The app works great to watch our home while we are out of town - bonus was seeing our dogs in the backyard! FOLLOW UP - Peter just spent an hour at my home downloading necessary software on my laptop to enable us to easily be able to watch any playback that we need to from our cameras. Set my laptop up for ease of use. He also downloaded the app and gave instructions on how to better use the app from our iPads. Can't ask for better service than that. I was looking for a wired home security system and video surveillance at a reasonable cost. The company owner, Peter, was prompt in scheduling an evaluation and estimate. He talked me into trying a wireless system which I had thought was not what I wanted. He felt it offered the most bang for the buck and would be the least disruptive in terms of installation. He was able to reassure me that it could be just as reliable. It turned out he was right. I appreciated his leading me towards a system that fully met my needs and not a more expensive and overly elaborate system. He personally did the installation and arranged times which were convenient to me. He even came on weekends because that was easier for me. He is very courteous, conscientious and punctual. He wanted to make sure the system was just right and would frequently check in to make sure everything was operating properly. He came back several times to tweak the system, such as adding a new module or antenna, so everything would be reliable. Peter is very knowledgable about the hardware having worked in the industry for many years before starting his own company. When I wanted video cameras he suggested waiting several weeks for a newer improved model which he knew was in the pipeline. I appreciated that level of attention to detail. I was particularly pleased by being able to use a local business and not a large franchise with impersonal service. So far the monitoring has been very professional and consistent.
