Louis was a pleasure to work with. I walked into what looked like a massive production line, which was neat to see the behind the scenes work! The shop is in an industrial area. Was greeted by Louis. I asked if I can get some polo embroidered by Thursday which was only 2 days out, granted I only needed 6. I felt bad for adding in the rush order but he was cool about it. He showed me the different color golds he had and was patient even though I just added more work on top of load. He had a few samples shirts that I was able to look through. He knew exactly what I was looking for when describing what image I wanted to portray with the polos. He couldn't promised me it would be done but it got done! He ordered the shirts I needed and it was all done before end of the day Thursday. We communicated via text the rest of the time which made it easy. Emailed me my invoice which was easy to follow along to pay for my deposit and the remaining balance. So here's the scoop. In the past, I've ordered custom tees from large companies online like Discount Mugs. With that, I encounter random fees, outrageous shipping costs, and risk the chance of my design not being exactly how I want it. On top of that, I have to wait months before my order is delivered. This time around, I decided to order locally because we needed shirts for a football clinic that was two weeks away. Print Works went above and beyond to get the job done! Our order was tricky because our logo has a unwanted white trim when converted to a transparent file. Because of the way the logo converts, we thought we were going to be forced to get white shirts (which happened to be the one color we didn't want!). Louis at Print Works surprised us by revising our logo to compliment the grey shirts. He ended up adding this grainy faded feature and it really made the logo pop!! Mind you, we didn't ask for this. We were going to settle for what we thought could be done, BUT - because Louis genuinely cares about producing the best quality for his clients, he made these revisions on his own. And we couldn't be happier with the finished product! We ordered dri-fits for the coaches at our football clinic, and got sweatshirts & tshirts too! Everything looks soooooo good! Our clinic was last weekend and we got so many compliments on our branded clothing. People were even asking if they could buy shirts/sweatshirts lol. I kid you not, I even heard a random women tell her friend "that's a really cool sweatshirt" as I walked out of a restaurant on Sunday. All in all, if you need some custom clothing done, you should definitely order from Print Works Apparel. Before them, I was use to sacrificing quality for affordable pricing, not to mention waiting months before my order was delivered.
