This stand is right outside the Apple store. I was inside asking for recommendations and they said to trust this booth as it would be faster and lower cost than going through Apple. He was fast too! read more

Talk N' Fix 1720 E Main St, Woodland, CA 95776 A friend of mine needed a repair, the phone wasn't charging. He thought he needed a new port, but the associate said a professional cleaning was all that was needed. Estimated time was 20 minutes, and it was just that... He delivered the phone, charging again like a champion. No new parts needed, and a reasonable charge. Great fix, & great experience! read more

Do not use this place. I took my son phone in for a screen repair soon as we plug the phone up to the charger. The phone got super hot almost burnt my son hand then try to tell me it was because of the battery. It wasn't getting hot before the screen repair and refuse to take a look at it refuse to give refund ask for a receipt then send the computer was down and had to get a code to open it up. read more

back at 10am to see what these guys are going to do about it. Considering I need to use my phone when charging and I have already purchased MagSafe wireless chargers.... There will be. An update to this review maybe they can redeem themselves...? UPDATE: zero help.his attitude toward him doing no wrong was so substandard. Every answer was "it's an aftermarket part" why don't they use legit parts then so they don't ruin people's phones. Dudes answer to the MagSafe issue was once you replace it it'll never work... I wish he would have told me that before he up sold me on it. The misshapen back screen is "an aftermarket part" my final evaluation is 1 stars that's what you get from a 2nd rate Fixit place.... I run a small business and would be embarrassed by the outcome of this fix it were it my company I'd be embarrassed . Spend the extra money goto apple UPDATE #2: my phone is now almost completely unusable. The screen is popping out where they tried to make it fit and the screen scrambles when charging. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE. End result I had to buy a new phone because this terrible business ruined my phone and won't fix their mistakes. Shame. If my reviews saves one person some money then I'll get Something out of this. I seriously doubt that they would have the balls to make this right and do the right thing... cowards read more

After learning how much Apple charged for a screen replacement on my out of warranty phone, I went to theAT&T store in the mall to see if my plan had any insurance. Seemingly out of luck, the nice gentleman at AT&T suggested I go see Seng at Talk N Fix. He was super friendly and was able to replace my screen for half of what the Apple store quoted. As a bonus, he was able to do it in ~15 minutes. Apple needed a window of several hours. He let me know I could bring it back if I experienced any issues. Thank you, Seng! read more

Excellent service was fast and did an amazing job called around definitely had the best prices gentleman was very friendly and easy to talk to this is highly recommended place to get your phone back to New the young gentleman is who helped me read more

Second time I've been this this kiosk and they have been great, half the cost of the Apple store, very good service AND FAST! They replaced my screen and battery in less than 20 mins and did it for half the price of Apple. They even let me know when they were done that there is a one year manufacturer warranty on the parts. Very happy with these guys and will gladly come back or refer if myself or anyone I know needs a repair. A+ read more

I rarely write yelp reviews so definitely want to get on here and compliment the great customer service and care I have received there. Seng has helped me twice already and I have left the store content and very happy. He never pushed me to replace my screen the first time because it was barely cracked but having OCD like I do, I wanted a clean screen so moved forward with a replacement which came with a warranty. If you're in need for a quick competent fix of your cracked iphone screen, I highly suggest hitting up this place and leaving happy without any stress. Will definitely go back! read more

This is my third time coming to this place with my IPad, and/or phone for various reasons. The young man Seng has outstanding customer service skills. Each time I've come to Talk N Fix, he's been very thorough in diagnosing the issues, and providing reasonable prices. I appreciate how easy it was to talk with him and get my questions answered. read more

Horrible service. I would not ever go there again and waist a dime on their service. They look and sound promising but they aren't. The damaged a lot of things in my phone while making a fix on something else. read more

Seng was awesome! I cracked my iPhone screen and have been trying to figure out where to get it fixed that was convenient and reasonably priced. Found this place on Yelp and since it's on my way home from work, stopped in expecting to wait at least 30 minutes so planned on grabbing dinner but Seng was there and was lucky he wasn't busy.... ten minutes later my phone was fixed and cost well under $100. Made my day! If ever again... i know where to go now. Thank you! read more

I got a great deal on an iPhone case and screen protector at the kiosk next to the apple store at Arden Fair Mall. The guy removed and replaced everything for me and did a great job. Apple sent me to him after they ran out of what I needed. I'm glad they did, I will definitely be back . Had I gone here 1st I may not have bought a new phone. read more

My charger broke and a piece of it got stuck in my phone charging port so it kept blocking my phone from charging. I went up to the window and explained it to the guy and he said ok no problem and to come back in about 20 mins. Came back and he was able to pull the piece out of my port and save me from having to replace the whole battery port!!! Super great experience!! read more

