My original plan was to go to Fast Track, but it was 0830 and they did not open until 0900. I'm glad I ended up at B & G. Awesome experience. In and out of oil change in 25 mins. Can't beat $65 for synthetic oil change. They even did a quick inspection and topped off fluids. Jay was very efficient and thorough and even made sure the oil drain plug was properly torqued, which many shops fail to do. I'm definitely going back here for routine maintenance and will most likely get tires here instead of Costco since it's so dang far away to get all 3 cars tires rotated. Helped me out in a pinch but the work was subsatisfactory. Replaced clutch cylinder but it now sticks. I have heard other issues from friends but does a rip roaring business and was very friendly. Maybe it was a one time aberration. Let's hope. read more

I went here to get two tires replaced after ripping one. I asked them to rotate my tires as well. Well I went to America's tires to get new ones put on my front because they didn't rotate them. As well as not rotating them,they put them on INSIDE OUT. I will never trust them with my vehicle again. John is awesome, his workers suck. read more

I woke up this morning and my work van had a flat! No spare ! Gadda get to work. My luck with tires tells me that it's gunna be all day it's gunna cost $1000 for all new tires (cuz they always say all your tires are bad) and I'm gunna have to cancel my appointments and be out a ton..... I get a tow to B&G and I was told I need new front tires and yah they where thrashed but I was told the backs are still good for awhile and wasn't necessary. I was instantly put in a good mood and felt good about it then I get told $300 and I'm like SOLD! I'm super pumped by this time I walk to get a coffee come back and it's done??!!! Holy shit! I can make my appointments ! Bad start of a day totally flipped around! I brought my car to the shop when the low tire pressure sensor engaged. I'd been up all night and work and really couldn't commit to a later appointment. Although it was Monday morning and their stalls were full, the guys put my car up on a jack, removed and repaired my tire, for free. They were fast and friendly. A side note: as a woman, I really appreciate going into a mechanic's and not being sneered, stared at, or taken to be a fool...I have never had that experience here. I had a great experience here. My tire had a nail in it. The guy that was there had me pull my car in. One of the workers (sorry I didn't get his name) confirmed the nail, removed the tire and removed the nail, and patched the tire. All of this in 20 minutes and done. No problems. Very poor customer service. Owner threatened me when we had a dispute about a product. Refused to honor a warranty on a tire, and then refused to put it back on its rim. Absolutly zero stars and am talking to better business bureau about this wretch of a business. Worst place in middletown! Do not go here! read more

took my truck in for brake replacement, did a terrible job, installed wrong, refused to fix problem, blamed their uncertified mechanic, who was subsequently fired, when i asked if they could see what the problem was John said hell no! and said i could fix it myself, if you value your vehicle, don't go to b and g tires in middletown, not worth the headache read more

I LOVE this place and the guys who work there. I got into a little accident on the mountain and my tire snapped completely off my car. After the run around with AAA, we had my poor three legged car towed to B & G. I had never had work done to my car here before but I heard good things. I am so glad I took my car there. The guys were great. The head guy John was wonderful, and he gave me a very reasonable quote to have it fixed. When I went to pick up the car, I was helped by a mechanic named Jonathan. He was so friendly and the work actually cost less than I was already quoted. Needless to say this totally made my day. There was also another very friendly mechanic there but I didn't catch his name. These guys did a wonderful job and they have made a forever customer out of me. The work was great and fast, and the guys were friendly and helpful. Great personalities. Keep up the good work guys!!!!! read more
