I've been coming here for the longest time and the service has always been top notch. Every time I'm here, someone ask me at least once if I need help with anything. One employee spent a few minutes to guide me on how to work the scanner and printer and showed me step by step how to print out documents from my phone. I learned it one time and now I'm an expert at it. It's very easy for me now. I just send an email to their email and after a few minutes I get a code to print it out on their printer. Prices are fair. They charge ahead in increments of five and you only pay what you print out. I do what I need to do and walk out without being bothered. This place is convenient and service is great. I made a phone call once to ask a question about scanning and I felt very comfortable walking in without knowing anything because the employee says they are willing to show me how to do everything. That's very nice and considerate of them. I hope they stay in the neighborhood for those who don't have a printer at home. I eventually learned that I can now scan documents on my phone but I appreciate that they have printers available when I can't replace my printer just yet.

The spots are really tight and I don't really like the spacing since there isn't much room to get out of your car or in case of scratches from the other vehicles. It was pretty empty when I arrived and no line. I was dropping off a prepaid package for a return of one of the vendors I use. It seemed the clerk took longer to print me up a receipt than the other clerk. While I was waiting another customer was dropping off a package to ship and they were done in a minute. Oh well as long as my shipment arrives on time it doesn't matter. Due to weather my shipment was delayed for quit some time. Yuck

You would just scan your QR code and follow the prompt to pick up a clear bag to put your item into. Then it prints out a sticker for you to seal off the clear bag. You can get confirmation sent to you via multiple ways. They are also a Happy Returns center, but you can't use that self-serve kiosk, and would have to complete it with a staff member. She asked me to patiently wait. She finally helped me and she was patient with me as well. It wasn't so bad. I was surprised the cost of Live Scan these days. Last time I had to do it was maybe in 2013. Today in 2026 it's significantly gone up. It's not UPS fault. The economy and the price to roll your prints and to send to the government are separate fees. It's best to go on their less crazy days. But the woman who did my live scan was extremely nice. We had everything from banners, placards, photographs, posters, service programs, and so much more that needed to be printed and prepared. Because we relied heavily on AI to help create some of our materials, we unfortunately ran into quite a few discrepancies and formatting issues. We were printing multiple versions of documents, trying to correct arrows, spacing, wording, and other little details--and it became a much bigger process than we ever anticipated. Scott was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient, kind, understanding, professional, and genuinely caring. He knew exactly what I was looking for when describing what image I wanted to portray with the polos. He couldn't promised me it would be done but it got done! He ordered the shirts I needed and it was all done before end of the day Thursday. We communicated via text the rest of the time which made it easy.
