Last week I took my wife's car in to get new tires I purchased mounted and balanced and they did a great job as usual. But what sets these guys apart, and the reason I'm leaving this review is the due to the extra steps they take. I had to fit all the tires in the back of her car which meant laying down the rear seats and moving all the other stuff on to the floor boards. When I picked the car up not only did they put the seats back up but they took all our other junk and put it back it the hatch area where it belonged. Just moved to Angwin and had to have a B1 Service done on my Mercedes. Prior to moving here I had it done at Mercedes of Walnut Creek which was just down 680 from Blackhawk. Now, all the Mercedes dealerships are like 20+ miles away and I have to drive through the Mountains to get to them. We can't say enough about OK Tire. One of our tires had a screw lodged in the tread and because it is a run flat tire, we thought it had to be replaced. Sean called us an hour after we dropped off the car to tell us he patched it and it should be fine for the life of the tire. This is a company that values customer service and conducts its business with honesty and integrity. The cost to repair the tire was $30. I needed new brakes on my van. Sean ordered the wrong brakes for a minivan that is comparable to the minivan I own. However they brakes are not compatible. I had an appt. at 8:30 am and 3 hours later my van wasn't fixed due to the wrong parts. The right parts were ordered and shipped from LA and a few days later I got my van fixed. However when I saw my car I noticed scrapes on the driver side of my vehicle. After I waited all day to get my car fixed-They were unable to it fix it and then my car gets scraped up at their garage. Earlier that day Sean's wife came to keep me company while I was wrangling my 3 year old. I am more upset that my car was damaged and NO ONE said anything to me about it. My husband and I felt that this garage was honest and trustworthy. I tried to stay at the shop but I left the premises when my 3 year old started getting restless. Every time I get in my car I'm upset seeing the damage on my vehicle and knowing the ordeal of getting brakes on my car and that no one mentioned that they scraped my car. read more

I have been going to OK tires for almost twenty years now and can't say enough about this place. I recently sold my fleet of cars but still use them for our peronsal cars. So nice to have such a great tire shop in town and they will go out of their way to help you when you need it. To Ashlee who wrote the two star review in October, I guarantee you if Sean knew it was damaged he would have told you and would have had the body shop down the street repair it. His reputation is worth way more than the cost of repairing the scrapes on the side of your car. You should give him a chance to make it right and change your review if he does. Sean and his crew are fantastic. This was my second experience with them. The first time, my car was slipping badly in the rain and I figured I needed new tires.. Sean was very honest and told me I didnt need new ones quite yet and just to be more careful. He even checked the pressure on them and filled the ones that needed it. Today I noticed one of my tires was almost flat so we drove right over to him. Juan found a nail in the tire, fixed it in about 5 minutes and I was on my way! These guys are very courteous, HONEST, and quick. Being a young girl who only knows so much about cars I often feel wary going to auto shops, but not here.
