Mike and his staff are always professional and do a great job repairing my car. They help with the car rental places. They even provide a written guarantee of their work. Great job, Mike and staff! read more

Mike and crew are great. They are friendly and honest and communicate well. The bumper they worked on looks great and the price was fair.

We are long time customers and fans here. We take great care of both of our cars. One of our vehicles is a Navigator we use for our wine tour business. We frequently get a refresh and have Mike and his crew go over the car to fix all the little dings and scratches that are inevitable. I am heading there today because someone hit my drivers side mirror on my 2019 Ford Edge Titanium and apparently the replacement part comes in unpainted so the dealer can't do the whole job but Advanced can! Their pricing is fair and their work is always excellent. Thank you always. Ralph & Lahni read more

My car got a small ding in a shopping center parking lot, where the damage likely wouldn't make it worth it to use insurance. Mike gave me a quick estimate - very reasonable - and the work was done right away. read more

Long time customer of Advanced Auto. Took my car back to have my headlamp looked at because it was out and surprised it was recently bought by Alioto's. Bud the manager looked at my car and said he would assist me in getting my insurance involved to take care of even though the repair was warranted by Advance. The headlamp LED ring was out and found it was covered under warranty. Very happy with the way Alioto's handled & excited to have them in Napa! read more

Advanced is all in the name ! They go above and beyond to fix your car! The attention to every detail I had used another shop for a long time well they retired so I asked for their recommendation and advanced was it! I met Mike and he was super friendly and courteous to all my concerns. I had a few above and beyond request and Mike met each and everyone of them. I am weird I requested they save all the bulbs and they did exactly that! Other shops in Napa are part of giant corporation and have no personal touch as Advanced auto body! Run don't walk to advanced if you have any auto body issues! read more

I am very particular n caring for my 2015 Ford Taurus. Needless to say I was devastated when I had an auto accident. Happily, I found Advanced Auto Body Center. Both Mike and Kathy went out of their way to bring me beauty back to not just her former glory but a few steps above. Rick C read more

I brought my car in to advanced auto body to have some work done, I tend to be a perfectionist and want things done just right. They too seem to be perfectionist . They did a great job! Got me in and out and my car looked great! I also liked the cleanliness and organization of the shop. I appreciate well run businesses and love supporting Napa families and their businesses . Thank you Advanced Auto !!!!! Oh and might I add , a bird left a present on my car, The guys (Mike) washed it off. Speaks loudly !!!! read more

Advanced Auto Body Center - My Hyundai Palisade - Body Shops Near Me - Napa, California

I needed a repair from being hit and they did an amazing job! They got me in for a quick estimate, and worked with my insurance when needed. They estimated between 4-14 days due to not knowing the potential damage beneath the surface and my car was only in the shop for 6 days and it looks brand new! Beautiful job, thank you! read more

We moved to Napa in 2013. I needed some minor body work and called two car dealerships and one mechanical repair shop asking each for a recommendation for a body shop. All three recommended Advanced Auto Body. I have since taken three vehicles in for a total of four repairs. All the work was reasonably priced and very high quality. But my last experience takes the cake: We have a 2013 Cadillac Escalade (bronze paint) that needed miner paint work on the front bumper and right front fender in 2014. Last year, I noticed that the paint was blistering in two small spots. I took the car in and showed it to Mike recently and he scheduled the repair and repainted the area (August 2024) for no charge to me. That's right...he warranted his work ten years later! They even washed and detailed the car before I picked it up. This shop is the best body shop that I have ever used. I highly recommend them. read more

Mike and his staff are the BEST! Just picked up my car after a minor fender bender, and the job was done within time and budget promised. Wouldn't take my cars to anyone else for body work!! read more

I hate writing this kind of review because then everyone will want to come here (lol) ... But seriously! This is hands-down the BEST experience I've ever had with an auto repair. Mike is a total PRO in every way. From the phone call to the estimate to the scheduling and the repair itself: perfection. They were able to see me right away for an estimate. Mike was very honest and genuine in his assessment and response regarding the damage (some idiot backed a big ole truck into my brand new Escape & took out my entire rear bumper and more). He told me what he would do and explained everything in layman terms. He gave me the estimate - (I didn't have to pay anything because the other person's insurance covered it all, however) the price was extremely reasonable. He scheduled me earlier than I expected. Even told me how to have Hertz drop a car at his place to be ready for me to pick up the day I dropped my car with him. It was seamless and the repair was PERFECT (can't even tell it was ever hit & the paint matching is unbelievable)! They even washed my car and she looked like a brand new ride when I picked her up. Excellent customer service and 5-star repair - hopefully I won't need auto body repair again but if I do, I'm only coming here. This is the definitely place if you want superior quality auto repair! read more

The folks at Advanced Auto Body Center are wonderful. The service is excellent. My car looks like new! Not just the front panel that needed replacing, but everything from a crystal clear sun roof to shiny rims and tires. Pricing is very fair too! read more

Excellent customer service and the quality of their work is superb! Mike & Laurie and their team are the BEST! If it's possible to make having auto body repair work done easy, they succeeded. Five stars for the helpful woman at the front desk. -4 stars for the jerk who basically told me to get lost. Drove across town to Soscal Auto Body where I got 100% friendly, helpful service. Don't waste your time at Advanced. They have too much business to be polite. read more

