Good company to work with. They were professional, responsive, flexible and did what they said they would do! Would use again and recommend. Thanks! read more

Bill Wood worked with us to design a security system that perfectly met our needs. He has also worked with many of my real estate clients with outstanding comments from them. The installation was very good and they are even returning to add a couple of items we decided we need. Thank you, team! read more

Bill Wood was amazing in planning and explaining the proper security system for my home. He went over everything they do and what to expect from the system. I would highly recommend working with Bill on your next job your wallet will thank you and you will feel secure leaving home!! read more

Bryce came to our home and did an excellent job setting up our alarm system and training us on the functions. Highly recommended!

A positive experience with this team. Bryce and Mike were extremely professional, polite, and patient. From requesting a quote, to scheduling, to the installation, this team made was comfortable with it all. The project took longer than expected, and they took it in without a complaint. The installation is great. Highly recommend. read more

All I can say is WOW! I honestly never imagined writing a review for a security company but this is well deserved. I called for a quote and they sent someone out within 48 hours of calling. They beat the other quotes we received and offered a deal we just couldn't pass up. A few days later Bryce arrived to install everything. He was absolutely AWESOME!! He arrived on time and ready to work. He went throughout the house perfecting everything and ensuring the installation was perfect. I asked him about 100 questions during the process and he answered all of them without getting annoyed or frustrated. He even offered advise on camera systems which was super helpful. We've used other security companies in the past for previous homes and every single installer they sent was super sketchy. We also had issues with the other installations and would never receive a callback when we complained. Not Bryce! We called him 3 days after installation with a question and he called us back within 12 hours and was super nice explaining everything in detail. Trust me, You don't want to half ass something as important as a security system. You also don't want a sketchy creep in your house. To prevent all of that just go with The Home Security Experts! read more

Bill Wood took over our poor service from the previous alarm company. He upgraded our system for free and has given great for the last 10yrs. Anytime there was an issue he took care of it. We moved in Jan of this year we had issues trying to close transfer the account with ADT corp. They were no help at all. Bill and Nick office manager jumped in and the issues solved. I highly recommend then and this compny. Ken Raith read more

Bill Wood continues to give us amazing service . . . all through the years! Sometimes I'll call ADT directly if it seems like something simple, but as soon as it turns into something not so simple, I call Bill right away. I appreciate that he'll give me advice if its something I can handle but most often, Bill will just set up a time to stop by and take a look for himself. Today, after getting off the phone with ADT I called Bill, told him the scenario and what ADT said, and within 15 minutes Bill was at my front door, tool kit in hand, and fixed the system problem and got us back up and running. In my experience its always better to call the local guy with boots on the ground and bypass the call center, great customer service and quick response time always wins the day! read more

I've had such a great experience with Bill Wood. Both for my business and home. Honest and transparent process. Does what he says he will. I highly recommend him if you need any security system needs. read more

Do not believe anything this guys says. Back in September. Joffre agreed to send us a $192 rebate check if we sign up for ADT Pulse on 2-year contract. He promised the rebate check will be received within 7-10 days. It is now November and we still have not received anything in mail. I've called Joffre at least 4 times asking for the rebate check. Every time he would pretend to apologize then promised he will get it sent out. Originally I thought he is a nice and honest guy so I gave him more time, however time after time I got fooled and I've had enough of his lies. I will be filing complaint through both Better Business Bureau and ADT Corporate Relations. read more

I've worked with Joffre on both my office and home and it's been great! Feels like I have a friend in the business...he is a super down to earth nice guy. Highly recommend him! read more

Joffre was great. He came to our house shortly after we moved in and explained he worked for ADT locally. He gave us a great deal by not charging us for the equipment or installation. I felt better about having a person I could call locally regarding the service and was planning to have a system installed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process. I would recommend him! read more

We worked with Joffre for the sales call and Dwayne for the installation. Both were great. Joffre assessed our house quickly for our security needs, answered me and my family's numerous questions and didn't try to upsell us. Dwayne also was efficient for installation, very professional, and provided an overall security consultation as well. The Brentwood customer service department has also been very straightforward and kind to deal with. Overall a great office from sales, installation and follow-up customer support. If you decide to go with ADT for your security needs, this Brentwood office is a good one to work with! read more

I didn't realize there were so many ADT franchises to choose from. It really is important which one you choose.Joffre set me up through Direct Protection.I feel it is very important to have someone near your area. He has been great and even came out last week to help me troubleshoot a problem. I am very happy with the system and the service. read more

The man! Joffre made sure our ADT system transferred smoothly to our new house at an incredible price vs what another salesperson tried to sell me. He is also very personable making him someone easy to talk to. I recommend this guy if you need a security system. read more