I called to get a price quote. I was given the quote of $120 and I let the individual know I would be right down. Unfortunately, in person I was given another price that was $60 higher than the quote given over the phone. The reasoning given for the increase was that the price of the screens and glass went up in the 10 minutes it took me to get there. Still, I needed my phone repaired. If I would have read my insurance contract right, I would have only needed to pay $80 through them. (Read your insurance!) This repair ended up setting me back $180. On the plus side, the repair was reasonably fast, however, the quality of the screen was terrible. The screen brightness was very dim even when turned up to max. The colors were dull and no longer vibrant. In addition, the "tech" did not replace the water resistant seal on my phone when swapping screens. read more

I went to go get my screen fixed, the whole screen was black and it was super cracked. Yasin was super helpful. He dropped everything he was doing to help me and had my phone fixed quickly. I appreciate how kind he was and how fast the service was done. No pictures, data, or storage was lost! I definitely would recommend Talk n fix and Yasin. read more

So this was totally going to be a 4-star review. 5 stars if the price wasn't so high. My iPhone screen has a huge crack in it so I take it this place to be replaced. Got quoted $70. I've paid $55 for the same repair in the past (I'm a klutzy drunk) but whatever, the guy (younger Indian dude) says it'll be ready in 20 minutes. Here's where it goes wrong. I come back 20 minutes later and my phone is ready. Cool. Repair is perfect. Total with tax is $76.38. Ok, fine. I hand the guy $80. He gives me $3 back. Dude, where's my 62 cents? He tries to get me to give my email for a receipt. I ask again for the rest of my change. "Oh, since you don't have change." He hands me another dollar. Dude, you knew you were shorting me? There was plenty of change in the register. Liar. Guy, how many people are you doing this to? Bet he's grifting $10-20 everyone he closes the register. read more

So for the 3rd time now since either the employee or owner wants to literally argue. This place is a joke and again will sell you product that is of crappy quality!!! My screen was falling out of the phone is why it cracked and my button was never broken for it to spin, it only spun after they worked on my phone, also I was never able to hear very well after they worked on it. By the "only employee" even though he called someone else for me to talk to when I was there. Bottom line is that they are horrible and don't get your phone fixed here. P.s had my phone fixed else where and have had NO problems and my button surely didn't spin after. They fixed the mess that talk N fix created. read more

So, somehow got the tip of my IPad Charger broken off in the IPad. Took it to Apple store at Arden Fair Mall and of course they told me not fixable, I would have to purchse a new I Pad. Any way I saw this small Kiosk outside the Apple store and went over. After all, what did I have to lose? Yasim was able to work at it and get the tip out. No problems and I didn't have to get a new I Pad. Thanks Yasim!!! read more

Alistair fixed my iPhone 6s Plus screen in less than 20 minutes for a very fair price compared to what I'd been quoted. I was charged $104 plus tax. I highly recommend their service. Will be taking my brother to get his fixed, too. **I'd been quoted $199 elsewhere and was told I'd have to leave my phone with them for 2-3 days.** read more

DO NOT GO HERE! This is an old review from 2 years ago 2016 but The owner Jason lies, is rude, and was sadly confrontational even in front of my wife & 2 daughters! First off they told us one price over the phone & once we got there they switched up the price. Maybe Jason was not even the owner. I'd hate to think thats how an owner would treat a customer. read more

Don't go here if you value using your phone without frustration only 20$ cheaper than apple and you don't even get a warranty but you do with apple and it is OEM. I got my iPhone 7 fixed here and ever since it drains my battery it doesn't detect when using it sometimes and I have to restart my phone. It made my phone start to lag a lot. Good service horrible product. Trust me I use my phone for work all day if you value your phone and use it a lot don't take it to a place like this spend the little extra and get it done the right way instead of having to spend another 120$ when your screen stops working. But if you go here anyways you can't complain because you were warned. Also I was told if I did a "good Review" id get a cheaper price which is why you see good reviews here. Knock off screens that are terrible. YOU WERE WARNED!!!! read more

I dropped an iPad off and three months later I got it back with missing parts and with no explanation. Every week they told me it would be done later that day. I took it to a few iPad repair places after those three months so they could simply look at it. They tell me it looks like it was stripped for parts, that I got screwed, and I'm out of luck now etc. I took it back to Jason and he looks inside it and says he would never leave it without parts like that, that I took them out and am blaming him now etc. Jason is a horrible guy to work with. He yells at you on the phone and hangs up too. Screw you Jason and screw your scamming "business" read more
