OK Tire Store - AAA MY car to Ok Tires & they took care off replacing all four tires in a flash what a great job ... - Tires Near Me - Saint Helena, California

Sean, the owner, is right there monitoring and supporting his employees in doing a great job. They support the wine and farming community at the same time as handling a basic tire rotation for everyone. This company definitely deserves the great reputation they enjoy. read more

Friendly knowledgeable legit good people. Best tire place in Napa valley. Don't risk going anywhere else.

Been taking our vehicles to Sean and his team for years and always received great service. Morgan always provides a warm welcome and the staff is great. Last week I took my wife's car in to get new tires I purchased mounted and balanced and they did a great job as usual. But what sets these guys apart, and the reason I'm leaving this review is the due to the extra steps they take. I had to fit all the tires in the back of her car which meant laying down the rear seats and moving all the other stuff on to the floor boards. When I picked the car up not only did they put the seats back up but they took all our other junk and put it back it the hatch area where it belonged. These little things are what make a good shop great and they do it well. read more

OK Tire has helped me numerous times. Today they put all new tires on my car. The family that owns it is wonderful. The service is exceptional. And the prices are competitive. I always recommend OK Tire when I'm asked. read more

We came in from Boise and had a flat tire and they got us in right away! They were so friendly and we were so grateful for their help!

I have been getting tires here for decades. I used to go to a box store, but no longer. OK tire assesses your needs by vehicle type, driving style, and budget to put the correct tires on your car, not just what's in stock. My most recent set, some BFG Advantage Control tires gave my Crosstrek immediate results. The corners feel much more secure and the highway ride is superior to the stock tires. I had a choice between three tires and Morgan helped me select these. Good call. read more

My local Honda dealership told me the nail in my tire was unrepairable. Sean at OK Tire had me bring it in to look at it the next day. He took less than 30 minutes to fix it for a great price and saved me from having to get 4 new tires. Ask around, Sean and his family are serving the community well. I'd rather spend money locally here. Hope you will too. read more

Excellent service! Kind, efficient, and repaired our flat in no time. We spent the weekend in Calistoga, and when we loaded up the car to head home my tire pressure warning light came on. Yelp search pointed me to Ok Tires. We rolled in and they were able to see us very quickly. Fixed my tire, and we were back on the road. I'm grateful for their help! read more

I was so glad to have found OK Tire in a situation where I had two tires balding. Sean was able to give me a great deal on a set of four tires, that was too good to pass up. Not only that but when I showed up on a Saturday when I thought he was open and was not, he did the job after knowing that I drove from Clearlake. I am very fortunate to have found OK Tire and thank Sean! read more

just had an amazing experience at OK Tire!! we are visiting and had a flat tire in our rental car. Ok patched the tire and gave us complimentary service. what is so amazing is that we aren't even locals! true customer service!!! thank you OK Tire read more

Today was my 2nd time visiting Ok Tires. The 1st time was for a flat tire and today was for tire rotation. After my 1st visit, I had planned to write a thumbs up review up review but forgot. Fixing my tire was a breeze and basically the cost of a breakfast burrito. Today, I went in for a tire rotation. I left it with the owner at 4pm. Came back about 15 min later and he started on the work. Within about 20 min it was done. Then he said, sorry for the wait. You bought your tires from me right? I said no, you fixed a flat once. I then pulled out my wallet and he said no charge. You'll be back for tires some day. I mean, what? Where does this happen in my old hometown of SF Bay Area? Nowhere! If I wish I could give them 10 stars **********. read more

Just moved to Angwin and had to have a B1 Service done on my Mercedes. Prior to moving here I had it done at Mercedes of Walnut Creek which was just down 680 from Blackhawk. Now, all the Mercedes dealerships are like 20+ miles away and I have to drive through the Mountains to get to them. THANK GOD I found OK Tire Store in St. Helena which is 3.5 miles away from my house AND they knew what the B1 Service meant, what all was involved and how to do it! Sean was really great on the phone and made me feel comfortable...I paid what they quoted me and finished when they said they would! That is HUGE in my book...plus I really liked the fact it is a family run business with his daughter and son working there. I'm definitely coming back and bringing my other cars in to him for maintenance and service. I Highly recommend him! read more

Sean & his crew have always been the real deal. I shopped prices around, knew the ball park for $$. Decided no mater the price I was going to OK Tire because it would not seem right if I brought outside tires to OK to be fixed. Bill came in $25 less than the best bid and I didn't have to leave St. Helena. OK Tire's new location is great too! Buy local - saved time & money. read more

