The custom shirts were decent, but the communication and follow-through were very disappointing. They told me the logo I submitted wasn't suitable and charged me an additional fee for logo work, with the promise that I would receive the digital file. I paid, but never received the logo file. Despite calling and texting multiple times to follow up, it still hasn't been sent. I shouldn't have to repeatedly chase a company for something I paid for and was promised. While the shirts themselves were satisfactory, this experience would keep me from using their services again. read more

1 STAR - I wish I could leave zero. I really tried to support a local business instead of going with Amazon or an online shop. Big mistake. I started my order with Print Bros on February 20th--one simple screen print and one embroidery sample to test their quality. What followed was nothing short of a nightmare. Over a week with no reply to multiple emails. Phone calls and texts ignored. I had to go into their shop just to get any sort of update--and even then, it was more excuses than answers. The price I was quoted by email was suddenly different in person, with no clear explanation. Bait and switch? Sure feels like it. I walked in hoping to build a long-term relationship with a local print shop. Instead, I found a business that lacks basic professionalism, communication, and respect for their customers' time. If they can't handle one small test order, how are they managing larger jobs? They blamed everything and everyone--except themselves. At one point, it was the "machine shop's fault". Another time, it was "just how it goes". No accountability. No urgency. Just excuses. Unacceptable. Print Bros, I wanted to believe in you. There's potential there, but potential doesn't deliver products or return calls. I gave you a shot. You lost the sale--and any future business. Shop local? I tried. Next time, I'll go online. Needed 16 shirts made last minute for a fundraiser walk. Contacted these guys and received a quick response! We had our own logo made and sent it over. We had the option to bring in our own shirts or use theirs and we decided to use theirs for the sake of time. They had the shirts made within 3-4 days! Throughout the process they were responsive and very helpful with any and all questions. They're located in South Sacramento and are easy to find. In store they offer, shirts, sweaters, work wear like construction vests, and hats. They can also print business cards, stickers and large banners. They do have youth and 3XL in shirts with an additional cost. I do believe they are reasonably priced and offer great customer service. Will definitely come back if I need services again! read more

I had to get our business name last minute embroidery on our aprons. They were able to do it last minute for me with an extra cost of course. Everything came out to around $60 for two embroidered aprons with the rush fee. It was on the pricey end in my personal opinion but every business is different. I have a small-medium sized shirt business going, and recently had been using an out-of-area print shop for my DTF Transfers. But literally HALF the time, that big name company was messing up my orders. And then when I needed it to be fixed, it was at least a few more days. I just couldn't sustain that, so I decided to look for a Sacramento based business, and found Custom Print Bros. Their reviews and website looked great, so I gave them a chance. I had some problems on my end with my browser being ancient, so I had to call a couple times to check in, and they were always helpful. Customer service to me is a BIG DEAL. And get this, that very first order they got printed super duper fast. I made the drive to town to just pick it up THAT DAY!! Second order, I did something kinda funky on my end again, but they just handled it, explained what they did to fix it, and all was well. But later, I thought they missed a couple of the prints, and asked if they could just throw them in with my next order. He nicely reminded me that he had explained that the reprints were already in the previous order, but said not a problem at all, well just print a couple extras for free so you've got them. Now, listen, I have worked for Nordstrom for years,who trained me to be a top tier customer service rep. And frankly, it's a dying art. But the guys at Custom Print Bros are seriously doing a lot of things RIGHT. They had every right to argue with me and tell me I was mistaken, but they didn't. They just handled it, and made this customer really happy and thoroughly impressed. As long as their people keep up such great customer service, I will remain a huge fan and a customer. I went to the Florin Rd location to have a t-shirt made from a picture I took on my phone. I was greeted and helped right away by Lolo. He was really helpful, answered my million questions and was also helping me design the shirt, giving me tips, options, etc. Luckily they have a large variety of clothing to ourchase there because I didn'tvbring anything with me. You have the opportunity to buy a "practice shirt" even though they send you a final view of your item before printing. Moses was texting me back and forth to make sure I was happy before final print. He was able to change a few things I wanted. They met and surpassed all my expectations! Being from the South area, I attempt to support businesses that I find in the search engine. I found this one, went in with two sentimental gifts, and chose to patronize them. The young man who greeted me was pleasant. He answered my questions and I inquired about a birthday t-shirt that I was considering. The turnaround time for my order was a week. That was fine. I chose to get two hats personalized. The positive, and perhaps could be a negative, is that the large job was the same as the twelve letter job. Still, I was there and decided to take a chance. I needed to change the coloring and was able to call a few days later. That was a positive. I received a text when it was ready. When I was able to pick up my order, there wasn't a notification to alert all employees that my order was paid in full. The representative didn't believe me when I informed him of my payment. I think the standard is to pay before the order begins, but I'm unsure. As I examined the finished product, I repeated that my order was paid and he put his finger up to quiet me. With that gesture, I didn't retrieve my receipt and kept looking at my caps. The order receipt needs to say, "paid in full," so that all employees are aware when the order is picked up. After he received proof from his call, I brought up the concerns and how Coach Love doesn't look centered to the cap. I was told that the machine centers the order and does the lettering. Well, it's done. Can anyone else see what I was attempting to explain? The gift was well received. My Grandpa was surprised and happy. He'll see my cap tomorrow when I wear it. I didn't tell him that I got myself one. I'm a proud granddaughter of a Vet, and I can finally show it. read more
