it was recommended I get them rotated and balanced. I brought the car to this location because I get free rotation and balance as this is where I purchased the tires originally. After dropping the car off at America's tire, I get a call informing me that the tires cannot be rotated because the rear tires have worn in a specific pattern that indicates a suspension issue. I told him the car had just been to a shop and there was no suspension issue but that we were aware they're uneven and need rotating, so please do it. The guy I spoke with insisted I had a rear suspension issue, rotating the tires would make it ride extremely rough, the tires could not be rotated but they would try to balance them. I asked if perhaps the alignment was really off, causing uneven wear, and he insisted again it was a suspension issue and it needed to be fixed first. He even said not to replace the tires until the suspension was fixed. Well I'm JUST off the phone with my usual service center, and THERE WAS NO SUSPENSION ISSUE. The tires were not rotated or balanced and have now worn so unevenly I must replace the front tires. The rear tires look good and have more life on them. The shop is baffled at what America's tire service rep told me and said because they refused to do the rotation now I need new tires. Thanks America's tire. You've cost me unnecessary money and lost my business. read more

I've been coming to America's Tire for many years. In the last year this place has really gone downhill. I had an appt for a balance and rotation. I waited over hour before my car taken in. I thought making a appt would make a difference. I think if the employees were focused on work tasks and not messing around things could have gone a lot faster. Every time I've ever gotten my tires changed here, they either separate from the rim and I have to come back and have them fix it, or they last like 2 months and go bad. What really set me off was them throwing away my special lug nut for my tire AND my spare key! Why would you do that??? You have all my information, I'm a frequent customer... it's not like it's a lost and found item where you have no idea who it belongs to! You all work on cars with special lug nuts and understand how difficult it is to find a replacement. Why would you not just hold on to them until the next time I came in. My husband and I decided to drive to wine county with our two kids. Started like an amazing day but some how we got two flat tires on his Silverado truck! Both left tires were losing air by the second. Found this America's Tire in Napa, when the representative asked my phone number I told him we're not in their system. He gave me the bill, to my surprise it was 0.00 I said why?? He said "we want you to be on the road safe". What a beautiful unexpected surprise! Would not go anywhere else... brought my tires a few years ago, and just had normal tire rotation today, wow they are fast... my appointment was at 10:45 they said it would be ready at 11:45 and it was done at 11.. they have great prices that can't be beat and free rotation, and get the warranty. My tire caution light went on in my car a few days ago. I was on out of town trip in Napa. I found America's tire store close to me and decided to stop in to see what the problem was. I did not have an appointment and I have never bought tires from this retailer. They were able to find the problem ( a nail in my tire ) and fixed it within an hour and a half. Service Mgr Travis attempted to bamboozle /lie n state it was only good for 3 years - what a crock! I asked what is the best value tire( not the cheapest but the best value) I rephrased it by saying if you were buying tires for your mom what tires would you get? The staff member recommended a set of tires and the rest is history. If you get a nail in your tire they will find it and fix it. I had an appointment and they put all 4 tires on faster than I expected, which was great. It took about 45 minutes which was one of shortest wait times I've experienced and they even apologized for the wait. The guy at the front desk was very informed and helpful. They did overfill my tires though but this is a common experience at any place I ever been. They said the tires were at 38 psi but they were at 44 psi which is just too high in my car. It makes a big difference. If it weren't for that this place would be 5 stars. I'll definitely be back. read more
