Two women revamping our garage and no mansplaining anywhere to be found - what a dream! Britt explains everything, explains the options, and she provided me with a detailed/updated estimate through the business office within minutes of our discussing a complicated job of putting two dedicated circuits in and running conduit, etc, etc! I had to leave before they were done and had zero concerns about leaving them at my house with my dogs and trusting them to close up the garage and lock the doors behind them. They are coming back in November to address the rest of the add-ons I requested, and I am excited to have these lovely and talented women return again to complete our garage transformation. Even in our garage, the attention to detail was impeccable - at one point, Britt was fussing with conduit because it was slightly off level (I couldn't tell) and in her words, "it's driving me crazy - I have to fix it". It's like having a good friend or family member doing work for you. Trustworthy and worth every penny knowing that we're not overloading our circuits and/or creating a fire hazard!

Yesterday I decided to finish writing my paper and wrote an additional four pages and my computer suddenly ran into a problem and automatically shut down. The system should have auto saved everything since it's programmed to save every 10 minutes, but it was all gone and all I could see was the two pages from the days prior once my computer started up again. I was in panic mode and did not know what to do. Thank God I came across this yelp page and called Ron. He did some troubleshooting, trying a few different things after remoting into my computer. California Security Pro…read more Home security has never been my favorite topics, at first a bit confusing there's network apps, motion sensors and connected door alarms all of which seem to work flawlessly together. We called two places ADT corporate and California Security pros.    Bill Wood approached us in August 2016 after buying new house. Many of us have had that one teacher who makes it all click together they are often energetic and fun seemingly always at the top of their game. Bill's smile, genuine personality and willingness to teach difficult subjects to us made him the clear choice a 2nd time this summer when we installed ADT at our local Napa Business. We feel great knowing who to call and who to let in our house when our batteries need replacing. Communicating via text message and follow ups afterwards were "Better than Expected" Thank you!

The building is very hold (over 100 years) and installation was unique and complicated. The Process: Jose and his team did an initial consultation and his bid came in at what my HOA board determined to be a reasonable amount given the level of install difficulty and customization required. The end results were excellent and I would strongly recommend using Jose. Strong Positives: -Jose was very flexible to timing for installation and was willing to work on the weekend to accommodate certain residents' schedules. -Jose worked extremely hard and provided important insight into the various aspects of install, camera placement, and a clear end result.

I called again and spoke to the owner who told me I needed to cancel my service before the 3 year contract renewed or I'd have to pay the "buy out" charges. Most unfriendly small business I ever encountered! Since my service contact was still the woman who was with the original company and I really liked the level of service she had provided, I decided to work with her and the service team to see if things would smooth out. The onsite tech was super nice but came out to my home two separate times without the correct parts on his truck, stayed over 2 hours working with a remote center on something he couldn't explain and charged me the entire service fee both times. Had to take two days off of work and nothing was resolved. So, in July, the first month of the billing quarter, I emailed my cancellation and asked them to notify me when they were going to stop service and asked to be notified what prorated amount of the quarterly monitoring bill I needed to pay. Less than a week later, with out notice, my alarm panel went dead and my monitoring service was curtailed. Then today I've received the first reply to my cancellation request and it was an email from the office manager stating that I needed to pay the entire 90 days for monitoring or LVS would send my invoice to Collections.