Mike and his team do excellent work, not just through their car repair expertise (which is enormous), but also in their understanding of how insurance companies operate behind the scenes -- which doesn't always have the policyholders' best interests in mind. AABC is extremely conscientious about pricing and finding replacement parts, among all of the other services they offer. I expected some recent side mirror damage to our Audi to cost a small fortune, but Mike identified and did a quick fix to a part on the spot and then had the replacement part delivered the next day. It was both a money- and time-saver for us. Granted, this wasn't major collision damage, but we've brought other cars to him in the past with big dents and damaged bumpers, and his and his team's service has been the same: 100% top quality. Someone else on Yelp mentions that AABC are perfectionists -- I couldn't agree more. read more

Best experience I've had in an auto body shop. The receptionist was super sweet when I came in and dropped of my vehicle. Made sure I had the claim number before I left knowing the rental place would ask for it. Mike took care of the car, quick and easy. Advanced Auto Body Center - Job well done. - Body Shops Near Me - Napa, California

My 2005 Honda Accord got rear ended and I needed to find another shop since the one I had been going to for several years had changed owners. The dreaded search to find someone new was not on the top of my priority list. I went in and started the dreaded task at the front desk. The gals there were very helpful and Mike had an estimate done in no time for me. Parts were ordered and my car was back to me in 3 days. The customer service from the shop and everyone I encountered was awesome. I know where I will be going in the future and who I would recommend. Thank you all for a job well done! I did happen to notice the plaques that Advanced had as well. A business that helps support our local youth programs was something I really enjoyed seeing. read more

When necessary, we have always taken our vehicles to Advanced Auto Body Center for repairs. They handled all paperwork necessary with our insurance company and kept us informed along the way. Their friendly, personable staff always makes you feel welcome both on the phone and in person. Mike and his exceedingly competent crew does nothing short of TOP NOTCH quality work. With every repair our vehicles come back looking and performing like new! Thanks AABC! read more

We took our wrecked car to Mike (after Advanced was highly recommended) and he was very honest with regard to the cost of repairs to our vehilce. He was very patient waiting for the insurance company to determine if our car was totalled or not. When it was finally deemed total, he was very helpful in educating us in what we should expect from the insurance company and he really seemed to care! Thank you Mike for both your professionalism and for caring. read more

Excellent service and quality of work. My truck looks and drives better than before a BMW decided to take out its aggression on my front end. I hope to not need their services frequently, but if I do, I will be back. Very fair and exceptional attention to detail. read more

Basically I took my car there off of a recommendation this was an insurance issue through someone else's insurance. My car was hit slightly on the passenger side by front bumper / light area. The light was replaced leaving one new light and one old light on driver side they buffed out what needed to be and then painted it but then painted the rest of the bumper witch wasn't buffed. There were other nicks and scratches previous to the incident that were just coated over and the color looks a little off so all in all it just looks sloppy and half assed! read more

We have worked with Advanced Auto Body for many years. I guess we are accident prone! Advanced Auto Body always provides outstanding and friendly service. Recently, we went there with a shattered back window on our SUV. Other glass repair companies said they would not be able to replace it for weeks due to it being on back order, but Mike found the replacement immediately through his connections in Southern California. We are extremely happy with Advanced Auto Body's excellent work ethic and customer service. Thank you!!! read more

My Lexus GX460 was rear ended while parked. Didn't have a scratch before this happened. Being in the Automotive Industry I'm leery of anyone working on my cars. I called to check on the status today not expecting anything yo be completed yet. Was told it would be ready after lunch today. What a surprise. Came by to pick it up. After reviewing the repairs, all I can say is complete perfection, no imperfections, as a complete repair as you will ever see. It takes a lot of effort to repair today's cars, their work is sheer perfection. Don't take your car anyplace else. read more

Really great service! They saved me a ton of money. I had gotten some estimates from other body repair shops. I mentioned to Mike McDaniel that I really just wanted a basic fix and he did just that! I really didn't want to replace every part on the car like the other places gave me an estimate for. They got it done very quickly and without having to replace my bumper or any major parts! Thank you so much! will recommend this shop to everyone! Thank you! read more

Dear Mike: I wantd to thank you for your help in getting the paint removed fom our Lexus. We saved a nice piece of change and were back on the road which really helped. Mike and everybody I contacted were cheerful, helpful, and thorough. The quote for my self-inflicted damages was less than 3 other well-known Body Shops close by, the work was done sooner than I expected, and the bill was almost exactly what Mike bid, even with some optional parts and labor I requested. I will refer everybody I know to Advanced Auto Body Center. Thanks Mike and everybody at Advanced Auto Body! read more

I can not say enough good things and Mike and his staff! I was hit less than 2 weeks before I was scheduled to move to Southern California. The job was supposed to take 2-3 weeks and Mike was able to get it done early before I moved! They did an amazing job, looks brand new! And even though I was annoying and called almost daily to get updates the staff was always very nice, polite and extremely helpful. I would recommend this body shop to everyone! read more

On a very busy day I managed to pull my front bumper off after parking too close to the curb. Frustrated and feeling panicked because of my busy day, I went to yelp and called this placed! The lady on the phone was very courteous and said to come straight over. Immediately the owner came outside to check out the damage, explained what repairs needed and estimated cost. I'll admit I get intimidated at auto shops because I don't understand cars, but the owner made me feel completely at ease! He squeezed me in to his busy day and I was back on the road in less than 2 hours! read more
