OKAY so let me start by saying we are a family owned business (all members of family work for the business) and we decided to take a trip to Sacramento for Thanksgiving with extended family. Back home we placed an order for some vehicle decal to be ready for pick up at 12 by one of our employees. About 2 o'clock the employee calls us to tell us he did NOT get the decal (the store closed early today- 1pm) We panicked. My mom began searching for a Sign company near us and found Fast Signs! I am absolutely amazed at the customer service. Victoria and Larry were so thorough and caring. They worked very hard to get my sign done. Victoria called to follow up at least 3 times. Larry sent me an email with a draft of the design and then called me as soon as he sent the design to insure I received the email. I was supposed to pick up the sign today but I am so sick and Victoria called after closing to make sure that I wasn't on my way, because if I was, she was going to make sure that someone was at the store to give me the sign.
