    Nothing is free. I guess I should have known better so I'm just going to blame myself. I will warn others if you have any kind of return it has to go in a box. If you have no box it will cost $8 great . Luckily I had a box. I asked for tape for my box another $8 so at that point I told the guy I'd come back because I'd be spending more money trying to return the item. A very nice lady came out and offered me to use her tape because like me she too thinks it's ridiculous. We still have kind ppl in this world. There is hope!. Thank you to the sweet lady who gave me a few pieces of tape and helped me tape up my box. By the way returning with Amazon at Kohl's is so much easier and convenient, they will print out the label and do the packaging for you !! Amazon/kohls W UPS L big big L lol Also all return packages are sitting in the lobby with easy access with one person behind the counter. It's so easy for an employee to be distracted with many customers for someone to walk in and grab a box and go. It would be much secure to put the packages behind the counter. At Kohl's they scan your label. So even if the packages are not secured at least you know the return has been scanned and accounted for .. Again big big L for ups store.

    They where the greatest help. They help many times have been at there building. One of the staff helped me with several of my packages.

    Horrible customer services. They don't always honor Amazon return policy and ask customers to buy boxes and other shipping items.

When the staff member behind the counter realized I had a pre-paid package, she pointed me to the machine I was next to. And told me of the process to check in my package. Once that was done I dropped off the box woth her and was out. Overall: Staff was friendly and helpful, and my package returned setup was quick and easy.

    It's been a few years since I needed FedEx again. But recently, I finally made the decision to go…read morethrough a company that could actually transform all of the 8mm tapes of varying footage, (that we found stored in a box), left over from my dad's old movie camera days! Tapes we haven't seen in lifetimes past! FedEx was the trusted shipping company that carefully took our cherished family memories for safe transporting. "iMemories" furnished the sturdy box with packing materials, along with the preprinted/prepaid label. Honestly, I felt a little nervous sending our family memories out with fears of never seeing them again. But my anxiety quickly diminished the minute I walked through the door of this FedEx Print & Ship Center. I was greeted right away, as the nice woman who helped me, knew all the steps involved with bringing in a ready to ship box. I only had to spend a few minutes total checking in and getting my receipt. As I left the store, I no longer had those thoughts of "what if" the package gets damaged or lost forever. I wish I could stop having those feelings of doom and gloom, but I guess that's me! Anyway, after several days of wondering, I was informed that my package arrived safely to its destination! Now I look forward to the next step in the process of converting all those family memories into viewable media! But back to business. This store is conveniently located near my home. If you need to make copies, mail packages or purchase mailing supplies, it's reassuring to know that this FedEx store is available when you need those services!

    Poor Service, Miscommunication, and Zero Accountability…read more My Situation: On October 2, 2025, I visited this UPS Store to ship a set of important documents to Mexico. I asked for overnight delivery, was quoted about $93, and understood it might take a couple of days due to international shipping. My goal was simple: get these documents to a hotel in Mexico as quickly as possible so the recipients, who were traveling, could receive them before checking out. Once I got home, I noticed the receipt showed an estimated delivery date of October 8, not overnight. I called the store immediately (as my screenshots show) and was told overnight service to Mexico doesn't exist, and that the printed date was correct. My recipients extended their hotel stay to wait for the package. * By October 7, tracking still showed delivery for the 8th. * By October 17, the package still hadn't arrived. Tracking then claimed the hotel room number was incorrect which made sense, because the recipients had already checked out after waiting longer than planned. * Later the tracking message changed to "address information required," even though I provided the hotel's business card directly to the store clerk when I shipped it. At this point, all I hoped for was the package being returned to me. On November 17, I called the store and spoke with the manager, Cindy, to request a refund since the package never arrived on the date printed on my receipt. Instead of helping, Cindy was agitated, condescending, and dismissive. She questioned me multiple times with, "What does address required mean to you?" and blamed me for the issue, saying I should have checked the address myself -- even though I handed them the hotel's business card and watched the clerk enter the information. I calmly tried to explain, but Cindy insisted her employees would "never" do that. When I asked her to stop yelling at me and told her I would leave a review and contact the BBB, she hung up on me. Not once was I offered a refund, a partial refund, or even basic respect. This situation was mishandled from start to finish miscommunication, zero accountability, and outright disrespect from management. I would never trust this location with important documents again. I often ship to Mexico but decided I'd go UPS this time. You might get lucky here but I definitely won't be taking that chance again.

I've utilized this store for Amazon returns once before…read moreand the dark-haired lady (I assume some form of manager) had a poor attitude/demeanor then and had the same attitude today. Except that it was with her own employee. He mentioned he was new but was able to display the best customer service skill under pressure. Meanwhile, this manager is shouting out directions and correcting him in front of customers. This is not how you do business or treat your own people.
