Instead, I got the impression that helping me wasn't really a priority. I was actually told it might be better to come back another time once I had everything figured out, even though that's exactly why I came in: for advice and assistance. While I was there, I was emailed some links and told to simply reply back for pricing. I did exactly that and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within a day or two. Unfortunately, that response never came. No follow-up, no phone call, no email, just complete radio silence. When we met, I was reassured I had plenty of time to place the order, but because no one ever responded, I ended up scrambling at the last minute and had to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to keep my business local. A simple response even to say you couldn't take on the job would have been appreciated. Instead, the lack of communication cost you a customer, and unfortunately, future orders as well.

There were several elements to our signage and we're a high end furniture company so looks are extremely important. They came out within a couple of days to get started. We had some issues matching the building paint and even though this wasn't part of the scope, they handled it. They went and bought the paint and painted the building and then added the building signage. They also did some window decals and a monument type street sign. I highly recommend them. I ordered three mens shirts with our logo They gave us one mans shirt and two ladies. One thick heavy cotton manly shirt that would hold up to a night of swashbuckling and the other two were see-thru delicate ladies shirts that would barely hold up for the first round of a wet t shirt contest.. Finally got it corrected - they charged 71.54 for the two shirts. Since then I have found local company that does the same for 7 bucks ... anyway. We rec'd a refund but it was short the 71.54 that they re-charged for the two correct shirts. They charged us twice. I brought the error to their attention and they finally sent a refund. The check was made out to the wrong person. lol. I even emailed them specifically who to make the check out to. . .. . So the refund process wasn't too bad. The shirts looked awesome!!!!! But dang it ... I just washed one of them for the 5th time and the label is already falling off and the logo is starting to crack up. Just saying. Great location - nice shoppe :). I would gladly use them again but they are just a little too expensive. Colon (owner) was very friendly. Diana (bless her heart) tried to create a logo for me but couldn't quite come up with one that looked good. A for effort!!!! read more

I worked with them through my job, and they are absolutely legitimate. We were placing a fairly large order and spending a significant amount of money, so it was important for us to find a company that could deliver exactly what we needed. After reaching out to multiple places, they were the only ones able to do precisely what we were looking for. Once everything was finalized, the process itself was quick and smooth, and the final product turned out great. We were happy with the end result. The only downside was communication. The staff member we worked with was very kind and sweet, but it was often difficult to get timely responses. We had to follow up multiple times, and there were instances where calls or updates did not happen as expected. Given the size of the order and investment, we were hoping for more consistent communication throughout the process. That said, we stayed with them because they were the only place that could meet our specific needs. With stronger follow through and communication, the experience would have been excellent overall. read more

Customer service is horrible especially if your a small business and just need less then their minimum they have all kinds of extra charges for not ordering their minimum when they greet you at the door it's as if you're bothering them they are greedy money hungry people all these other reviews must be people they know or must be the people at the shop there self because I've been there and it's horrible never ever ever ever ever ever ever would I go there for business, I have had bad customer service before at all kinds of different establishment and never have I wrote a review but this place are just a bunch of money hungry greedy Unpleasant unprofessional people read more

Although the folks that work here are very friendly. I could not seem to get my shirts done no matter how hard I tried. The first time I came in there, my sales rep was helping me with the logo and artwork that I needed on my shirt. He said he just needed to send it off and about 24 hours to get it back. I told him I would like to get the shirts done quickly because we had some online videos to create for our company. He said that wouldn't be a problem. After that he seemed more interested in selling me his custom-made t-shirts then making me the ones that I came there for. I have to admit his custom work is good and I did buy some t-shirts, but I never ended up with the polo shirts that I needed from there. After purchasing the t-shirts I left. The next day I called, I was told my rep was out and he would call me back later that day. No call. I called, I emailed, I called and called again. I kept getting the same response, that I would get a return call back and be helped by my sales rep. Finally a week I said that I would like to deal with a manager because my sales rep was more interested in selling his own T-shirts that helping me. I told them I asked to have the work done quickly and they seem to be dragging their feet. I was told a manager would call me back later that day. Guess what? No call from anyone, ever. Like I said they are nice guys but not really interested in helping their customers get their orders completed.
