I'd been told that the phone# I gave for account look-up wasn't mine..REALLY, however hurriedly the other encounters failed to question their records... Here's the first quality of service I receive, an account professional name Kaylah O., asked me to repeat my # and voila the error was the last digit off by one#. I found they amazing because without controversy I have and still before correction unequivocally received text.‍? Go figure...THANK YOU KAYLAH..for correcting an issue that was continuously overlooked. Additionally Kaylah exhibited concern and care about my account and to ensure accuracy seeing I've been working on this for some time, she illicit the collaboration of an genuine knowledgeable, confident and professional assistant manager DJ P. He was the ultimate epitome of standout talent and quality of service all of the employees should incorporate. HE WAS the optimal in reviewing, explaining and ensuring I'm billed and charge accordingly. I really am so grateful he was there today!!! I had to do a quick stop to pick up a box for my Grandmother and it was quick and effortless. I was able to be instantly seen and they even went outside to verify my Grandmother (from her ID) since she wasn't able to walk inside. After multiple attempts and several unsuccessful hours on Xfinity's Chat Tool with online techs trying to get our account repaired after a move and transferring service to our new address, I finally stopped in to our local store to talk to someone face to face and I'm so glad I did. I wish I remembered the names of the ladies who helped me but they were in the first two desks on the right side of the door when you walk in on Tuesday, July 28th around 3pm. Help was provided from the lady at the second desk and I left the store no longer feeling frustrated and like we should be changing services. Online account would greet us with WELCOME NEW CUSTOMER even though we have had Xfinity for over a decade. All streaming services canceled. "Pending Move Order" listed in the account portal for a month making it so no services could be edited or added, and no bills could be paid. The kind woman who helped me fixed all this in less than 20 minutes and our account is back to normal. Thank you! Every time my husband or I have been in this store we have been treated kindly, our questions answered, and any issues taken care of painlessly and quickly. It's the only reason we stay with Xfinity ... if we had to only deal with the online or toll free number people we would have canceled LONG ago. read more

Horrible service from Edward the manager. Scenario: I had issues with activating Peacock Premium which was a service they included to my package for 2 years. We had issues with it for 3 hours yesterday and I was told to go to the Xfinity location nearest me and they can fix it. Fast forward I went to the location and I thought I might be able to get it fixed. The greeter was great. Edward not so much. I was trying to speak to Edward and he was rude, kept cutting me off mid sentence, and said you can cancel your subscription, I'm not giving any discounts. Ive been with the company since 1985. And at my new location for over 11 years. And this is how he treats customers. That is insane. And what's crazy is i was about to get 4 phones at this location. Awful service from associates that gaslight you along the way. My dad went in to request a change in cable boxes as the service we have been paying for includes sports but somehow was not appearing on the cable box. Upon arrival he calmly expressed his concerns and even went so far to praise and thank associates that helped him the day before. After expressing himself, a woman interjected and interrupted him to take over the conversation and confront him saying that his plan was the issue, not the cable box. Sure fine, we can live with that. What we can't live with however is paying $150/mo for all the channels we THOUGHT we were getting for our plan and yet have 2 separate associates telling us two different things -- saying we're not paying for the right plan, and another saying it's a hardware issue. My father is a respectful man and have been in the service AND works in healthcare. He's dedicated his life to serving people. The disrespect towards my father was unbelievable. They went as far as saying, "you have to respect her!" when that same associate was the one that inserted herself into a conversation she wasn't invited to. When she hardly gave any respect to my dad. Respect is not given. It's earned. The manger in this location would rather gaslight YOU rather than admit fault, and fix the issue. Get paid to turn the conversation around against you. A paying customer. Stay far away from this location. Xfinity already has awful customer service over the phone. Customer service! Waiting forever for poor service. Lots of employees doing nothing. Was told manager would speak with us "in a minute " . 15 minutes later we're told he's in the bathroom; I had seen him go into the bathroom 10 minutes before that. Maybe a manager who's not hiding out for 1/2 hour would be an improvement. read more

Xfinity was my cable provider since the Internet came out basically. I remember one time they sent us a voucher to watching a non-HD movie even though we were paying for HD. how insulting. Then, their business plan was apparently to roll you into one of their most expensive plans once your original ran out. Rather than call you or temporarily suspend your service, they just take it upon themselves to charge you almost twice as much as you originally paying. You might say that I should've been aware of that. But when you use customer service reps who don't speak English very well then that's what happens. Every time my plan ended they ended up rolling me into something way more expensive. Crooked. I literally feel as though I've been released from some sort of prison after decades of dealing with this company. read more

Horrible customer service once your discount runs out they make it impossible to renew your plans magically every call gets disconnected once I say I don't want to pay for a year up front. The was the worst experience I've ever had was at this location I came in to pay my wife past due bill so that we can get her service reinstated because we didn't realize that there was a past due bill with the box that was not returned, which resulted in over $300 bill we came in there with every intention of paying it and doing it the right way, but instead the sleazy salesman completely ignored our request to make a payment and Try to convince us that it would be better to not pay this bill let it sit in collections and sign up with a new promo for a new customer, which is completely ridiculous. This is very unethical and I don't understand how you salesman get by doing this, the manager wasted our time told us that there was nothing he can do when he realized that he couldn't get a sale out of me was hoping for a better experience in store but now why the rating is low. And then he tried to push us on the cell phone service. Yeah this place was a dud. You're better off going to the AT&T corporate store next-door. read more