With all of the home robberies occurring, it is important to deal with someone you can trust with home security. I am so happy I worked with Joffre to get ADT installed in my home. I was on a strict time limit when I contacted him & he was able to see me the next day and get the alarm installed the following business day. Within 2 days I was protected. I highly recommend contacting Joffre. He is professional, knowledgeable and reliable! read more

In today's world it is awesome to find people who do what they say they will. I have known Bill Wood for 40 years now and he exemplifies the definition of customer service. When I needed a security system for my warehouse, Bill came up with an economical solution and delivered !!! The system was exactly what I had in mind and Bryce came out and did a beautiful installation on time and on budget. It doesn't get any better than this !!! read more

Steer clear of Joffre! I chose ADT over competitors due to their promotion for a free Nest thermostat which was advertised on the national ADT website. When Joffre arrived at my home he said the promotion was in beta on the East Coast (the disclaimer clearly stated the promo was offered in California). When it was clear that this was a deal breaker for me he made the agreement to to provide a Nest free of charge and deliver it to me the following Monday. This agreement was even stated in the contract. Monday came and went. I called him on Wednesday, never heard back. I called him two more times. Nothing. Funny how after the three-day cancellation period came and went, Joffre was long gone. No integrity. I will be filing a complaint with BBB. read more

Joffre is such an excellent ADT Representative! This is my very first security system ever and he spoke to me bit by bit of how the process goes; broke down the payment which was way inside of my budget, what I needed and what I did not need to save me some money which is always helpful! When I had questions or concerns he responded as quickly as he could which I take very seriously. So I really appreciate that. And the installation guy Bryce Johnson that he sent over was amazing! Felt like I was talking to a long time buddy when he was here installing the security system. Bryce instructed on how the system works and was very informative! These two guys were great! Thanks Joffre and Bryce! read more

Probably the best experience so far. I appreciate the time Joffre spent to set us up. We had Vivint and quickly switched to ADT with Joffre. Not only was the process quick, it was completely stress free and seamless. I highly recommend reaching out. Bryce helped install our service and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of work, and professionalism. I finally feel secure and am tremendously happy going this route! Thank you Bryce, and a big thank you to Joffre!!! You were amazing! read more

I had my ADT security system installed about 3 weeks ago and I was really surprised that he came by today un-unexpectedly to see if I had any questions about the alarm system that was installed, I would have to say that I'm impressed that joffre cared enough to stop by. I would highly recommend joffre if you're looking to get an alarm system, matter of fact my fiance just referred his mom and joffre is on his way over there. LOL, hey joffre, I want my referral money homie. read more

Bryce was great! He is a breath of fresh air when it comes to installing the system, but also having the right personality to explain and have patience to make sure my wife and I know what we are doing with the security system. The customer service is top notch. read more

Joffre came by our house right after we moved in. I had been looking into different security services, including DIY, so I was prepared to talk about security options. I was planning on going with one of the DIY options until I spoke to Joffre. He clearly laid out the different pricing options and what's included. Long story short, I am 3 months into my ADT service and it has been awesome. The options Joffre helped me choose have turned out to be just right. As for ADT, I love the control of the mobile app and the web portal. And when I received an error code on the keypad - on Christmas day! - I called ADT and it was resolved in minutes. I will definitely recommend Joffre to friends and family. read more

Joffre came by our house to talk to us ADT, shortly after we moved in. I didn't think ADT did unprompted house calls, so I called corporate, and confirmed that this is common practice in some areas where there are authorized dealers. We did our research, and looked at a couple of other alarm companies (some DIY), as well as ADT Corporate, and felt the offer we got from Joffre was an extremely fair and honest deal, and within the same price range as other companies. The main difference, and why we ultimately went with Joffre, was the personalized customer service. His partner, Bryce, did the install and then gave us a rundown of all the equipment, the app and the online tool. Both were very professional, and we had a good experience with them. Would recommend to anyone looking to install a reliable home security system. read more

I highly recommend contacting Joffre if you are looking for a home security system. One of best Sales/Customer Service experiences I have had in a long time. I am so grateful I was referred to Joffre by my realtor. I moved to a new house in a new city and was unfamiliar with the neighborhood. Joffre made a point to come out to my home the day I moved in to get me set up with an alarm system. It's nice to work with someone who is local and familiar with the area. He reviewed the layout of my house and made suggestions on the type of system he would recommend and thoroughly explained all my options since I never had an alarm system before. He gave me a great deal on the ADT pulse system and ensured installation was set up right away. Even after the initial set up, he has been there to answer any questions or concerns I may have. When I wanted to add additional items to my service, he made sure I was taken care of right away. Such an amazing, helpful, and honest person! read more
