I come here sometimes for projects that I don't know how to do at home. They are always very nice and greet you when walking in. My spot is the Service center. The guys working there are always super patient with me and help me with what I need. They give me the tips and advice for the best outcome. Once I printed a 5x7 black and white picture that I needed and this last time sone sheets of stickers for some mugs I was gifting with my own logo and colors. The jobs are usually done the next day they send you a notification and you go pick up. I paid when I picked up. Very easy and efficient method. Most convenient place to get print service! Ever since my printer broke, I've been coming to this Staples location to get any prints I need. I can't tell you how many times this spot has saved me in college. Recently just came by to bring some images for my 2026 vision board! Easy, fast, and convenient. All you have to do is send your documents over to their print service email which you can find on their website. They'll email you back a code, you punch it in, and pay for the service. That's it. We've had our Christmas cards printed at Staples for the past two years. Their online portal makes it easy to create and edit holiday cards or other print jobs. Their prices are always competitive, fair, and their turnaround times are fantastic. We've used Shutterfly several times in the past, and they do a great job, but we've encountered a few inconvenient shipping delays. Parking is easy to find in their large parking lot. They carry everything from computers to furniture to office supplies, shipping supplies, and snacks and beverages. Our daughters love scoping out their clearance section in the back of the store and you'll occasionally find some spectacular deals. You can also drop off and ship UPS packages here. Customer service is always pretty solid and most of their employees are friendly and polite. Some are lacking a bit knowledge wise, but that's to be expected- welcome to retail in 2025! Their rewards program is great and you can recycle old electronics or printer cartridges here. They offer some sort of program for teachers as well; I'm not very familiar with it, but one of my daughter's teacher's participates in it. I won't hesitate to go in next time I'm in the market for one of their items. Worst Customer Service Experience I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. Before heading to the store, I called to confirm whether passport photo services were available. The person I spoke with on the phone confirmed that the service was indeed available. However, upon arriving at the store, a staff member directed me to the back area and told me someone would come assist me shortly. While I was waiting, that same staff member returned and informed me that the ink was "down" and that they would not be able to provide the service. I explained that I had just called beforehand specifically to confirm availability, and questioned why no one mentioned that their equipment was not functioning. As I was leaving, another employee behind the register told me to come back the next day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM because they were short-staffed and the "TSA person" was no longer there. This was confusing and frustrating, as it contradicted the earlier explanation about the ink being down. When I asked why this information was not communicated during my phone call, the employee became visibly irritated and raised his voice, stating that they were short-staffed, that no one could assist me, and that I should simply return between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The lack of clear communication, conflicting explanations, and unprofessional behavior from staff made this an extremely frustrating experience. I went to this Staples on Friday to make an Amazon and Happy Returns. The staff member helping me was inattentive and kept going back and forth between me and another customer, to the point where I had to ask him to please finalize my return and give me my receipt. While there, my young daughter needed to use the restroom. There are two single-stall restrooms, but one was locked. The employee directed me to the other one, and I was absolutely shocked by what I saw. The restroom was filthy--the floor was disgusting, and there were even feces smeared on the toilet seat. I immediately told the staff member about the condition and asked if my daughter could use the other restroom instead. He said it was unavailable to customers. I then asked if there was any other option, and he flatly said no--even after I explained the situation and the unsanitary state of the restroom. This is absolutely unacceptable. A store that provides such filthy, unsanitary facilities to customers--especially families with children--should be ashamed. I walked out immediately and will not be returning. Staples should be embarrassed to treat its customers this way. read more

