All I can say is WOW! I honestly never imagined writing a review for a security company but this is well deserved. I called for a quote and they sent someone out within 48 hours of calling. They beat the other quotes we received and offered a deal we just couldn't pass up. A few days later Bryce arrived to install everything. He was absolutely AWESOME!! He arrived on time and ready to work. He went throughout the house perfecting everything and ensuring the installation was perfect. I asked him about 100 questions during the process and he answered all of them without getting annoyed or frustrated. He even offered advise on camera systems which was super helpful. We've used other security companies in the past for previous homes and every single installer they sent was super sketchy. We also had issues with the other installations and would never receive a callback when we complained. Not Bryce! We called him 3 days after installation with a question and he called us back within 12 hours and was super nice explaining everything in detail. Sometimes I'll call ADT directly if it seems like something simple, but as soon as it turns into something not so simple, I call Bill right away. I appreciate that he'll give me advice if its something I can handle but most often, Bill will just set up a time to stop by and take a look for himself. Today, after getting off the phone with ADT I called Bill, told him the scenario and what ADT said, and within 15 minutes Bill was at my front door, tool kit in hand, and fixed the system problem and got us back up and running. Do not believe anything this guys says. Back in September. Joffre agreed to send us a $192 rebate check if we sign up for ADT Pulse on 2-year contract. He promised the rebate check will be received within 7-10 days. It is now November and we still have not received anything in mail. I've called Joffre at least 4 times asking for the rebate check. Every time he would pretend to apologize then promised he will get it sent out. Originally I thought he is a nice and honest guy so I gave him more time, however time after time I got fooled and I've had enough of his lies. I will be filing complaint through both Better Business Bureau and ADT Corporate Relations. read more

Steer clear of Joffre! I chose ADT over competitors due to their promotion for a free Nest thermostat which was advertised on the national ADT website. When Joffre arrived at my home he said the promotion was in beta on the East Coast (the disclaimer clearly stated the promo was offered in California). When it was clear that this was a deal breaker for me he made the agreement to to provide a Nest free of charge and deliver it to me the following Monday. This agreement was even stated in the contract. Monday came and went. I called him on Wednesday, never heard back. I called him two more times. Nothing. Funny how after the three-day cancellation period came and went, Joffre was long gone. No integrity. I will be filing a complaint with BBB. read more

I was planning on going with one of the DIY options until I spoke to Joffre. He clearly laid out the different pricing options and what's included. Joffre came by our house to talk to us ADT, shortly after we moved in. I didn't think ADT did unprompted house calls, so I called corporate, and confirmed that this is common practice in some areas where there are authorized dealers. We did our research, and looked at a couple of other alarm companies (some DIY), as well as ADT Corporate, and felt the offer we got from Joffre was an extremely fair and honest deal, and within the same price range as other companies. The main difference, and why we ultimately went with Joffre, was the personalized customer service.
