My iPhone 17 pro max's screen was shattered and blacked out, I called and she didn't have the screen but she ordered it for me. It arrived quickly the next day at which point I went over and dropped my phone off, she was done in about 20 minutes. Great quick service and really good prices, definitely recc read more

Vi was nice enough to come in on Saturday to replace the battery on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Took her less than 30 minutes. Learned my lesson with using non Apple batteries. Should be good for another 3 years. Thank you read more

#UPDATE After a little over a week of use. The caveats below still persist. One thing I've also been noticing is my screen will sometimes lag heavily. This goes for watching a video as well. Video will be choppy/laggy and this never happened to my original screen. Sometimes if I charge my phone and play music and use Apple Maps, the screen will also lag heavily I'll. Again this never happened with original screen. I've also noticed greatly that my battery % is being drained a lot faster. Even if it's regular use like how I did with my original Apple screen. I suspect it's the aftermarket screen. However, the 4 star review will still stay. Just an update. Will probably buy a new phone soon but this is still decent for $85. Great customer service. Fast service. I replaced my iPhone 15pro screen due to cracked screen. The only downside that resulted in 4/5 star is the aftermarket screen. It's great for a quick on the go if you don't want to spend $180+ for an original screen. The lighting on the aftermarket screen does have a light blue led color to it and it is not as vibrant as an orignal Apple screen. This you can tell. I don't mind this as my eyes will get adjusted to it. However, my biggest gripe to where I can tell a big difference on is the lag input on swiping. Just swiping the Home Screen to the next screen, the apps become blurry and it isn't a smooth transition. Another, big issue is the touch screen. I did put another screen protector layer on top of the new after market seal (the seal is part of a warranty depending on if it breaks or not). So I decided to try and protect my screen further. Upon doing so, I can tell a big difference in typing my letters especially the letters to the side of the screen "A a S P L & backspace". I now have to press my screen ALOT harder to register the letter I want. I find myself having to backspace and retype my words a lot more as pressing the letters do not register sometimes. Sometimes swiping from bottom screen up to close an app also does not work and I would have to press my screen hard to swipe up. Overall, this is a good purchase for a quick $85 on the go. If you do not mind the caveats I have listed here (maybe it's just my screen) then $85 is great. Other than that, you may want to spend more and get an original Apple screen. read more

The service here was excellent--fast, professional, and very accommodating. I had completely cracked the front screen of my new iPhone, with streaks of light running down the center. They quickly ordered the correct replacement screen for my model and had me back in just two days later to complete the repair. After the fix, my phone did show a notification stating: "Unknown Part: The display for this iPhone is not recognized. An Apple Authorized Service Provider can repair or replace the display to restore full functionality." Personally, I see this more as Apple's way of limiting repair options rather than a reflection on the quality of the work. The shop was able to work around the notification/issue, and restored my phone so that it was fully functional again. Of course, if you have the budget to go directly through Apple, that will always ensure an original part and complete manufacturer support. But for those of us who can't afford to replace a device every time life happens, this repair was a reliable, cost-effective solution. read more

My son had a cracked phone screen that needed replacing, and Cellular Repair did a great job restoring his phone. Took it in on a Saturday for Vee to inspect it, place an order for the parts (front screen and also the camera screen we discovered had a crack in it as well), paid a small deposit, and it was promised to be finished by Tuesday. Well today is Tuesday :-) and the phone repair was completed as promised. Good as new! Vee's price quote was one of the most competitive of several received through Yelp, and overall for the service received my son is very happy with the result. Vee also offered suggestions for screen protectors that she did not sell in her shop but just showed examples on Amazon for consideration. Her professionalism was on point, and she was personable, too. Ultimately she delivered exactly what she promised. Thank you! read more

The team at Cellular Repair responded quickly. After a few quick emails I dropped the switch off at 10:30am and it was ready to pick up the same day at 1pm. Fast, friendly and experienced service. Super fast and a great price. Very pleased. Phone works great. Scheduled us very quickly for the repair and on a holiday too.

Don't come here, my screen broke within days, then the replacement did as well. Neither time was there any impact, just in my purse, regular amount of impacts that two screens should not be out within a week. I think the quality of product is just questionable. read more

Cell phone problems happen suddenly. It's important to get a repair quickly. I noticed the battery had expanded and separated the back from the case. Cellular Repair had my battery in stock and was able to replace it the same day. More expensive than some but courteous and quick. Quoted 45 minutes for the replacement. Took about 35. I think they may have cracked the edge of the plastic SIM card holder but it isn't causing a problem. read more

I went to get a new Iphone because my recent one is broken. When I bought it it was okay for about an hour before it started to malfunction and I couldn't even touch it. It then started spamming out and called the police. I went back and switch it out and when I got it back it done the same thing. I'm not sure if I gotten the same phone back even though the owners said they switched it out. read more

Beforehand, I brought my S9 with a broken glass screen to another repair store and that store quoted me $260 AND the repair would've taken till the next day. I asked on yelp and this store quoted me $160 with a service time of 3-4 hours. It was the best deal compared to some of the other stores I asked on yelp. The lady there, By, quite handily and correctly removed my old cell phone battery and placed a new one. I ordered the new one online. I took the new battery in along with my phone. They handled it while I napped on a chair in their store. Price was very reasonable $45. Battery swap labor only. Like I said I brought in my own battery, brand new, from Amazon. I have every confidence in them now. And they will get my future cell phone business. I have a ZTE Axon 7. It is Android based. I had it for 2 years so far and it works great. The old battery was 2 years old. read more

My husband was inquiring about a PS4 that was posted on fb and message Jimmy. He thought $190 for a preown/used PS4 sounded like pretty good deal so just to be sure so he had ask jimmy if it was still in great working condition and his exact reply was, "If it's not, why do we offer warranty for?" After reading that I felt as if the questions were an inconvenience to him. as far as customer service goes, you should NEVER treat a customer like they are stupid. Anyone paying that amount of money just wants to be sure. read more

About 9 months ago, I dropped my Samsung note 5 in water! Yikes! While I was able to revive it with the good ol' rice trick, I was not able to use the screen without the stylus. After some research on Google, I suspected a damaged digitizer. Fast forward to one week ago, after I had finally become sick of pulling my stylus out to use my phone, I decided to shop around to get it fixed. In my opinion, cellular repair had the most fair and competitive prices. I dropped my phone off to Vi and her husband, who were very professional and accommodating. After some diagnostic testing, they found that my phone had lot of erosion secondary to the water damage. However, cellular repair fused something back together ( I'm sorry I don't remember what) and my phone is working as it was before-- no more stylus! Unfortunately, they also recommended that I get a new phone because my phone may continue to erode and eventually will stop working. They were really generous and did not charge me for the minor fix, but most importantly I really appreciated and commend them for their honesty and superb customer service! They now have a loyal customer and highly recommend checking this place out for your cellular needs. Good luck! read more