I love using Staples for some of my print services. The online ordering and customization process is simple. Then you can either pick it up in store or have the items delivered depending on what you order. The staff is always helpful and very nice. If something doesn't look right or needs updating they call with their suggestions and are very efficient. My orders haven't been late, they're usually done sooner than what's requested. Oh boy, how things have changed everywhere and Staples is no exception. I used to frequent this store but had not in a while and a lot of self serve options have been put in place, whereas I really like one one assistance. I was confused, and it was quite busy, however a young man named Chris (print copy section) was absolutely the most helpful person and took time to come over to assist me every step of the way. He did not make me feel bad or rushed. To be honest, he was helping multiple people at once, which was very much appreciated, but he never let up on directing his attention toward me and assisting me. Paper supplies are consistently low. Resume paper - the higher end 24lb paper - and watermarked paper are understocked. Often times the boxes have been opened and the paper count is under the listed number of sheets due to theft. There is also an issue with multiple boxes of any particular color (ivory, linen, etc) being unavailable. Staff will order for you to pick up but don't need anything quickly/same day because you will be consistently disappointed. read more

went there yesterday for the first time. asked how to have documents printed. was told to email file to them. was there for a while. four other people came and were helped. was obviously having a hard time with some difficulty. the lady I asked initially gave assistance to other people. looked around for assistance but no one was available. poor service. nobody even bothered to ask me if I need any help. think an hour or more has passed and that is when I noticed a male staff closing the doors. First I called to confirm they could print out a custom sticker/label for me. I was told yes and to come in. Drove 15 minutes out of my way after work to come in with custom artwork to be printed on a label or sticker. Initially the women at the counter said "they don't do custom labels". I then pulled up their site where it said labels/decals and sticker customizations. Suddenly they could print labels after I pulled this up? After I pulled this up I brought up the custom artwork that was 100% original art. Because my art depicted a picture of Mario they would not print it even though if it's for personal use and not business. I just needed one single sticker 3 inches by 3 inches. ‍ The lady seemed a little stressed and it came across as rude, not going to lie. 3 stars instead of 1 because the gentlemen who rang me up suggested some other options for printing. read more

We stopped in yesterday for the minter sized post it notes that you can adhere to a wall. We found some on the end cap but it wasn't exactly what I had in mind. Out of nowhere pops up a friendly voice asking if we needed some assistance. Usually I decline but the combination of needing a bit of an assist combined with the kind voice from the masked up young man made it a go for me. Adrian was absolutely friendly and so helpful. He helped us not only find just the right item but scanned the prices along the way to check the price in the event any were marked down. After finding just the right item he took the bulky item from the display to hand it over. He noticed there were a few bent edges and proceeded to pull several more off the shelf to grab one that was in excellent shape. We ended up going with the house brand and while it was a little more pricey than I expected it was just what was needed. I'll be sure to come straight to this location in the future for my office supply needs. Big shout out to Adrian. On the way out I saw the manager and Adrian in close proximity and chimed in with kudos for having such a great employee. We picked up a few more items taking advantage of the abundance of well priced back to school items. One of the employees was able to get me more legal sized paper since I took the last one on the shelf. I went in to purchase their clearance cottonelle toilet paper. As I was walking up, Indian associate lady came up and asked if I had coupons. I said yes, then she asked to see them because she said they don't accept copies. Then asked if they're all different or the same and I told her it was all different. After she saw them to make sure they weren't "copies" w/ different upc codes, she said they don't accept. Seriously lady? They're manufactured coupons and after you physically saw and validated they were legit you say you guys don't accept? Such bullshit. What a waste of time and gas. A few of my friends got this deal and that's why I went! On their website it says they accept coupons and nowhere does it say on non clearance items. She was literally arguing with me instead of checking with anybody or scan them. FYI: Manufacturers coupons are sent to the manufacture so the store itself doesn't lose ANY money so I don't know what her problem is! This review is for the IdentoGO TSA Precheck inside this Staples location. Had an appointment, was in and out in 7 minutes. That was the best part. The guy working the booth had the demeanor of a regular person trying to impersonate the stereotypical DMV employee. Not friendly. Not clear in instructions. Thank god I did my application online. Come here if you have to, but don't expect even a drop of human warmth. I didn't shop the Staples store itself, but the two employees I encountered were much friendlier and kind.
