It so happened the technician knew exactly the problem I had and ordered the correct HD. The new HD did not even to be formatted!! Cost for the new CCTV HD was $150.00!!! I don't enjoy being "played" by merchants such as these people from this company!!l Response/reply: I spoke to a "receptionist." She put me on hold for a few minutes; when she returned to the call, she told me the "manager" told her to tell me the company doesn't service systems they did not install. Plus they are not familiar the brand of CCTV. At no time was I given the option or ever asked if I wanted a technician to go to my house to check out my system. The original installer wanted to sell me a new system as well!! The original installer said my CCTV system should be replaced if it stops working because the NVR is not serviceable. My system was warranted for 3 years; the HD in the NVR failed 2 months after the warranty expired. Response: I am simply writing (recording) what I was told by the receptionist. Eyal spent an hour on FaceTime as I showed him around the house to discuss the number and location of cameras needed. The house seemed untouched when it was filled with staging furniture for weeks. Stagers removed the furniture over the past weekend. Upon my visit at the house on Monday, I noticed the patio door of the ground-floor master bedroom was unlocked. I then saw there was water all over the master bathroom floor, the toilet seat was up, the shower door was wide open, residual water inside the bathtub basin, AND there was a lighter on the bathroom counter.
