I had a problem with an Home theater system that was installed by someone three years ago during COVID. When on cable, the TV would randomly turn off. For instance, he put tape markers on the wall to show us where the set would be mounted, but wanted to show us that the line of tile on the wall below had a slight downturn, so although the TV would be level, it might appear a little slanted. (It is barely noticeable.) In addition, since we were having problems getting our internet to work in our new house, he offered to look at the setup, identified the problem and made some smart suggestions that we took to the internet carrier and the problem was fixed. The following day (Friday) he came to my home to see the job in person. He told me exactly what equipment I needed to purchase and let me shop for it. Daniel replied promptly through the Yelp email feature. We discussed my needs and I requested for him to text me so I could send my address and he could come take a look and give me an estimate the next day. Daniel replied "will do". Next day came and Daniel replied on the Yelp email that he could come over. I wasn't checking email as I had asked him to TEXT me when he could come over. When I saw the email response he sent, it was quite some time later so I sent an email response saying that I asked him to TEXT me so I could give him the address when he came over. From there, he did text saying he had been waiting for "my" reply which was false and then the conversation took a sharp and ugly turn! See screenshots below. I see this company only has 7 reviews. This could mean they are a newer and/or smaller company. Either way, to reserve my afternoon waiting for him to come over only to get a message saying he's not coming was unprofessional and quite annoying. I did email him back and ask what reason could I include for him no-showing and he didn't even respond to that. Save your money and go with a more reputable company or at least one that is reliable. A lot of companies may be great at why they do, but if communication is poor, it's just not worth it. Maybe these 5 star reviews are friends and family trying to help the business get started. That's all good. You just have to make sure EVERY customer feels valued. Didn't happen here. read more

I have only written a couple reviews but felt compelled to write one for Casa Audio Video Solutions. I recently purchased a house and needed to set up my home theater, WIFI and wall mount 3 flat screen TV's throughout. Me not being mechanically inclined felt lost and frustrated with all the wires and instruction manuals which only added to the stress of me dealing with the move. I found Casa Audio Video Solutions and gave them a call. We set up an appointment for the next day which was great! He arrived on time and was very professional. He gave me an estimate which was far less than what I was anticipating and did the work that same day! I cannot tell you how relieved I was. He even suggested installing a thermostat and garage door opener I can control with my cell phone! WHAT! I took him up on his offer, he installed it the following week, showed me how to us it and now I can control my AC/heater away from home and open and close my garage door remotely. HOW COOL IS THAT!
