Xfinity kept telling me the "new" box was going to easily pump wifi through my whole house. It never worked and we had multiple dead spots in our house, where wifi never reached. We ended up trying several things, included a second network setup using Google Nest routers. That also didn't work great and we suffered for years. So finally got fed up, and I called BATH and told Ari what the issue was. He gave me a budget, which I bristled at, at first. Then he walked me through a likely fix, which involved a couple routers networked so that I had independent wifi running on both floors of the house but on the same network. The tech came by and was super nice, and walked me through what they were going to do. I was cautiously optimistic. When they were done? I almost cried at how well everything ran through my house. They even set me up so I had ethernet directly to my gaming PC, and direct into my TV and Xbox. I have not had a single issue since (beside Comcast caused outages), and have blazing fast wifi throughout the house (I pay for the gigaspeed Xfinity). I'm finally utilizing the speed as sold to me by Xfinity. Thanks so much BATH. I really appreciate it. I was super impressed with the emails, the invoices, techs being on time, and just the overall professionalism. It was worth the extra few bucks.

Since they seem to handle a lot of corporate-scale installations, I initially wondered if my project might be too small--but that concern disappeared pretty quickly. The team was already very familiar with Ubiquiti systems and was incredibly patient working with me despite my fairly basic understanding. They walked me through the tradeoffs and ultimately recommended stepping up from mid-range equipment to more professional-grade options. The reasoning was clear, the cost/benefit made sense, and at no point did I feel pressured--just well-advised. The actual Ethernet installation work was top-notch--smurf tubing, recessed (not sticking out!) enclosures, and everything. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is honestly beyond what I would normally expect (or even feel comfortable demanding from contractors). They went above and beyond without being asked, and the cable organization is immaculate. Huge thanks to Justin and John for their precision and quality of work, and to Jim and Rodrigo for their thoughtful recommendations on equipment and access point placement. The raised price also covers our regular remote network maintenance, ensuring your network continuously runs at peak performance following the conclusion of the project. A large portion of business model is our post-install support and efforts to create peace of mind for our clientele regarding our systems." However on that quote was also a $70/mo service plan that was supposed to cover the aforementioned post-install support. I asked about the double charge for support and asked if I could bring my own equipment and they ignored my email So this company is SUPER SHADY and please review your quotes and google any equipment that they tell you that you need because 1. you probably don't need it (we ended up fixing the internet ourselves) and 2. they are probably overcharging you. Just run the quote through Claude or ChatGPT and ask if there's anything concerning in it. It will do all the research for you.

They apologized and blamed it on the fact they had gotten busy with kids, home from school, and either forgot about our Zoom call or had no idea it was scheduled. After explaining my problem they said they don't work on Windows machines. They said they'd reach out to one of their Windows techs and get back to me within the day. It's been three days and I've not heard back from them. No wonder they have to give their services away for free. I'd be pretty angry if I had actually paid them for this.

The person said to make it easier he would need to drill some holes to help hide the wires. He asked if we had paint and said he could patch it. Next thing you know we have a 5"x5" hole in our fireplace along with holes in another wall. The patch was left unfinished. He said he had a paint brush initially and then later said he didn't. Pretty sure he was using a paper towel. Then told me I should paint it in an hour. Called their office and Nikki told me their team doesn't do paint or patching...ok. Why say you can? She couldn't tell me when someone would be back out and never called me back. So we have a mounted tv but now we need a professional painter to come fix the botched patch. Not to mention I spent 30 mins cleaning up after they left.

John did an amazing job installing our Savant Home Control system . He gave me several options based on price and quality and he patiently answered all my questions as I went thru the design phase with him. My home control system works with all of my i devises from Apple. I like using my i Pad best to control my music , televisions and lights thru out my home and outside. The control system is very easy to use, even for visitors at my house. I have always wanted to be able to controll my alarm system and my lights from my office and now we can do just that easily . John was always on time when he came to my house and did a great job cleaning up every day. John responds to all my questions quickly when I need support on how to use a new feature or install a update. Our main miscommunication in the beginning was the gap between my requirements in the system vs what is in most cases offered to the customers. Considering the sophistication of the equipment I am not surprised why savant system is commonplace. With Micah, we easily bridged that gap and build the system that I wanted pretty quickly. But other than that, the team and everyone that stepped in throughout the project was knowledgeable professionals and it would be hard to get a team that is at their level for your project. He also suggested a nice steel cabinet Rack to keep all my systems clean and organized, I love the WiFi remote one simple remote with configuration to switch from Apple TV, Cable, to video and etc.. he also added our favorite channels. He is just super amazing extremely diligent very professional most importantly to me is his honesty and passionate about taking care of you ensure you are happy. In addition he setup two Nest units in my house, Sonos speakers and ran all the ceiling wires throughout my house with separate control volume switches we have an amazing sound system now including speakers outside. My kids and my wife loves watching movies at home now I don't remember the last time we went to movies. With the super clean setup and crisp sound system move nights every weekend at my house. He took his time to research the best products not only that his email communication to me with the detailed information for me to look at the reviews he was not forcing to purchase a product wanted me to be happy with the end result.