We can't say enough about OK Tire. One of our tires had a screw lodged in the tread and because it is a run flat tire, we thought it had to be replaced. Sean called us an hour after we dropped off the car to tell us he patched it and it should be fine for the life of the tire. This is a company that values customer service and conducts its business with honesty and integrity. The cost to repair the tire was $30. All of our tires were checked and were filled with air according to the pressure recommendations. Other tire companies would have tried to sell us a new tire. OK Tire is a diamond in the rough. Not enough superlatives to describe our experience. read more

Fantastic service!! Has some brake issues whilst on a week getaway in Napa. Dropped car off on Fri morning and has all new brakes by Fri afternoon. Super nice and very reasonable. Highly recommend!! read more

I needed new brakes on my van. Sean ordered the wrong brakes for a minivan that is comparable to the minivan I own. However they brakes are not compatible. I had an appt. at 8:30 am and 3 hours later my van wasn't fixed due to the wrong parts. The right parts were ordered and shipped from LA and a few days later I got my van fixed. However when I saw my car I noticed scrapes on the driver side of my vehicle. After I waited all day to get my car fixed-They were unable to it fix it and then my car gets scraped up at their garage. Earlier that day Sean's wife came to keep me company while I was wrangling my 3 year old. I am more upset that my car was damaged and NO ONE said anything to me about it. My husband and I felt that this garage was honest and trustworthy. I tried to stay at the shop but I left the premises when my 3 year old started getting restless. Every time I get in my car I'm upset seeing the damage on my vehicle and knowing the ordeal of getting brakes on my car and that no one mentioned that they scraped my car. read more

I've had tires serviced for my Lexus and Tesla vehicles for many years at OK Tire in St. Helena. The tires are special order, and they can typically receive them and schedule an appointment for installation in about two days. Typically, I'm in and out in about an hour. Even though they are usually busy, they keep their appointments on time. Their service is thorough - they have found problems with my tires that could have caused a safety hazard - and they have permanently repaired punctures. Sean and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions I had. OK Tire offers a wide selection of brands, including high performance tires and wheels, and their prices are very competitive. It's a pleasure to deal with trustworthy, efficient businesses like OK Tire and people like Sean. read more

Brought my car in for a flat repair, a 15 minute job. Told them I had running around to do and that I'd come back as it didn't look like they wanted to jump on it, so we came back 3 hours later. Car still sat where we'd left it, tire still flat. Went to office where girl told me she'd get them on it, and it was fixed in 15 minutes. Why is it we had to wait at all? Gave them plenty of time to complete, but they had to hurry up and wait. Poor service. read more

Had an unexpected blow out when coming up to Calistoga for the weekend. Sean took care of me and in record speed. He had a tire ordered and installed in less than 24 hours even when they were busy.. The staff was polite, professional and accommodating. Best service I have had in a while. If I lived in the area this would be my new tire shop. read more

Amazing customer service, great shop. Fast and good phone communication, prices on my tires were spot on.

This place is awesome! Sean did my LYFT inspection lickety split while happy customers came in and out of the shop non stop for the few minutes I was there. Gave me a great quote on top quality tires too. If you are a Lyft driver in Sonoma or Napa skip oakland hub n go to OK TIRE in beautiful St. Helena! read more

Sean and his crew are fantastic. This was my second experience with them. The first time, my car was slipping badly in the rain and I figured I needed new tires.. Sean was very honest and told me I didnt need new ones quite yet and just to be more careful. He even checked the pressure on them and filled the ones that needed it. Today I noticed one of my tires was almost flat so we drove right over to him. Juan found a nail in the tire, fixed it in about 5 minutes and I was on my way! These guys are very courteous, HONEST, and quick. Being a young girl who only knows so much about cars I often feel wary going to auto shops, but not here. Ill definitely be coming back when its time for new tires. Thanks! read more

More than 'O K'...they were FANTASTIC! Brought 4 tires with me to have mounted and balanced. Was in and out in less than an hour. When they found a small crack in one of my rims, they replaced it with an original Audi wheel for under $40. I live in Berkeley, but I'll drive up to Saint Helena to O K Tire next time I need to buy tires. You should too!!! read more

I have been going to OK tires for almost twenty years now and can't say enough about this place. I recently sold my fleet of cars but still use them for our peronsal cars. So nice to have such a great tire shop in town and they will go out of their way to help you when you need it. To Ashlee who wrote the two star review in October, I guarantee you if Sean knew it was damaged he would have told you and would have had the body shop down the street repair it. His reputation is worth way more than the cost of repairing the scrapes on the side of your car. You should give him a chance to make it right and change your review if he does. One bad review can cause havoc for a business and counters twenty good ones. read more

We have been very pleased win working with OK Tires in St. Helena! Their staff and owners could not be more helpful and responsive!

Had a nail in my tire and these guys took care of it FAST. The place was a mad house, but I still got quick efficient service. Thanks!

Went and waited and waited just to get two tires and decided leave when I was dying from the heat. Also no public bathroom
