I will normally send Jon an email letting him know what our needs are and I have a response from him with a quote within the hour! All of our stuff is ready in a timely manner and we have never had any issues with any of the embroidery. My shirts are now over 2 years old and though the colors have faded from the shirts due to the frequent washing, the embroidered logos still looks brand new. Jon makes sure to keep us in the loop about new products such as water bottles and other things you wouldn't think to order from an embroidery place. Although the folks that work here are very friendly. I could not seem to get my shirts done no matter how hard I tried. The first time I came in there, my sales rep was helping me with the logo and artwork that I needed on my shirt. He said he just needed to send it off and about 24 hours to get it back. I told him I would like to get the shirts done quickly because we had some online videos to create for our company. He said that wouldn't be a problem. After that he seemed more interested in selling me his custom-made t-shirts then making me the ones that I came there for. I have to admit his custom work is good and I did buy some t-shirts, but I never ended up with the polo shirts that I needed from there. After purchasing the t-shirts I left. The next day I called, I was told my rep was out and he would call me back later that day. No call. I called, I emailed, I called and called again. I kept getting the same response, that I would get a return call back and be helped by my sales rep. Finally a week I said that I would like to deal with a manager because my sales rep was more interested in selling his own T-shirts that helping me. I told them I asked to have the work done quickly and they seem to be dragging their feet. I was told a manager would call me back later that day. Guess what? No call from anyone, ever. Like I said they are nice guys but not really interested in helping their customers get their orders completed.

Instead, I got the impression that helping me wasn't really a priority. I was actually told it might be better to come back another time once I had everything figured out, even though that's exactly why I came in: for advice and assistance. While I was there, I was emailed some links and told to simply reply back for pricing. I did exactly that and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within a day or two. Unfortunately, that response never came. No follow-up, no phone call, no email, just complete radio silence. When we met, I was reassured I had plenty of time to place the order, but because no one ever responded, I ended up scrambling at the last minute and had to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to keep my business local. A simple response even to say you couldn't take on the job would have been appreciated. Instead, the lack of communication cost you a customer, and unfortunately, future orders as well.
