Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). Only one of them was I able to understand, the rest of them has such strong accents that I kept needing to ask them to repeat what they were trying to say. TERRIBLE, AWFUL, NOT PROFESSIONAL, UNINFORMED.

I called Remo group and before they could show up, my 20+ year old ham antenna was destroyed by a windstorm. So I ordered a new one and guess what? They also can set up ham gear. I installed it the first time, but that was when I was 20 years younger and no way did I feel safe at my age. So The Remo Group to the rescue.
