He is knowledgeable and courteous and on time. Answered all questions, visited my home to for estimate. Isaac & David did the install. They were on time, courteous, and professional. All around awesome guys to boot. Quality - These guys know exactly what they are doing - assembly, drywalling, electrical, networking, cabling, even cleaned up after themselves meticulously. Everything worked liked a charm when they left. Even wired the Sonos speakers in-wall so as to hide the wiring and make it look built in. The installed Ubiquiti equipment and went around optimizing the signal and setup. Price - Their equipment prices are fair. I purchased a few things from them, but I bought most of the equipment myself beforehand because I also like getting the best deals as much as anyone. But for the install, I am willing to pay for top of the line quality and professionalism. Honestly, I don't know how their prices compare to someone like Best Buy, but I love the work they do and they were worth every penny to me. I'm so impressed with these guys! Starting with Henry, the owner, Kevin, their master carpenter, and Luis and Jack who took it from their with the in-wall wiring and component configuration. We had them mount a 65" OLED 4k TV on a tricky wall that contains a pocket door, and then configure it with a new receiver that has video upscaling, and a 5.1 surround system with a sometimes finicky subwoofer. They were very professional, both in performance and in how they conducted themselves, and were genuinely caring. After I saw what they actually did, I felt their pricing was very fair and reasonable too. I am happy and relieved to know these guys exist and can help us when needed. We had a 82" tv to hang above a fireplace in a 100 year old house. I knew this was going to be difficult. I called Man Cave and they actually answered the phone. We talked about what we needed and they came over with the electrician the following day to give us a quote and see what could be done. The quote was reasonable so we scheduled it. I had Man Cave America come out to install an LG OLED 77" TV above our fireplace. They showed up on time, we able to quickly assess what needed to be done, installed the TV wall mount bracket, and then perfectly positioned the TV above the fireplace. They were then able to mount a LG OLED 65" TV on a wall in my "man cave". For this one, they had to run a new 115V outlet up the wall and behind the TV. No problem for these guys. They were so efficient, I had them run another 115V outlet down from an outlet above a long and low built-in cabinet so we could hide the wires for a light that now sits on top of the cabinet. These guys were friendly, helpful, efficient, professional, and IMHO could have charged me more (and I would not have complained). I used to drive by Man Cave America on Mandela Parkway in West Oakand all the time so I called them up. Turns out they have moved locations and are now in Vallejo. Anyway, spoke to Henry, told him what I was looking for, and he setup an appointment for 2 days later. Jack showed up on time with everything need for install. He installed the TV mount at the exact right height per our discussion about where it should be mounted, and ran the cables through the wall.
