On the suggestion from my wife, I called a computer repair company in Walnut Creek who sent a technician to my house to simply replace the non-functioning HD with a larger, industrial quality CCTV HD. It so happened the technician knew exactly the problem I had and ordered the correct HD. The new HD did not even to be formatted!! Cost for the new CCTV HD was $150.00!!! I don't enjoy being "played" by merchants such as these people from this company!!l Response/reply: I spoke to a "receptionist." She put me on hold for a few minutes; when she returned to the call, she told me the "manager" told her to tell me the company doesn't service systems they did not install. Plus they are not familiar the brand of CCTV. At no time was I given the option or ever asked if I wanted a technician to go to my house to check out my system. The original installer wanted to sell me a new system as well!! The original installer said my CCTV system should be replaced if it stops working because the NVR is not serviceable. My system was warranted for 3 years; the HD in the NVR failed 2 months after the warranty expired. Response: I am simply writing (recording) what I was told by the receptionist. I told her my CCTV was giving me an error message "not recording." I asked her "...do you service CCTVs?" She said the manager said they don't service my brand of CCTV. She said the manager said,, "he is not familiar with your CCTV." ***I found the NVR brand and cameras on AM.Z.N. I simply said "OK!"

Horrible service from Edward the manager…read more Scenario: I had issues with activating Peacock Premium which was a service they included to my package for 2 years. We had issues with it for 3 hours yesterday and I was told to go to the Xfinity location nearest me and they can fix it. Fast forward I went to the location and I thought I might be able to get it fixed. The greeter was great. Edward not so much. I was trying to speak to Edward and he was rude, kept cutting me off mid sentence, and said you can cancel your subscription, I'm not giving any discounts. Ive been with the company since 1985. And at my new location for over 11 years. And this is how he treats customers. That is insane. And what's crazy is i was about to get 4 phones at this location. I even told them that on the very beginning but Edward didn't know. Lol. He is very unprofessional
