Installed a stereo for us at a much better price than shop in Napa. Super friendly, very professional, great communication.

Ahmed the owner and Eddie stayed until 7:20 too make sure my kids and I could continue our vacation and make it home. Never have I had such a wonderful experience with any auto shop. We are very fortunate to have this business in Vallejo! These guys went above and beyond to replace my factory amp. Gave me sound advice before even stepping foot in the place. They are very reasonably priced and friendly. I will be bringing my other car here for a full upgrade of my sound system. read more

I own a 1966 El Camino that had sound put in by the worst place ever Stereo MaxX of Hayward. The wires were everywhere and the stereo was connected to my auto windows!! I paid a lot of money for an entire mess! No one wanted to work on it! Sooo I did a yelp search and ended up going to Broadway Sound!! Went in with my car and initially met Mohamed! Mohamed advised me on what can be done and how it should look! He let me know from the beginning how a classic such as my car should look and sound and my display was not it!!Boy was he right!! From that point Jay took over and communicated step by step regarding the process. Great communication!! So kind and he through in freebies!! Fast forward car is ready.... Sound amazing, look amazing, price, amazing!! Everything was top notch and I am beyond happy!! I can feel the beats in my seats!! Top tier shop for classic cars!! Right off I realized that the other shop took advantage of me being a female!! I admit that they really got me!! But things always work out and really Broadway was my hidden blessing Thanks fellows!! I'll be back! read more

Had Oscar install an XM radio on my brand new Mazda CX5. The install was very clean looking, and looked like it was a factory option, for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Oscar and Broadway Auto Sound. read more

They'll treat you like you're their first customer! I stopped by to ask about a unique speaker for an older car. They had some in stock and their prices were fair. They also had the same brand KENWOOD speakers for half the price over best buy. In comparison to going to Best Buy, these guys are the pros! They told me that I'm always welcome back and offered to look over the wiring I had done on my car to ensure everything was done professionally (I can tell you it wasn't since I did it). First hiccup that I have with my system, I'm coming back here. read more

Thank you so much Eddie, my truck is not boring anymore. Service is really good. The price is very reasonable. I waited in the shop while they were working on my car. They have a nice area where you can chill and relax. Two thumbs up. read more

I am here to leave yet another review pertaining to the previous issue I had. The issue was never resolved, recently my mother took her car in to be serviced / inspected and the dealership where she bought the vehicle informed her of the damage that was done when her amp was installed into her car from Broadway Auto sound. The damages are estimated to be over $7000 . I have no idea how this is going to be fixed/resolved. But the worker who caused this I hope & pray he is no longer employed here. read more

I needed to update one of my vehicles audio system I went and spoke with Jay at Broadway Auto regarding the installation of a Pioneer head with Apple CarPlay capability. Jay was very thorough and went over the different options that were available, I agreed with Jay suggestion to add a backup camera as well to the vehicle. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment Oscar greeted us and began the installation, I then went on to get lunch and before I knew it t received a call fromBroadway Auto Sound that the vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived Oscar went over the details of operating the new head unit and backup camera. I am very pleased with how clean the installation was you can not even tell it was not factory installed. The cost for the services was also very reasonable and fair for quality workmanship. Thanks again to everyone at Broadway Auto Sound for exceptional service. read more

I went here a while back, had a entire system (door speakers, amps, subs, epicenter) first of all they didnt check how many hours they worked on my truck and didnt mention a labor rate, just automatically charged me $1000 flat. Fine, whatever. Music sounded decent, but i noticed after a while amp would get hot and shut off. This got worse and worse and would turn off before even getting warm. Fast forward i got my truck broken into and they stole my deck and amp, called Broadway Auto Sound to set an appointment to install everything back in (figured id tell them since they were last to work on my truck) and i was told they would get back to me (never did) i called and left messages but no help. Ended up going to another shop local to me and they found that the wiring was done wrong, they also were too lazy to remove my old tweeter crossover and just ran 2 on each tweeter... WTF!! Ever since i had the new shop re-do my system ive had 0 issues. never coming back read more

I took my Entegra Motorhome in to have the crappy radio that came with the conversion replaced. I was pretty sure I wanted to replace it with the top of the line Alpine product, but I didn't know a lot about it. Jay was amazing and patient as he described what I could expect. I also told him I wasn't happy with the sound coming from the front so we discussed speaker replacement. After that, he and the techs took over and did a great install. They were all friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I had one part out of stock and had to go back to have it installed. Oscar, the owner, helped us then and I could see why the shop is successful - great guy. The radio/info/entertainment center works perfectly. The new sound is so much better and we can hear it much easier even tho we wear hearing aids. Love this shop!!! read more

These guys. I had my car stolen in Oakland, on a road trip from Portland to L.A. It was recovered, while I was in L.A. They stole everything out of the car, including my stereo face and mic - or so I thought. After spending all day, my first day back in the bay, getting my boy reassembled and running and detailed (and vowing never to come back to California), I decided I didn't want to drive back without tunes or any way to charge my phone. So, I went to Broadway Auto Sound FIRST THING, the day I was leaving. They had gotten the old remaining stereo bits out, and had started to install the new stereo, when the install tech discovered the stereo face under the driver's seat!!! ...funny how allllll the places I'd had to taken it to, the day prior, hadn't found it... So, then there's this guy there who gave me money for the old stereo - discount price, considering it was missing the remote and mic. But hey! That sure made the cost of a new stereo+install sting a lot less! These cool folks chatted me up, and made me feel so at home and comfortable, and negotiated the price of my old stereo to the guy wanting to buy it! Thank you SO MUCH! Super friendly, and professional. It's a hard line to walk, and they walk it well! Highly recommend! read more

