I was a Deep Sentinel customer with wireless cameras and wanted to upgrade to wired. Jose designed an entire system with me and worked to coordinate his work with the remodeling. By doing this we were able to run all cameras with virtually no conduit and made the entire system seamless with our house. ESP alarm came out and said we would have to replace our alarm system at a cost of $800! We have been ESP alarms customer since 2001. Never had any trouble. Had 1-2 service calls since then. Paid $81 each quarter for monitoring. Since our alarm stopped working we have tried to get them to come out and install a new one. It has been since November and they still haven't showed up and are not returning our phone calls. We are looking for a new alarm company.

Two promptly came back with bids within 24 hours. One, Bay Alarm set expectations they needed more days and even a weekend to prepare the bid. The weekend came and went without a bid showing up. By Thursday afternoon, a week after the other bids were in my inbox, I called in only to find out the service technician was still working on it. A week after he said we'd have it to us, and long after the others had arrived, still working on it. It made me pause. Naturally I was wondering exactly how long it would take them to call the police if my newly installed security alarm were to go off in our home? Always under commit and over deliver, not the other way around. Confidence shaken for sure.

Last Spring, LVS purchased the security company I was under contract with for over 2 decades. I called again and spoke to the owner who told me I needed to cancel my service before the 3 year contract renewed or I'd have to pay the "buy out" charges. Most unfriendly small business I ever encountered! Since my service contact was still the woman who was with the original company and I really liked the level of service she had provided, I decided to work with her and the service team to see if things would smooth out. The onsite tech was super nice but came out to my home two separate times without the correct parts on his truck, stayed over 2 hours working with a remote center on something he couldn't explain and charged me the entire service fee both times. Had to take two days off of work and nothing was resolved. So, in July, the first month of the billing quarter, I emailed my cancellation and asked them to notify me when they were going to stop service and asked to be notified what prorated amount of the quarterly monitoring bill I needed to pay. Less than a week later, with out notice, my alarm panel went dead and my monitoring service was curtailed. Then today I've received the first reply to my cancellation request and it was an email from the office manager stating that I needed to pay the entire 90 days for monitoring or LVS would send my invoice to Collections. Would NOT recommend.

Couple days later I found I cannot start my vehicle, I bring my vehicle to dealer, they checked that the direct power connection of the camera is 24 hours working, that's why killed the battery! So I go back to Street Beat and told him this issue, he replied r u sure not to connect with hard wire? Ok, I need to extra pay $99.00 to fix it...
