Horrible service and I think he was Mexican but he looked kind of Indian and ways he was wayyy to friendly at first acting like he really be getting work done. He told us to come back in 15 mins yet it took him a whole 2-3 hours later. Got to the mall around 10ish didn't get our items till one. And had the nerve to make it seem like I was stressing him out cause he didn't do the job in the time he stated. This was for the Chris brown concert in Oakland ca we was supposed to be gone from Sacramento well before. Which I explained to dude. Then he tried saying he didn't say 15 mins so yess I had to let him know about his lying self and that I was very much upset of the set back. Even then he threatened to call security on me which I told him I have two F word cause he Guaranteed a service for a certain time and didn't come through. I asked him to call his manager which never happened. I should have been wrote this review. Don't waste your time and also they charge $$ for print paper which is added to the cost of tshirts just too expensive for what we wanted. And one of the shirts had a spot or something when he pressed it. It just looked rushed. I posted the shirt that looked better just so can see what was supposed to be made. Also the shirts wasn't great quality the neck area was stretched out. I would advise to go to a smaller print person not in the mall and or do it yourself. DONT GO HERE. read more

I went to this location because the other ones I went to they were trying to persuade me to buy 12 shirts minimum purchase. I only needed 2 printed shirts!! This location is amazing!!! Highly recommend it! The owner is chill, kind and gives you all your options whether it's purchasing or customizing your own shirts! I ordered 2 shirts for my girlfriend and I to match when we go to Universal Studios next month. They came out amazing!! Better than expected . The 2 shirts were finished in about 1hr or less! That's some pretty fast service! This place is located in the Arden Mall on the second floor. This place saved me from having to purchase from the other location's 12 shirt minimum . So glad I found this place, a definitely may come back for more shirts in the future. read more

The owner/employee was extremely polite. A really nice guy overall but the quality of the product is horrible. First off: The shirts, sweaters etc. displayed are NOT the style in which this company can create. The owner himself said that all the designs on the shirts, sweaters etc on display were made at a factory and that he himself cannot create those same style designs........Then why have them displayed? (FALSE ADVERTISEMENT) Secondly: The prices are way to expensive. $40 for a kids tee shirt? Really? And for text is an additional $10 WOW! Third: The owner did not know how to use editing programs. I asked for a simple design in which we found one. I asked if he could darken the blue, in which he said he could. He took the image as a whole instead on cropping or selecting just the blue and darkened it. Darkened it to the point it distorted the image. The red was burgundy! The white was grey! The yellow was orange!So I decided to create/edit the image on my own. I edited the image on my tablet and email it to him, which took about 10 minutes. The time wasn't the issue, it was doing somebody else's job that bugged me the most. It was like going to a restaurant and having to cook your own steak medium rare because the chef only knew how to cook it well done. Once i sent him the image he was having a difficult time removing the background. No background was actually sent with the image so I was confused. I used a vector creation tool in which it leaves the background image blank (NOT WHITE). I asked him if he needed anymore assistance and he asked if I could send it to him in another format. So I had to pull my tablet out again and resend him the image in another format. NOW THIS REVERTS TO THE SECOND ISSUE Let down #1 Being the kids shirt cost about $4-5 you'd expect to have really great quality printing for $40 but sadly that was not the issue. He pulled out a pack of IRON-ON PAPER which you can buy at WalMart for 5 bucks and began to print out the image. Let down #2 After the print, he pulled out some scissors and began to cut out the image on his own. Instead of cutting around the letters he cut it out AS A WHOLE and said the letters were going to be printed with a white background (ON A RED SHIRT) because he wasn't going to cut the letters out. Thats when I asked "Then how did you do the shirts displayed?" He responded by saying it was done at some factory and he could not do those style printing. He said the only was he can do what I wanted was to print the image by itself the print the word separately which was an additional $10. I HAD TO PULL OUT MY TABLET AGAIN cause he couldn't edit it himself and send him the image without the word. He reprinted the image put it on the shirt. He grabbed scrap pieces of vinyl and printed out the word ($10?) All in all the overall experience was BAD. The printing was bad! Quality bad! Im extremely disappointed to of paid $50 for that shirt but with my sons birthday the next day I was left with no option. As a parting gift he said; "If anything falls off or peels in the next couple days bring it back and Ill put it back on" VERY COMFORTING! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL! read more

Horrible!!!! I went to get my company logo designed on a shirt. the placement of my logo on the back of the shirt is covered by the hoodie then the logo on the front of the shirt is placed on the far shoulder making really difficult to see. When I went back to let them know the placement was bad they refused to give me a reasonable discount and wanted to get me to pay for another shirt with a better placement. DEFINITELY NEVER GOING BACK!!, horrible customer service, do not recommend. read more