Giving a shout out to Broadway Auto Sound. They originally quoted a price that I just couldn't immediately afford. But, I was willing to swallow the bitter pill as my 2009 Pontiac original system was quickly becoming obsolete. There needed to be parts to be ordered and when Broadway Auto Sound called back, the price was lower by $200. The installation was in just a few hours and the new system is everything I need-bluetooth, apple car play. Thanks! read more

First off I want to say Oscar did an amazing job on my car. He helped me install jl audio components, amp and sub. After shopping around with multiple different shops, I decided to work with Broadway audio due to their honesty. They didn't try to upsell me on some shitty equipment I didn't want or need. There was an issue with the factory amplifier and Oscar took care of it. Thank you for doing a great job on my car and highly recommend Oscar and his team to anyone looking to get their car audio set up right! read more

You send me a message through Yelp once... and its not couple. I just happened to see it now and this is my response. I had nothing against you or your business. Someone with a very heavy middle eastern accent quoted me $300! Yes, three hundred dalla for simple stereo installation. I could not stop myself and I said wooowww you are flying too high, the guy pretended like I did not know the market as if it was totally normal and he hung up on me. If that person was not you and since you are claiming you are not there often maybe one of your guys is ripping people off and pocketing the difference. The voice of that person totally matches your middle eastern name and he sounded like a 50+ yr old man which again fits your photo. But you are saying that wasn't you. So find that 50+ middle eastern man in the shop, whoever worked on the day I left that review.... and fire him. read more

I called this place to have my steering wheel controls connected and operational on my new stereo system. I had just purchased this aftermarket stereo for my daughters Nissan Sentra and this other place of business in Napa couldn't get it to work after 2 different visits. My wife and daughter dropped the car off today and they were promptly taken care of. In 1 1/2 hrs they had the steering wheel controls working! Eddie the technician was extremely professional and courteous. He took the time to explain to my daughter how each function on the steering wheel worked. My wife was told they had about 3 other cars with similar issues that the other business couldn't fix. Cost was minimal to fix. I would highly recommend this place, if you are looking for a professional car stereo install or repair. Will recommend this place to my friends. read more

Having lived in Vallejo my whole life I had always seen this store and heard good reviews from a lot of friends, well I the time came when I finally got a car and had purchased a used subwoofer and amp from a friend that I needed to find a shop to install It. I drive a 2014 Ford Focus and was a little nervous with getting it installed because since it is a new car I wanted to make sure they would know what they were doing and not mess it up or break anything. I brought in my sub and amp and was given a great estimate, I dropped off my car a week later and had them install it. I dropped my car off on a Saturday (on Memorial Day weekend) and was told they w ere packed with appt a all day but would squeeze me in. 3 hours later my car was finished and it sounded great! Way better then I had expected. My car went from having no bass to having just enough! When I got home I went over where and how everything was installed. And the quality of work was great. They really knew what they were doing and used quality products. I can tell they cared about there work and didn't half ass it. I will defiantly be coming back for all my audio needs. The owner really treats you like family which made my experience that much more enjoyable. *UPDATE* A week after having everything installed I noticed that the rear door panel was not installed properly and left a huge gap where the handle was. Assuming this was the audio shops work I returned and asked them to fix it. Come to find out it was actually from my recent dealer ship visit. The owner didn't think twice and had my door panel fixed within seconds even though he did not cause it. Free of charge! PRO'S * great location * quality of work was great * customer service was way better then what you normally find in Vallejo. * great section of speakers and audio equipment in store. CONS * I honestly have nothing bad to say, my experience was that good. read more

Not sure what to say, I went there to ask for a opinion about my music installation, the employee there said he won't even touch my car he said he would only run wires his way... wow I thought you suppose to be a pro at beat installation but your afraid to even look at my car, as soon as I got home I look and one of the power wire was unplugged easy fix can't believe they couldn't help, by the way he wanted to charge 800 to 900 dollars just to run wires. Great job. Easy to talk to straightforward no gimmicks. Highly recommended. Took my car here and got it done in a jiffy.

This is a update from my previous 1 star review. I had felt like i was getting a bad deal on an install and was upset about it. But instead of them getting upset about my review they immediately talked to me about it. I expressed my concerns and they gave me their professional opinion and knowledge on why what another auto store told me was incorrect. That goes well beyond average service and shows a level of one on one time they take out to address any customer concerns. As for the install. I had a 12" Kicker Comp R, RF Amp and Alarm system installed and Eddie tuned the sound. Could not be happier! They fixed my rear view camera another shop fouled up and added a few extra features to my alarm system that I wasn't aware could be done! All at no extra charge but to make sure I was getting everything out of the system! The last thing I was told is that everything they have done was under warranty for a year and if anything goes wrong "It's our problem and not yours" They will make it right. What else could be said? read more