The STORE on admiral Callaghan has THE MOST NICEST UNDERSTANDING PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE/Manager....however the customer service line(not direct line to store) is the most unprofessional shii I've ever experienced. I literally bought a Xfinity hotspot(w/ 2 device connections allowed) and was able to log in on one device and not the other(not knowing at the time my tablet was just outdated) however UPON CALLING the customer service line to figure out what's going on THE JACKASS I hate to say it but he had a middle eastern accent....hung up on me when I was trying to explain my situation and it's not even the fact he hung up on me I told him I bought an Xfinity hotspot and was able to log in on 1 device the FIRST thing his stupid ass says is "WHO TOLD YOU TO BUY THAT"? With attitude, FIRST BRO WHAT?!!! FOOL YOU DUMB FOOL we can check if Xfinity has coverage in OUR AREA DUMBASS that's why I bought the hotspot... I DONT HAVE TO BE TOLD WHAT TO BUY nor WHEN I BUY IT ONTOP OF THAT.....like what? I had to take a long pause for that one to NOT CURSE HIM TF OUTThen upon me explaining I was already able to login like 50 times(for some reason his brain was shallow) he started getting smart and I said "I'm sorry but you are working in customer service if you don't have customer service skills or patience to understand information you shouldn't be dealing with customers" PERIOD point blank I guess that pissed him off because he said "THIS is not customer service" and hung up after I said "YOURE SERVING CUSTOMERS SO YOU ARE STILL WORKING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE" didn't even finish my sentence before he hung up....FUCKING IDIOTS....THEN HE WAS GIVING ME THE WRONG INFORMATION ANYWAYS DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT LAWDD‍I was explaining what HE said to my new rep and HE was pretty much like "what?, yea not true" dios mío....afterwards I just decided to get the WiFi box for my house the new rep talked me into it lol....Why I don't know....worst decision again...THEY GOOD AT THEY SALES JOB for sure....went and picked the device up SAME DAY got home and realized whoever my mom had "jimmy rig"(set it up w/o knowing what you doing fr) her TV used EVERY SINGLE CABLE CONNECTOR WE HAVE AND WE HAVE FIVE like what WAS HE DOINGbut I had to return the device the exact next day because no cable connectors....MAAANNNN IVE NEVER DEALT WITH SO MUCH BACK AND FORRTHHHHHH OMGGGG....returned the device didn't even plug it in...they still tried to charge me for it after speaking to customer service AGAIN MULTIPLE TIMES....they finally or SO I THOUGHT closed my account....I KEPT GETTING SHIPPING UPDATES TOO...I told them...they said no don't worry no device will ship I'm like why do I keep getting emails then....THEY SHIPPED ME AN EXTRA DEVICE LIKE WTFFF...so I HAD TO GO BACK AND RETURN THAT ONE TOOO‍BECAUSE WHY DID YALL GIVE ME TWO DEVICES‍....they still have confusion and it's is now January and I'm seeing a balance owed in my account still....IM NOT GIVING YALL TEN CENT...to hell with themTHE AMOUNT OF BACK AND FORTH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ATP I NEED A QUARTER FOR EVERY-TIME I HAD TO CALL OR VISIT THE STORE.. I have had Xfinity mobile service or several years , my phone are paid off and I have insurance however I am not getting the service to replace or repair my phone . The phone is turning off and will remain off for unknown reasons, the battery is draining drastically. A phone is a life line and this is my daughter's only life line as she is away at school. After waiting well over 24 hours I never received a response to the claim but received a text that my case was closed . My daughter's phone is still not working and I am getting the run around from the customer service at Xfinity. Not to mention how hard it it to get a live person on the phone . The IVR is a joke and does everything possible to keep you from getting a live person . As a customer who purchased a phone from Xfinity and has insurance there is no reason anyone should be without a lifeline like a phone, especially a young woman that is a minor . read more

Moved to a different location, service for wifi and TV set up promptly. Immediately, TV programming begins with intermittent service, starts and stops abruptly, plays for seconds, then turns to black screen, no messages, only skipping service. Attempts to rectify situation by contacting xfinity only produce frustration as client is not allowed to speak with a tech, instead some uneducated AI chatbot walks client through useless exercises that do nothing to alleviate problems. Xfinity just removed the Bay Area Sports Channel (Warriors) from my service and told me I had to upgrade at an increased monthly cost to get it back. I've had BASC for years and now, suddenly, without notice, they've taken it away. I'll be canceling my service. read more

We just switched over to Xfinity tonight work with Orlando. His customer service was amazing above a 10. He was very patient with us and provided lots of information to make transition smooth. He had amazing customer service not only with us but with others. I witnessed the whole team that working tonight provided good customer service to our community. The way they interact with our community was amazing and I for sure will let my family and friends know to come to Xfinity. I can honestly say the team that works tonight are amazing. Wish I could give negative stars! No need to mention how INSANE their prices are, you'd think with those prices there would be better customer service but that's not the case one bit. Terrible customer service and straight up robbery for their services! Was sold a package that didn't even exist to wake up to no service. I have been going back and forth with Xfinity. Employees couldn't explain how to resolve the billing issue. Somehow I was put on auto pay. I went to the office because there wasn't a live person that could help me. They attempted many times to bill causing my account to be over drafted several times. I went back and forth offering to pay. I paid money and my service wasn't restored. I canceled service December 3rd and they continued to still bill the account. Since I only have payment monthly I couldn't restore my service. It's 3 months and all xfinity wants is the money that didn't clear after my service was canceled.
