I was having issues my first 2weeks having consistent dropped connections and no service at times. I couldn't switch back to my previous provider because the line was cut! Three or 4 techs later Karina shows up. I explained all the trouble we were having and she assured me that she'd take care of it. Karina was very friendly and professional explaining everything she was doing. Two months later, my family and I are happy with the service. So what to tell you ,I have never been disappointed with Sonic from the office support to field techs its been amazing ride. Like a great many of you I want someone who I can speak with and not have repeat myself 5 times that's not going to happen at Sonic. And on the other hand I don't want the run around. And I have never had that with Sonic. Now let's be clear sadly Sonic is not in every locations but good news its they are growing thank God. Why do I say that ? you can't beat the cost. like I said I've been with them a good while and there has only been one raise and still there cost is low. I've gotten a few friends to jump on this with me and they are happy and why not, low cost great service people who are really nice when you call and ask about something no hanging on the line for 20 minutes. Okay I'm going to stop now. Remember this I always try to respect the person on the other side and in return we both win. Let shut this down by saying go on line and see when they are planing to come to your area. Trust me you will not be disappointed. No, I don't sales use cars I just like nice people and a company that take care of it's people that works for me. That a reason to support in my book.

We wanted to help my aging in-laws who were getting too old to keep track. We started paying their ATT fiber internet and DirecTV and when that worked, we added their phone bills to our Internet account, but it broke our log-in. After 1.5hrs of chating, first AI then finally a real person, he finally said the only way to get a verification number to log-in is through an ATT phone. They can't use email like they were doing before. They don't have a way to white-list me so I can get in. Now if I'm visiting I have to borrow one of their phones or if I'm not there, I have to call and talk them through how to read their message and to read the number so I can look at my account. When I'm overseas it gets harder. At least the guy was responsive through most of the very long chat. It just took a lot of probing different ways (for about an hour) before he finally said there was no way to fix it.

When I got an agent I wasn't sure if she really understood me or not. Many of them seem to be reading off scripts. I guess I will have to wait until next month to see.

Juan and Millard helped me yesterday with a pretty big billing issue that I've been stressing out…read moreabout (that was honestly my fault to begin with). I walked into the store, it was quiet, clean, and all of the reps were happily helping customers with their devices. I was greeted within 3 minutes and was asked if I wanted to take a seat, I didn't even get to their seating area before I was greeted by Juan to assist me with my issue. Juan knew exactly what to do, and how to do it! Millard, the manager came by and checked in, as always it was a pleasant experience as whenever I'm in the store, he's on the sales floor interacting with his employees, helping customers, or just making sure the (spotless) appearance of the store is upheld! Their level of professionalism, dedication to their customers, and overall commitment to excellence was tangible yesterday as they heard me out, recognized there was an issue and without question got right to work, resolving the issue with little to no effort on my end. I was out of the store in 10 minutes with my issue resolved, bill paid and stress relieved! Jenn sold me my phone and watch when I switched over to AT&T last year, the transition from my last carrier to this one has been night and day! Jenn's professionalism and product knowledge was absolutely evident and her professional and friendly tone made the interaction quick and smooth! A few months later, Emma assisted me in adding my father's line to my account- assisting in finding the perfect iPhone for him, transferring his data and transferring his line from his old carrier to my account was seamless! That day, Emma was assisting myself and another customer simultaneously and neither one of us felt slighted on the level of service we were receiving. I live an hour away and there are 8 AT&T stores I pass to get to this one. Based on the level of professionalism, commitment to excellence, dedication to customer service, knowledge and experience at this branch- I will GLADLY pass any and every other AT&T store to get to this one. This store should set the tone for every other AT&T store, company wide. Well done guys, and thank you for being you!

I wanted this company to check out the HD on my relatively new NVR for my CCTV system. This…read morecompany did not install the system. This company said they would sell me a new system to replace system I had. On the suggestion from my wife, I called a computer repair company in Walnut Creek who sent a technician to my house to simply replace the non-functioning HD with a larger, industrial quality CCTV HD. It so happened the technician knew exactly the problem I had and ordered the correct HD. The new HD did not even to be formatted!! Cost for the new CCTV HD was $150.00!!! I don't enjoy being "played" by merchants such as these people from this company!!l Response/reply: I spoke to a "receptionist." She put me on hold for a few minutes; when she returned to the call, she told me the "manager" told her to tell me the company doesn't service systems they did not install. Plus they are not familiar the brand of CCTV. At no time was I given the option or ever asked if I wanted a technician to go to my house to check out my system. The original installer wanted to sell me a new system as well!! The original installer said my CCTV system should be replaced if it stops working because the NVR is not serviceable. My system was warranted for 3 years; the HD in the NVR failed 2 months after the warranty expired. Response: I am simply writing (recording) what I was told by the receptionist. I told her my CCTV was giving me an error message "not recording." I asked her "...do you service CCTVs?" She said the manager said they don't service my brand of CCTV. She said the manager said,, "he is not familiar with your CCTV." ***I found the NVR brand and cameras on AM.Z.N. I simply said "OK!"

Justin was dispatched to complete the repairs, and he's been great at problem-solving. We will continue to work with Done Right Security. Especially after they showed us how a previous vendor had skipped some important safety issues. I definitely feel that our building is in a better shape than before.
