These guys are hands down the best in the Napa area so far. I've tried the "typical" Napa car wash locations and I've always felt ripped off paying for their detailing service. Upper Valley goes way above and beyond the "typical detailing service". They come to your location with ALL the equipment ready to perform the work. Their technicians are top notch and very professional. I had two SUVs serviced by Upper Valley and both jobs exceeded my expectations. I don't know who specifically worked on the interior detailing of my Excursion but he did a stellar job removing all the stains and debris from the hard to reach areas. Max worked on my Yukon Denali XL and he did a full interior and exterior detail. That work too was stellar! He was able to make the car look like new inside and out! Brian was great to deal with scheduling the work and provided me with a VERY fair price for their services. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Cool thing I found out is that these guys service major accounts due to their reputation. They do work for car manufacturers and car show entrants. They are also a local Napa company! It was about time for my yearly detail so I searched for mobile detailers. I called Brian and scheduled an appointment about a week in advance for a Saturday morning.that Saturday appointment was today. Good communication on his part because he sent me a text the evening prior to say that it may rain but I said that we should still go through with the detail since it was going to rain ealry morning. Brian sent a text out saying that he'll be arriving sooner than the appointment time which was not a problem. He started work and took about an hour and half for a exterior detail which included clay bar/wax for $125.00. Very reasonable price, other detailers wanted to charge $150.00 and up. What makes it a good deal was that he doesn't charge a trip fee like other mobile detailers and drove to Pleasant Hill from Napa! He did a great job and the results show his attention to detail. I had a 2 inch long line of dried tree sap on my fender that I couldn't remove or other places couldn't remove but Brian was able to remove with ease. Great communication and service. Five stars for Upper Valley Auto Detail. I found them by their ad on Craigslist for car detailing. I had tree sap that would not come off my 1990 BMW 535i and I had tried claybar and hard scrubbing with car wash soapy solution. The guy came over and removed all the sap, with no apparent damage to the paint, and for a great price. This included waxing the outside of the car. Being an Alpine White exterior (basically just bright white exterior), it was very important to me that the paint be preserved. The work done was magnificient. My car had been flooded due to the heavy rain and there was mold growing on the upholstery as a result. I coordinated with Brian via email to arrange for an interior detail for $125. His detailers (Louis and another guy) arrived on time and were ready to go within a few minutes. I had already removed the seats for them and they washed all of the seats and carpeting multiple times. They also did the normal exterior/interior detailing, all within about 1.5 hours. Sadly this service was a dud. Maybe an off day but I asked for the full detail inside/out and I received what you would get at a normal wash and wax drive up service; dirty rims, smudge marks on leather, dirty pedals and doors. Also, he tried to rip me off! I had a gift card and called to make an appointment and he said he was busy for a week. I called from a different number, did not mention the card and he gave me an appt next day... Note his website doesn't mention you need to provide your gift card before making an appt. When it came to payment he said "$150". I gave him my $200 gift card and he said "if I knew you had a gift card I would of charged you $190." Really? So I gave him a tip and he left begrudgingly after trying to slip my $50 gift card in his pocket. Needless to say I won't even use that $50. He wins some free money but he looses with poor service and untrustworthy behavior. read more

They came to my house and pulled up in a truck that contained every thing that they would need, including a power washer , water,and a generator to run every thing.
