After a few initial quotes with multiple places, Chad offered the best pricing on a simple tv wall mount with no need to hide cords for my 50" tv. I scheduled an appointment with him a few days out with a set time of when I would need to complete it by, and he was able to finish within an hour! Without me even asking, he put on shoe covers on before coming into my apt (much appreciated for a no shoe in the house household). He made sure that he had a plastic bag taped to the wall to catch all the drywall dust. Throughout the process, I found him to be gentle with the mounts and even when setting it on the floor. Before mounting, he also checked in with me on the height of the tv. Once it was mounted, he even made sure to teach me how to pull out and swivel my tv if I needed to move it! Chad showed up on time. Did a great job. The job was more complicated than I thought it would be. He had to move my mount to accommodate my new TV. He didn't complain just went right to work. I had a new receiver that I hadn't gotten to installing yet. He seemed willing to do that for me so we did it.
