We decided on an ExPel windshield film to protect My BMW convertible's expensive windshield from the many rocks and debris encountered commuting via the I-80 freeway. At the end of its journey and its time for replacement, the film when removed revealed that it had been pretty well beaten. There was only one tiny "star" near the cowl on the windshield. The ExPel had done its job! Under the ExPel film was a $2000 OEM windshield. Protecting the windshield with the Ultra Protective Film from Brian and crew was a WISE choice!

I'm so busy during the day so text communication was a must. UPF's commitment to customer service was big plus for me. Also if you ware looking for debt repair they do that too. Robert was incredibly helpful, taking the time to listen to all of our concerns. You can tell right away that Robert is someone you can completely trust in your home. Even though he didn't have our exact tint in stock, he still came out to install a temporary tint so we wouldn't have to wait--at no extra cost. A week later, he returned to swap it out for the correct one, and it turned out absolutely beautiful! Even after the tint was installed, he followed up with us a few days later to ensure there were no issues which we greatly appreciated. To top it all off, Robert came out on two separate Sundays, working around our schedule and crazy kids--and the second visit was actually his birthday! He never tried to upsell us or tack on hidden weekend fees. If you are on the fence, please give him a chance. Finding a business this honest, hardworking, and high-quality is rare. You won't regret it! Thank you so much, Robert!
