They were not helpful at all. I asked if they Repair audio sound in cars. They indicated they do not make repairs. I would have to buy my own amplifier when I don't even know what to buy and where and what exactly is wrong with my car. read more

Anytime I come here I'm greeted with great customer service and quick work. Thank you PAS.

After a botched job by a shop in Texas, we finally decided to fix the system in our vehicle and do it right this time. I reached out to the team at Premier and they promptly responded. I went in the next day and discussed choices with Mo. I then returned the next day for the installation and was out of there in exactly an hour. I don't think I've ever had an experience at a shop that has been this quick and painless before. I wish I had more cars to take to Mo at Premier, because he is a class act and they are now my new standard for what an auto shop should be like. Thanks again guys! read more

I had him hook up the whole sound system in my car. They did a great job amazing sound and a great price.

I needed a speaker upgrade for my 06 STI. I was eyeing a particular amp/sub-in-one, and they had it stock. I was helped by Mo, who was able to get my car done despite him having prior appointments. Absolute professional and polite, understands your needs. Work is clean through and through. I'm hyped to finally have some bass in the car! Definitely coming back for future car audio needs! read more

Super fast, affordable stereo install. Friendly staff member, took my walk in request and had my stereo installed in less than a hour.

Came in today without an appointment and was able to get a double din installed within an hour. Guy at the front was very straight forward and the install was very clean with everything put back. Would definitely recommend this spot read more

Fairfield's own original audio shop has been open since 1997 and its not hard to see why. The quality of there products and service shines above other places. I pieced together a nice amp wiring kit and pulled the trigger on a nice subwoofer. They installed the subwoofer into my old enclosure. Thanks a lot!! read more

I had a great customer service experience here. I came to inquire about replacing a broken car radio antenna. It was estimated as a two hour job. The job was completed in half hour and cost 1/3 of what the car dealership charges. Thank you! Highly recommended. read more

I walked in today to check out options for a subwoofer for my civic. Moe was quick to greet me and help me out with my preference with music. He was casual and pleasant to show types of subwoofers and test it on the spot. I decided to get one and was booked immediately for an installation. It only took about 2hours and the installation was great! Would recommend Moe to everyone around looking for audio upgrades. Price was good prolly not the best but can't argue with the results. read more

I had purchased speakers and a sub on a Black Friday a couple years ago and finally got around to getting them installed. These guys made it real simple from a quick estimate over the phone, to matching me up with a reasonably priced amp. We had everything installed the same day. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong sized rear loud speakers and couldn't have those put in. I was surprised to find that I was going to be served the same day and just waited in the shop during the installation. While there, I got to observe their customer service. They treated everyone with the same professionalism and great attention they gave me. All while juggling 2 service jobs. They are bilingual Spanish btw, so they're definitely able to serve Spanish speaking customers as well. Getting towards the end of the install, I was exciting to hear them test out the new fronts and sub, and then finally getting to hear them myself. I'm just blown away by the difference. When I get the correct sized rear speakers, I'll definitely be back to have them installed by Premier Auto Sound. read more

Came in yesterday to discuss the installation of the JBL BassPro Hub that I purchased elsewhere. The unit is designed to sit in your spare tire but I wanted to have it mounted directly to the floor with Dynamat applied to the bare surface. Mo, the owner, met me as I entered the store. I described what I wanted and we discussed options after he assessed the equipment and location in my car. He was brief, to the point and gave a quote and appointment right away. Today, I couldn't make it for my 1PM appointment so I asked if I could drop it off early. Mo said no problem and I dropped my car off at 11:30. He said it'd take a couple of hours and sure enough, I get a call about 1:30 and the car is done. I couldn't pick it up until after 4PM. When I did, Mo showed me the work they did and explained the remote control functions. I paid for the service and I was off. Let me tell you... What an phenomenal impact the JBL subwoofer made to the sound quality and listening experience with the factory system in 2021 VW GTI. It was completely transformative. Mo's easy going demeanor and high quality work is clearly why he is very highly rated and reviewed. I will be returning to Premiere Auto Sound for all my car audio needs in the future. Mo and his team are outstanding. Thanks guys! read more

If I could give 10 stars I most definitely would!! My husband called one hour before closing & Moe answered the phone & told us to come in to see the options to change his dash to a new touch screen on his truck. Once we got there we were greeted my Moe who was very nice & professional. He was quick & to the point on what would be best, he not only gave us a very good price but was even willing to install the touch screen in at THAT MOMENT! It took him & Victor no longer than an hour & the work was clean & professional, probably the best in the area! They even work great with military & veterans, I will DEFINITELY be coming back for more car installations! read more

Premier Auto Sound - Touch Screen - Car Stereo Installation Near Me - Fairfield, California

The owner, Mo and his staff are great and very knowledgeable when it comes to car stereos and back up cameras. I had a back up camera installed on my Jeep a few months ago but the water from the recent rain somehow caused the connection hub to corrode and it stopped working. I brought my jeep back to Mo and he and his staff was able to pinpoint the issue within 5 minutes. It saved me a lot of stress and i was a super happy customer. I will recommend Premier Auto Sound to all of my family and friends! read more

We had gone to Best Buy to get our SirisXM Radio fixed. After Best Buy told me twice it was...it never was. So we took it here and spoke with Mo! He is absolutely the best!! He told me he would try and fix it without having to replace the whole thing (it's a 2008 Pioneer radio touchscreen plate thing) well he tried and it was working then didn't. So we ended up replacing the whole thing because it was so old. The biggest thing was is that we are leaving for Montana and he was able to squeeze us in and get it all fixed up! It was truly a blessing!! I recommend coming here for any radio needs. The service and people are all 5 stars! read more

I don't know what it is with Fairfield car audio shops but they all seem to not want any business... called a couple of shops before walking in... this was one of them... said they could not give me a rough estimate for an install over the phone... Funny... I called seven shops before you and all seven did... Guy over the phone said I would have to come in and he would have to look at the car... Fine... I get there and they look over the car... said they could not really be sure how much it would cost to install my TV screen until they started the work... there maybe hidden costs.. Yeah... like I am falling for that one buddy... I am not writing you a blank check... Second shop I walked out of today... read more
