If you're looking for the definition of amazing customer service, look no further…read more Mike is truly an outstanding guy. He went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. He and his team worked their magic at the shop, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free on my end. Besides the transformation of my car, what also really stood out to me was the communication. Mike kept both me and my boyfriend updated throughout the entire process and was always upfront about what to expect. He told us it would take a little over a week--and he delivered exactly as promised. Huge thank you to Mike and his team for taking such great care of my car You guys absolutely earned this review, and I'll definitely be recommending you to everyone I know.

I had been recommended this place by another automotive business for a big scratch along the…read morepassenger side of my 2023 Nissan Leaf. I had been putting off dealing with the scratch because the last time i had a fender bender issue and had to go through insurance with an auto body shop, I'd had a bad experience with the rental car company they used trying to pin me with a ticket that wasn't mine, and long crazy story unrelated here. I had gone back to the same auto body shop (because it appeared they did a good job and they were very nice people, rental car not really their fault). But even though, to me it looked like a smaller job, they told to me it would be another biggish job, reaching into near $5000 to repair with panels, bumper, and paint repair, where I'd need a rental car co again so i had put it off, for fear of using rental car co, plus i have a $1000 deductible (ouch). To make a long story shorter i came into Downtown auto, upon referral, and met with a very nice guy, Martin. He took a look at my scratches and actually buffed them all out on the spot! (wow!) and gave me a bid to fix my front bumper for less than my deductible so i wouldn't even need to go through the insurance and rent a car! Plus, he said it'd be done in like 2 hours. I made the appointment and can't wait to update this review further. Btw, it's a comfortable waiting area, with nice glass viewing windows to see what's going on with your ride. And if you need to make a Costco run that day? It's conveniently located right across the street!

I originally had a dent that I had gotten a quote…read moreto repair, but unfortunately I made the mistake of having someone I knew try to fix it themselves. It ended up making the damage much worse. After that, I took it to another dent repair place and was told the damage could no longer be repaired with paintless dent repair and that I would need to take it to a body shop. I was then quoted around $4,000 for the body work. I decided to bring it back to Ian at Dent Solutions in Napa. Although he definitely wasn't thrilled that I had tried to have it fixed myself , he was still willing to take on the challenge -- and I am SO glad he did. The work he did was honestly unbelievable. I couldn't believe how good my car looked when he was finished, especially after being told elsewhere that it couldn't be fixed this way. On top of the amazing work, Ian was kind, professional, and clearly takes a lot of pride in what he does. If I ever need dent repair again, I will never take my car anywhere else. I learned my lesson -- go to Ian the first time! I seriously cannot recommend Dent Solutions enough. Five stars without a doubt!
