    Work was better than I expected and Very Satisfied with the end result. We can keep an eye on everything while we are out and not have to worry about missing anything since these cameras are running 24/7. Great great work!! Recommended them to my co-workers who are scheduling an appt as I am writing this review.

    I had a pleasant experience with North Bay Hone Security. They gave me all the information I was in need of and more and at the end of the camera install made me feel a lot better knowing that I could see the outside of my home from anywhere in the world.     I wanted this company to check out the HD on my relatively new NVR for my CCTV system. This…read morecompany did not install the system. This company said they would sell me a new system to replace system I had. On the suggestion from my wife, I called a computer repair company in Walnut Creek who sent a technician to my house to simply replace the non-functioning HD with a larger, industrial quality CCTV HD. It so happened the technician knew exactly the problem I had and ordered the correct HD. The new HD did not even to be formatted!! Cost for the new CCTV HD was $150.00!!! I don't enjoy being "played" by merchants such as these people from this company!!l Response/reply: I spoke to a "receptionist." She put me on hold for a few minutes; when she returned to the call, she told me the "manager" told her to tell me the company doesn't service systems they did not install. Plus they are not familiar the brand of CCTV. At no time was I given the option or ever asked if I wanted a technician to go to my house to check out my system. The original installer wanted to sell me a new system as well!! The original installer said my CCTV system should be replaced if it stops working because the NVR is not serviceable. My system was warranted for 3 years; the HD in the NVR failed 2 months after the warranty expired. Response: I am simply writing (recording) what I was told by the receptionist. I told her my CCTV was giving me an error message "not recording." I asked her "...do you service CCTVs?" She said the manager said they don't service my brand of CCTV. She said the manager said,, "he is not familiar with your CCTV." ***I found the NVR brand and cameras on AM.Z.N. I simply said "OK!"

Justin was dispatched to complete the repairs, and he's been great at problem-solving. We will continue to work with Done Right Security. Especially after they showed us how a previous vendor had skipped some important safety issues. I definitely feel that our building is in a better shape than before.

    Kurtis's team set our house up with a wired and wireless network and security cameras. He also…read moremounted our TV on the wall and hid all cables to make it fit well in our living room. Aside from being very knowledgeable about his domain, Kurtis and his team are also able to think creatively about different solutions. The pathway they created for all the wiring took them a great deal of effort, but it's almost invisible, both inside and outside the house. Their team worked tirelessly to make sure everything was installed well while maintaining the esthetic of our house. Asking for small adjustments, like lowering the TV after the first installment or removing older cameras, was never an issue. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Kurtis, and I'd be more than happy to approach him again for future projects.

I found they amazing because without controversy I have and still before correction unequivocally received text.‍?     Horrible service from Edward the manager…read more Scenario: I had issues with activating Peacock Premium which was a service they included to my package for 2 years. We had issues with it for 3 hours yesterday and I was told to go to the Xfinity location nearest me and they can fix it. Fast forward I went to the location and I thought I might be able to get it fixed. The greeter was great. Edward not so much. I was trying to speak to Edward and he was rude, kept cutting me off mid sentence, and said you can cancel your subscription, I'm not giving any discounts. Ive been with the company since 1985. And at my new location for over 11 years. And this is how he treats customers. That is insane. And what's crazy is i was about to get 4 phones at this location. I even told them that on the very beginning but Edward didn't know. Lol. He is very unprofessional

I can't say enough for this company, out of alll the new…read morecontractors/services we had to hire with moving, this company (especially Matt and Scott) have been the coolest, most laid back but also efficient and attentive to detail- super responsive and understanding with requests and questions. Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). Ultimately chose safe and sound for the excellent customer service and highly recommend!

I had a phone call with one tech who logged on to my computer remotely, then figured out that they could not fix the problem. Now I am waiting for a physical person to show up, after being promised that, and they have not scheduled anyone and I have not gotten any response to my email. We spoke on Thursday, they said "We will try and have someone out tomorrow". It's now Wednesday and radio silence.
